It’s been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child , and from the looks of her latest Instagram pics, the 24-year-old wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regimen. Fans have marveled at Jinger’s post-baby body , and many have asked the Counting On star for tips and tricks. Fortunately, Jinger is happy to fill fans in on her weight loss methods. Un fortunately, her followers might not be thrilled with Jinger’s “secrets.” It turns out, Jinger has stuck to the basics in the months since she welcomed little Felicity into the world. Insiders say she eats right and exercises a lot — a fact Jinger confirmed with her latest Instagram posts. Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, currently reside in Laredo, Texas, and while they escaped the brunt of Hurricane Michael, their proximity to the Gulf Coast means the couple has faced some pretty wild weather lately. But Jinger didn’t let the rain and wind stand in the way of her daily jogs. Jinger recently documented the stormy weather on her Instagram page and informed fans that it would not stop her from getting in a vigorous workout: “Perfect day for a run,” she captioned the above photo. As rich and famous as they are, the Duggars tend to eschew luxuries such as personal trainers and Hollywood trends like fad diets. So it stands to reason that Jinger would favor the old-fashioned approach when trying to lose that last little bit of baby weight. Needless to say, the old ways seem to be working for her. And one of Jinger’s famous peers recently took notice. “Uhm so that mama is looking fantastic. Congrats on your new baby girl!!!” Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently commented on one of Jinger’s pics. “She gets prettier every day.” Jeremy was quick to second that opinion, responding, “She gets prettier every day.” Obviously, baby Felicity is Jinger’s number one priority these days, but it seems she’s also taking time to look after herself while Jeremy watches the baby. Over the past few days there has been social media speculation that Rapper Wale and Solange Knowles may have been a thing in the past. A Random tweet with hints that the song “Lotus Flower Bomb” was about Solange and twitter took off. People pulling up song lyrics and everything. While there’s been no official engagement announcement, it looks more and more as though Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are headed for marriage . And from a distance, it seems there’s nothing standing in their way: Both singers’ previous marriages are well behind them, and Blake and Gwen seem more than ready to give it another go. But these days, Stefani and Shelton are facing a challenge that may put the strength of their relationship to the test: You see, Miranda Lambert is newly single, and it looks as though she’s very pissed off. Lambert’s relationship with Evan Felker recently came to an end. By all accounts, it was Miranda who dumped Evan , and the decision had much to do with the fact that dude seemed very hung up on his estranged wife. But just because Lambert was the one to pull the trigger, that doesn’t mean she’s happy to be single. Sources close to the songstress say Miranda is very jealous of Gwen and Blake and longs for the sort of relationship the two of them seem to have. Obviously, Miranda hasn’t come right out and said she’s envious of her ex — but she has debuted a new song that makes it pretty clear that’s the case. Many fans believe the lyrics to the poignantly-titled “Got My Name Changed Back” are squarely directed at Shelton: “It takes a judge to get married / A judge to get divorced / Well, the last couple of years, spent a lot of time in court,” Lambert sings on the track. “Got my name changed back. I got me an ex that I adored / But he got along good with a couple road whores.” Yeah, pretty scathing stuff. And those who know Miranda best say she’s made it perfectly clear that her thoughts are still consumed by Blake: “Even though it’s been more than three years now, Miranda and Blake’s divorce feud is still going strong – and no one is safe,” a source tells In Touch . “She’s not naming names in the new song and won’t come out and admit it, but it’s like the song has Blake’s name written all over it.” The insider adds: “Miranda is anything but happily single. She’s been partying to hide her sadness and loneliness. “And the split from Evan, who she was considering marrying and starting a family with, is only part of the reason behind her unhappy state.” Apparently, Miranda doesn’t want Blake back, necessarily — she just doesn’t want him to get off scot-free: “Miranda still wants to get back at Blake for the cruel way he broke her heart, drove her out of his life, and then shoved his new romance with Gwen Stefani in her face,” says the source. Sounds like she’s well on her way to having her revenge. Not surprisingly, insiders say Gwen has no interest in listening to Miranda’s revenge song. Earlier today, we reported on the news that Selena Gomez has checked into rehab following what’s been described as an emotional breakdown. One insider state that Gomez is seeking treatment in a facility “on the east coast” in order to cope with her anxiety “over her repeated physical health issues.” Those issues include lupus and other ailments, which culminated in Gomez undergoing a kidney transplant last year. Now, Radar Online is reporting that the singer’s loved ones are attributing her latest struggles to her “refusal to live a sober life.” The site reports that Selena’s mother, Mandy Teefey, has openly stated her desire to stage an intervention after revealing that she believes Gomez’s drinking is endangering her life. “Doctors have all told her she needs to stop,” one source claims . “Her family says she needs to stay sober, or she could die.” Gomez has not opened up about the allegations of hard partying, and it’ll likely be quite some time before she speaks on her decision to seek further treatment. She has, however, admitted that she continues to enjoy the occasional drink despite past health issues. “As far as my personal life, someone sees me having a glass of wine? I could give two sh-ts,” the singer said in a recent interview with Elle . “I’m not trying to hide. That’s my life.” Though Gomez has been described as “stubborn” with regard to her life choices, sources say she was deeply disturbed by friend Demi Lovato’s recent overdose . One insider revealed that upon hearing the news, Gomez was not only concerned with her friend but filled with anxiety that she might suffer a similar fate. “Selena is freaking out about this,” the source said at the time. “She feels like it could have been her.” Whatever the cause of her latest upheaval, we hope Selena is able to find the help that she needs. Our thoughts go out to Gomez and her loved ones during this immensely difficult time.
I have done a post on Charlize Theron in a very long time. I actually forgot that she even existed, but here she is with her impressive titty show in the latest Elle Magazine issue. I think we need to pay a little more attention to her in the future. She still has some good years left.
