Walega/WireImage Vincent Herbert Hospitalized With Gout Despite still running around on dates and appearances with her ex-husband and lashing out at her own family over him despite their violent history just a few months ago… Tamar Braxton appears to be officially done with Vincent Herbert . According to TMZ , the industry exec is currently hospitalized with a case of gout in his elbow. For those unfamiliar with the condition, gout is type of arthritis caused by an excess buildup of uric acid crystals in the joints. It can be an excruciatingly painful experience for the patient and is often paired with extreme sensitivity and intense swelling. Apparently, Vince has been hospitalized since Thursday, and yet there has been no visit or even any contact from his estranged ex-wife Tamar. As you know, Tamar says she has moved on and is very much in love with a brand new boo and is looking to start a brand new forever with him, including more kids. So, it seems like she’s not too interested in offering any “get well soons” to her ex. Welp, when you’re done you’re done. Hopefully, Vince’s health improves and he gets better soon. Getty/WireImage

Russian inquiry into the potential destruction of the world’s oldest seed bank

The fate of the station appeared to be sealed last week when a court ruled in favour of the Pavlovsk research station and its surrounding farmland being turned into private housing. It holds the world's largest fruit collections and was protected by 12 Russian scientists during the second world war who chose to starve to death rather than eat the unique collection of seeds and plants which they were guarding during the 900-day siege of Leningrad. More than 90% of the plants are found in no other research collection or seed bank. Its seeds and berries are thought to posess traits that could be crucial to maintaining productive fruit harvests in many parts of the world as climate change and a rising tide of disease, pests and drought weaken the varieties farmers now grow. The Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, doesn’t just think the newly-passed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a big deal. It’s a pretty big f*%king deal! Without realizing he was being recorded by the podium mic, or maybe just not giving a $h!t, the V.P. congratulated the President yesterday with exactly those words. He’s definitely right, whether you oppose the bill or not. Here are the #1 and #2 men in the U.S. Government marking the passage of landmark health care reform … HEALTH CARE REFORM : A bill worthy of a Joe Biden f-bomb. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs reportedly backed the V.P. up, saying “Yes, Mr. Vice President, you’re right.” Barack Obama’s senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, later responded that they are unable to change the gaffe-prone Biden one bit. He certainly had his share of memorable moments during his decades of service as a member of the U.S. Senate from Delaware, including more than one like this.
