Three statues were unveiled at Madame Tussauds wax museums around the world, in New York, Amsterdam and London. Bieber was on hand in London to catch a glimpse of his wax likeness. And, as promised, the statues feature Bieber’s old, swooping hairstyle . At the London unveiling, Bieber tweeted about how excited he was for the wax statues. “Arrived at @tussaudslondon to see my WAX figure!! the 1st time i saw a wax figure was in nyc and all we could do was look thru the glass,” he wrote. “Now we are here in London and they r about to show my figure here and in amsterdam and in nyc at the one we looked thru the glass. #DREAMBIG.” Bieber’s statue in New York is featured alongside his pal and mentor Usher in the VIP room. The NYC Bieber statue is wearing a black vest by will.i.am and pants by Balenciaga. The clothes were donated by Bieber himself. MTV News was on hand at the New York unveiling, where fans eagerly caught a glimpse of their idol’s figurine. So how accurate is the wax figure? “It’s pretty good. I love Justin Bieber, and this is pretty hot,” gushed Libby Walker, who said she also attended the Miley Cyrus wax-figure unveiling in 2008. “He cut his hair recently, so it’s not exactly the same, but I like his hair. A lot of girls like it more with the hair flip. The group’s sole lady, Fergie, says she’s excited about appearing at the event, but it seems that she has one reservation about the gig. “I’m so stoked for the Kids’ Choice Awards,” Fergie told UsMagazine.com , but added, “I hope we don’t get slimed!” Of course, many celebrities have gotten covered in green goo at the awards bash over the years. (Who could forget last year’s show, when a blue-wigged, latex-wearing Katy Perry got soaked in slime ?) Jack Black is set to host the Kids’ Choice Awards again this year. It marks the actor’s third time emceeing the fun-filled ceremony. “Anyone can host something once. But if they ask you back a second time, that means they liked the way you did it,” Black explained recently to Entertainment Weekly . “And if you host a third time, that means the first time wasn’t a fluke, and it means you did good two times. So the third time, well — that’s the real achievement.” With stars like Kristen Stewart, Emma Watson, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber all up for blimps in various categories at the 2011 show, anything can happen. Multiple nominee Nick Jonas recently spoke to us about the event and really wants someone in his family to take home a prize this year. As far as the acting thing goes I’m still learning,” Nick added. “I don’t know if I’ll win it. I hope I do. Maybe the fans will vote for us. It’s always funny with me and Joe, it kind of splits the vote a bit and so maybe just vote for Kevin. I think no matter if Joe or I did win, I’d be like, ‘I think Kevin’s the funniest actor out of all of us. ‘Justin Bieber: Never Say Never’ Is Friday Box-Office Smash

The 3-D concert pic, “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” topped all comers at the Friday box-office, pulling in $12.35 million from 3,105 screens to start the Valentine’s Day weekend. The performance film continues the music-themed genre’s revitalization in recent years, following strong February openings for the similarly styled “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience” in 2009 and “Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both World’s Concert Tour” in 2008. In second place, the Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston-starring “Just Go with It” pulled $9.7 million from 3,548 screens. The latest in a string of man-child-grows-up flicks from Sandler, “Just Go with It” could still win the weekend with a high Saturday bounce. New releases “Gnomeo and Juliet,” starring the voices of James McAvoy and Emily Blunt, and “The Eagle” featuring Channing Tatum and Jamie Bell, followed in third and fourth place, respectively, with the former pulling in $6.1 million and the latter just $2.75 million. Rounding out the top five, last week’s winner, “The Roommate,” managed just $2.6 million on Friday. The Leighton Meester-starring roommate romp brought its total up to $20.3 million in its second week of release. Last week’s second-place film, the James Cameron-endorsed “Sanctum,” fell all the way to eighth place, scaring up $1.4 million on 3-D and IMAX screens. Among the rest of the top ten, Oscar frontrunners “The King’s Speech” (sixth place) and “True Grit” (ninth place) continued their impressive runs. Monkees, David Cassidy, Leif Garret, Donny Osmond,Jonas Brothers, and Miley Cyrus… I am not of fan of any of them, from any era. This Justin Beiber kid, with his film Justin Beiber:Never Say Never is a cut above other teen pop stars. Musically I am not a fan but this film does hold up a mirror to our society that is obviously in the midst of a pre-teen genuine youthquake. Basically Never Say Never is a concert movie packed with home videos and audition tapes. The interviews with his entourage of helpers makes this quite an interesting “behind the music” film. Even the most cynical of you out there may end up being Beiber believers after seeing this film. He comes from a humble background, he has strong family ties and a dedicated Christian faith. He is the first pop star to become famous via Youtube and he is not a biproduct of the Disney/Nicholodeon teeny pop factory. This movie, though its not for everyone, is a film that everyone can see. Some people in your family may enjoy it more than others and that, in my opinion, is worth the price of admission. This energetic portrait of the global superstar as a normal teenager from small-town in Canada, works. The Flick-o-meter gives Justin Beiber: Never say Never a four out of five. It runs about 15 minutes too long but really, when its the true story about a kid who never gave up on his dreams, who cares how long it is, right ? Demi Lovato Leaves Treatment

Singer is back in L.A., MTV News confirms. By Jocelyn Vena Demi Lovato Photo: John Shearer/WireImage Demi Lovato has left treatment. MTV News has confirmed that the teen star is already back in Los Angeles after seeking treatment for “emotional and physical issues.” She entered treatment back in October, leaving her tour with the Jonas Brothers early. “Demi came back to L.A. earlier this week,” a source close to the star told us. “She completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the treatment facility. For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. Demi will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being.” The source continued: “To that end, she will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.” Lovato was spotted near a treatment facility in Woodridge, Illinois, around Christmas when she took some time to celebrate the holidays with her family. Lovato entered treatment after a reported incident with backup dancer Alex Welch . The two later worked out a financial settlement after the alleged incident left the dancer injured. Despite the personal setback, Lovato has a big 2011 ahead of her, including work on a new album , a planned tour and her hit Disney show “Sonny With a Chance.” She also took home two People’s Choice Awards earlier this month. “I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010,” she wrote on Facebook earlier this month. “I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Well if they can not imagine something like that, go getting the idea, because in a short time Justin could surprise with this new business. I imagine that Store crowded every day for girls, no need to offer discounts or anything like that. It is so much the amount of admirers Bieber, Which would not surprise me that every day has to renew the stock of Store. This Store take place within the complex “The Grove”, Los Angeles, and it could be found all products known as the singer , such as headsets, sweatshirts, hats, etc., and several others recently have its premiere on the market. According to a source close to Justin Bieber to start the project, the singer of “Baby” is in talks with the same company in charge of opening a Store for Kardashian sisters in Las Vegas, also stressed that they were from the idea that “they are also trying to find another artist to Island Def Jam (record company you work with Justin) To be the face of a brand of candy.” I imagine that a Store of Justin To his admirers will open a candy store for kids : Wonderful.
