50 Shades Of Slay: One-Time Believes Three Suspects In Killing Of Marine’s Wife Were Into Some Kinky Isht …

Marine’s Wife Suspected Killers Linked To Alternative Sex Lifestyle Keep thinking that “50 Shades Of Grey” business is a cool way to get your kicks. It’s looking like it got this woman murked and another one taking the rap for her nasty freakazoid lover. The three people accused of killing a 22-year-old Marine wifewere engaged in a sadistic sexual lifestyle that may be linked to her death, according to court documents released Wednesday. Detectives believe two of the defendants, a Marine and his girlfriend, may have sexually accosted Brittany Dawn Killgore before killing her, according to one document. Four search warrants, ordered released by an appeals court over the objections of the district attorney’s office, provide an inside look at the unusual relationship involving Staff Sgt. Louis Perez, 45; Jessica Lopez, 25; and Dorothy Maraglino, 36, all charged with murder in connection with Killgore’s slaying. The three shared a house in Fallbrook in northern San Diego County where detectives believe Killgore may have been killed either April 13 or April 14. Her body was found days later near Lake Skinner in Riverside County. Perez, Lopez and Maraglino routinely engaged in sex play that included bondage, punishment, masks, whips, spanking, cutting, a “sex dungeon,” an unspecified “sex apparatus” and role-playing of slave, servant and master, according to one document. “Because of Perez and Maraglino’s unusual sex fetishes, I believe they may have accosted Killgore for these reasons,” one San Diego County Sheriff’s Department detective wrote in a sworn affidavit accompanying a search warrant. The search warrants include an assertion that an unidentified woman was once held hostage in the “sex dungeon” until she submitted. On April 13, Killgore agreed to accompany Perez to San Diego for a dinner cruise, according to the documents. Within 13 minutes of Perez picking her up at her residence, Killgore texted a friend: “Help.”Unable to get a response from Killgore, the friend texted back: “Brittany, Are U OK? I am freaking out here.” Perez sent back texts via Killgore’s phone indicating that nothing was amiss, according to the search warrants. Perez was the first of the three to be arrested. Detectives found a stun gun and gloves with blood that matched Killgore in his truck. Perez told detectives that he had taken Killgore to the Whiskey Girl Club in the Gaslamp District in San Diego but that the two had become separated, according to a detective. Investigators believe Perez and Killgore never left Fallbrook. Lopez was arrested at a San Diego motel where she had been drinking heavily and had attempted suicide. In a profanity-laced seven-page note addressed “PIGS READ THIS,” she claimed to have killed Killgore out of jealousy and dumped her body “in almost plain sight.” In the note, Lopez referred to Perez as “Master” and Maraglino as “Mistress.” Lopez was Perez’s former girlfriend; Maraglino was his current girlfriend, according to detectives. Killgore’s body showed signs of strangulation and attempts at dismemberment, as Lopez’s note suggested, according to one search warrant. The documents were released at the request of several news organizations. Perez, Lopez and Maraglino have pleaded not guilty. All remain in county jail on $3-million bail each. Killgore’s husband returned from Afghanistan on emergency leave after the killing. SMH. Just disgusting. That poor woman. May she rest in peace. Source Facebook

Brittany Dawn Killgore Case: Blood Found in Murder Suspect’s Car

Blood matching that of missing Marine wife Brittany Dawn Killgore has been found in the car of the chief suspect in her murder, according to new reports. Killgore was found dead near a lake in Riverside County. Staff Sgt. Louis Ray Perez and Jessica Lynn Lopez were arrested and charged with murder. Killgore was supposed to be going out for the evening with a Marine Corps sergeant and his girlfriend until the night of April 13 took a frightening turn. “She sent a text to a female friend of hers indicating that she was in distress,” San Diego Deputy District Attorney Patrick Espinoza said Thursday in court. “She was missing from that point on.” The first details about the investigation came out at Perez’s arraignment in Vista, Calif., where the prosecutor revealed the aforementioned text message. More significantly, officials also stated that police found Killgore’s blood in Perez’s car as well as a weapon. Authorities have not revealed a possible motive. Perez’s attorney told the judge that Lopez, who had been found with self-inflicted cuts in a motel room, left a suicide note admitting to Killgore’s murder. Both Lopez, 25, and Perez, 45, have pleaded not guilty to all charges. Killgore, the estranged wife of another U.S. Marine, was only 22 years old.

Jessica Lynn Lopez Charged With Murder of Brittany Dawn Killgore

Jessica Lynn Lopez, 25, was found at the Ramada Inn in San Diego last Tuesday, exhibiting several self-inflicted cuts and with a suspicious note lying nearby. Only this wasn’t your run-of-the-mill suicide attempt. Not by a long shot. Hours later, the body of a missing San Diego-area woman, who had been the subject of a widely publicized search, was discovered 70 miles to the northeast. Authorities then charged Lopez with murdering Brittany Dawn Killgore (below), 22. Lopez pleaded not guilty at her arraignment Thursday. Investigators have not yet said how the women may have known each other or any alleged motive. Scant information has only fueled speculation and deepened the mystery . “I understand there’s a great deal of interest in the crime and many unanswered questions,” San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis told reporters. “Answers will come in time as this case makes its way through the criminal justice system.” Killgore disappeared April 13, four days after she filed for divorce from her husband, Lance Cpl. Cory Killgore, who has been deployed to Afghanistan for seven months. The couple wed in July 2010 in Missouri. The only trace left behind by the deceased was her cell phone, which was found in San Diego’s trendy Gaslamp Quarter of bars and restaurants. Another Marine, 45-year-old Staff Sergeant Louis Ray Perez, was the last person believed to have seen Killgore and is a person of interest in the case. Perez was arrested after sheriff’s deputies spotted an assault rifle that had been reported stolen, and is being held on bail for that offense. Authorities say that Perez, whose motives are equally unclear, was not cooperative when asked about Killgore, according to the Los Angeles Times . “The case remains under review for potential additional charges,” a spokesman for San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis tells the newspaper. Killgore’s husband, meanwhile, received an emergency leave arranged by the Red Cross and is headed back to San Diego. Stay tuned.
