Briana Renee Accuses Ex of Pedophilia, Bestiality, and Incest Fantasies

Little Women: LA alum Briana Renee has been living in fear of her ex for too long. Now, she is courageously facing off with Matt Grundhoffer in court. He is accused of sexually abusing a minor in his care. But Briana’s testimony reveals that her ex-husband’s twisted fantasies included more: pedophilia, bestiality, and incest. In 2009, Matt Grundhoffer was working as a counselor. He is accused of having abused a minor in his care at that time. That (former) minor has taken him to court, and Briana is helping. Briana has accused Matt of verbal and physical abuse during their marriage. Her fears of violence escalated when he armed himself. Last July, Briana filed a deposition in court expressing alarm that Matt was carrying a gun. She said that he had, on more than one occassion, used it to mime killing himself — a clear suicide threat. Once upon a time, their split and divorce had been described as “amicable.” That quickly changed, and the gun was just a small part of it. After they had separated, Briana discovered the sort of person Matt really was. RadarOnline got a look at — but tastefully chose to not release — Facebook messages that Briana had provided to the court. She says that after he had left her home, he tried to get her to “trust him,” so he handed over his Facebook password. That is shocking, because Briana uncovered Facebook messages that he had sent out. He had messaged both men and women, sending flirtatious texts as well as more explicit sexts. As we already knew, some of those he targeted were trans women, whom he insultingly fetishized. We may not have the entire transcript from court, but we do know some of what was said about Matt. “Saying he’s a sexual deviant, he’s got an addiction, he can’t help himself,” Briana said of her ex. “You know and then this stuff… including bestiality and children,” Briana added. “I only saw or knew anything that disturbing once he had been out of my house,” she explained. “It was a few days later that I saw this on Facebook.” She reports that he sent messages expressing a lust for incest, bestiality, and pedophilia. The scariest part was the incest, because she’s not talking about fanfiction or Game of Thrones or whatever. Briana says that, in those explicit fantasies, he mentioned his own 12-year-old child from a previous relationship. “Then, he was out of my home,” Briana asserted in court. “I immediately sent it to my lawyers. It’s your own son!” “There were about 30” messages in total, Briana revealed. Those of a “concerning nature were the children and bestiality.” “I didn’t even wanna read the rest,” Briana admitted to the court. “There [were] just so many,” she explained. “I was just, like, done. I put it in my lawyer’s hands.” Some might have deleted the messages in horror. Handing them off to her attorney allowed her to use the messages to secure a protective order for Matt’s 12-year-old. It also allowed her to use them in her own divorce and in this court case, providing testimony on her ex. We don’t normally want to police anybody’s private thoughts, but messages are a little more than that. And this stuff is both gross and scary. Jinger Duggar: Is She Really Feuding With Her Parents?!

Rebel. The word has followed Jinger Duggar relentlessly for the past several years, and it seems she’s not ashamed of the title. It started when Jinger began wearing sweatpants in defiance of her family’s dress code, and Jinger has been engaging in one act of defiance after the other ever since. Now, it’s important to note that Jinger is only a rebel by the standards of her ultra-conservative family. She’s a married mom and devout Christian who’s famous for her devotion to her husband and daughter, as well as her unassuming demeanor. But she’s also strayed from the path her parents carved out for her on a number of occasions. Jinger’s most recent high-profile act of rebellion was her decision to move to Los Angeles so that her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, can attend divinity school there. But that’s certainly not the only way that Jinger has outraged her fundamentalist folks this year. One mini-scandal that the Duggars have yet to acknowledge publicly is Jinger’s avowed support of the LGBT community . We learned that the 25-year-old does not share her parents’ backward belief system when she posted supportive comments pertaining to her brother-in-law, Charles Vuolo, and a short film he made about trans rights. These may seem like very minor infractions, but dissent is simply not tolerated in the Duggar family, particularly when that dissent comes from a young woman. The situation has gotten so bad in recent weeks that it was widely rumored that Jinger had been disowned by her parents . That doesn’t seem to be the case (the more Duggar-obsessed corners of the internet love jumping to conclusions), but it does look as though there’s some serious friction between Jinger and her parents. Several sources have claimed that Jinger is no longer on speaking terms with Jim Bob and Michelle. While we have no way of knowing for certain if that’s the case, it is interesting that the two couples have not interacted directly on social medisa in several months. This, despite the fact that the Vuolos live about 800 miles away from the Duggars in Laredo, Texas. A source claims that Jim Bob and Michelle are “thrilled” about their daughter’s relocation, but the couple has issued a statement or commented on any of her recent posts about the move. In all likelihood, Jim Bob and Michelle are going to great lenghts to make it clear to Meghan that they don’t agree with her recent choices. But she’s almost certainly not kicked out of the family. If the Josh Duggar sex scandals taught us anything, it’s that the Duggars are a vry forgiving lot. View Slideshow: Jinger Duggar Shares Adorable Pics of Her “Little Family,” Melts Fans’ Hearts

Kim Kardashian: I’m Gonna Be a Super Important Lawyer!

Kim Kardashian issued a warning to fans on Keeping Up with the Kardashians last night: Enjoy my naked photos while you can , she basically said, because you’ll only have them to ogle for about another decade or so! About one month after news broke that Kardashian was studying to become a lawyer , the reality star expounded on her plans in far more detail on the latest installment of this E! hit. In a revealing few minutes of the show, Kim opened up about her decision to start a four-year apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco last summer, with the goal of taking the bar exam in 2022. She is NOT messing around, people. Unbeknownst to many, the 38-year old has been working with author and CNN commentator Van Jones and attorney Jessica Jackson, cofounders of #cut50, a national bipartisan advocacy group on criminal-justice reform, for months, visiting prisons, petitioning governors. As you likely do know well by now, she successfully petitioned President Donald Trump last year to commute the life sentence of Alice Marie Johnson , a nonviolent drug offender. And she said last night that prison reform is atop her list of priorities going forward. “It’s kind of crazy because I’m learning it all as I go,” she said on camera. “I spend more time on this than I do anything else. It’s insane but it’s so fun to be around people that are super smart and get it and want the same thing.” Kim’s father was an attorney. He famously helped defend O.J. Simpson in his 1994 murder trial. Kardashian said on air that her dad discouraged her way back in the day from joining this family business, but that working on behalf of Johnson has “motivated” her to try again. “I remember in the OJ case, I would go be going through it and Kourtney would yell at me: ‘Stop going through all of dad’s stuff!’ ” she said of how she’s always had an interest in the law. Added Kim along these lines: “My dad always taught me that hard work is really important and to really commit to things, so my goal would be in like, 10 years, to give up being Kim K and just focus on this and be an attorney and fight for so many deserving people.” It would seemingly be very easy to make fun of Kim Kardashian here. It seems insane of her to think she’s gonna suddenly become a successful and important lawyer, right? This is the same woman who is only famous because she had sex with Ray J on camera. But she actually does seem to acknowledge that it will take time — and let’s imagine for a moment that she can pull it off. We’ve mocked Kim on so many occasions in the past for NOT using her global influence on anything more useful that offering terrible diet tips and/or promoting ridiculous weight loss supplements . We’re not about to hurl any shade now when Kardashian talks about using it for the actual greater good. “I’m dealing with my three kids, I’m dealing with my career, the fourth baby coming and the stress of law school,” Kim said of the challenges ahead. “Just because you do an apprenticeship does not mean that it’s anything less – I mean, you have to put in 18 hours a week. It is a full commitment. I won’t have time for events, for favors, for friends, for literally anything, for four years.” Kanye West is fully on board, however, and Kim has always said she works hard. Here is her chance to prove it. “I’m not afraid to work hard,” she concluded. “It’s going to be really hard but it’s also really important to me to keep this quiet for a while so I can stay committed and focused.” View Slideshow: Kim Kardashian Basically Got Naked on This Red Carpet and Twitter Came at Her So Hard

Tasha Rosenbrook Refunds Fan Donations, Says Leida Has Destroyed Her

Two months ago, Tasha Rosenbrook bravely asked for help as Leida Margaretha destroyed her life for a second time. Fans opened their hearts and wallets and donated, but now Tasha has announced that she's refunding them. Why? Because Leida has won. Tasha can't keep fighting. Leida Margaretha marched into Tasha's home and took everything from her — not only her father, but her apartment. Tasha had to move, and she spoke her mind — on 90 Day Fiance and on social media. Leida retaliated by securing a restraining order against Tasha for “harassment.” That means four years before Tasha can even try to bridge the gap that Leida created between father and daughter. Fans of Tasha's, plus people who just hate Leida, contributed to her GoFundMe to help her fight the restraining order in court. In a new video shared on social media, Tasha explains why that legal battle has come to an end. “We are here to update you finally on what’s going on,” Tasha says. “Unfortunately, there’s no good news here.” “So firstly, I would like to say that yes, the money from the GoFundMe did go towards the lawyer,” Tasha clarifies. “But she refunded all the money that we gave her,” she reveals. Tasha explains that this happened “because she decided to withdraw from my case about two weeks ago.” Tasha explains the attorney's decision: “she felt like she didn’t quite have what it took to do a restraining order case,” “And not only that,” the video notes. “But in order to reopen the original case we’d have to appeal to a higher court.” “Which,” it is revealed. “Would cost almost $10,000.” “It’s not that we didn’t have new evidence to present,” Tasha's roommate Jan explains. “Tasha doesn’t have the money,” she says plainly. “That’s a lot of money.” “We are giving everyone the chance to request their refund from the GoFundMe,” Jan continues. “Tasha doesn’t have thousands of dollars to take this to the state level and get new evidence presented to a new judge,” she explains. “But that doesn’t mean she’s not going to try to get her security deposit back, Eric,” Jan warns. Tasha lived in the apartment before Eric moved in as a roommate and ultimately forced her to leave to please Leida. That's not one side of the story — horrified viewers watched Leida gleefully make that arrangement on camera. “I’m not happy about it,” Tasha expresses. “I’m not withdrawing because I want to.” Another obstacle is that the statute of limitations on harassment has passed. “Too much time has passed,” Jan says. “And there hasn’t been any bashing of Tasha that we know of on social media.” “It’s not because we weren’t trying,” the video clarifies. “It’s just things weren’t working out.” “We can and can’t quite look at other lawyers,” Tasha admits. “Because honestly, between Jan and I, we’ve called about 50 at least lawyers in the area.” “No one really wants to take the case,” she laments. “Mainly because of social media.” “And also because there really aren’t a lot of lawyers willing to do harassment,” she adds, noting the exception of more expensive lawyers. “It’s just a mess,” Tasha bemoans. “It’s going to cost thousands of dollars for the new retainer if I wanted to reopen the case.” “And then it’s going to cost who knows how much more for a new lawyer too,” the roommates fear. “Plus if I found a lawyer outside of my county,” Tasha notes. “I’d have to pay for them to travel.” “It’s just not worth my mental health anymore,” she expresses. There's more than one way for Leida to win. If Tasha is (more) broken emotionally and financially, that's a win for Leida. We should note that, though Tasha has fared the worst since Leida began lashing out at her “enemies,” she's not the only target. In recent months, a number of Instagram accounts have become targets. According to complaints lodged by Reality Diggers and others, Leida has been reporting any mention of her as “copyright infringement.” This is a powerful tactic for silencing any criticism or mention of her. Reporting someone for harassment or impersonation can take ages. But social media platforms are terrified of copyright lawsuits. Leida has been chasing these blogs into hiding with her reports. And Instagram has rewarded her with the blue check mark of verification.

Jussie Smollett is About to Be Sued By the City of Chicago

Jussie Smollett may not be prosecuted for almost definitely staging his own attack on the streets of Chicago a few months ago. But this doesn’t mean the polarizing Empire star is finished with the legal system. According to TMZ, Smollett will soon be sued by the Windy City itself and may effectively even go on trial for his role in the January 27 “assault.” As you must know by now, this word has been placed in quotation marks because Smollett is accused of staging an assault against… himself. He claimed several weeks ago that two white men screamed racial and homophobic epithets at him, while also saying he was living in “MAGA country,” prior to beating him up and tying a rope around his neck. The star even alleges that doused him with bleach. After being the subject of sympathy from basically everyone in America, Smollett quickly turned into the subject of scorn and derision. Because it started to become clear that he actually concoted this entire story. Smollett was even arrested and charged with multiple felonies related to falsifying a police report. The Chicago Police Department subsequently held a press conference in which it trashed the actor for wasting its time and resources. However, on March 26, Smollett was cleared of all charges . The city’s Mayor still thinks he’s very guilty, however, and even the lawyer who chose to set him free has said there’s mounting evidence that points to Smollett’s guilt… it just didn’t seem worthwhile to prosecute him. While observers remain stunned and confused over the development, Chicago is now trying to hold Smollett at least somewhat liable. As previously reported, the City of Chicago recently fired off a letter to Jussie’s people, demanding $130,000 for the cost of investigating the case.  Smollett scoffed at such a request, but Chicago isn’t giving up. Per TMZ, the city had to wait seven days before filing a civil lawsuit against the actor — and now that the week is up, it has every intention of moving forward with this action. Says a spokesperson for the City of Chicago: “Mr. Smollett has refused to reimburse the City of Chicago for the cost of police overtime spent investigating his false police report on January 29, 2019. “The Law Department is now drafting a civil complaint that will be filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Once it is filed, the Law Department will send a courtesy copy of the complaint to Mr. Smollett’s L.A. based legal team.” Apparently Chicago can ask for up to $390,000 from Smollett, three times what the investigation cost. In order to win and receive this payout, the City must prove that it’s more likely than not that Jussie faked the “attack.” This, in effect, will place Jussie on trial before an administrative law judge. And the burden of proof will NOT be to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Are things about to get ugly in very public fashion again? It sounds that way. Smollett has “no plans on paying investigative costs being outrageously demanded,” an insider tells Us Weekly. Instead, the source suggests that “the Chicago Police Department should be investigating the way this matter was mishandled from the beginning.” Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, though, is pissed. We doubt he’s going to let this issue go. In an earlier statement, he referred to Smollett getting cleared as a ” whitewash of justice ,” wondering what kind of terrible human being exploits actual hate crimes in the manner Smollett allegedly did here. “When Smollett does pay the city back on just what the taxpayers have fronted, in that memo section [of the check], he can write, ‘I’m sorry and I’m accountable for what I’ve done,'” Emanuel said in a press conference late last month, concluding as follows: It’s just wrong. … Does he have no decency? Jussie Smollett Attack: What are the Actual Suspects Saying?

Ever since Jussie Smollett was shockingly freed from facing charges related to the alleged attack against him in Chicago, many people have spoken out. There were Smollett’s lawyers . There was Smollett himself . There was a very angry Rahm Emanuel . But two people have remained unsually silent throughout this ordeal… … Abel and Ola Osundairo. The Nigerian brothers were brought in by the Chicago Police Department several weeks ago as the main suspects in this case. And this is where things started to take a turn against Smollett, considering the siblings had worked as extras on Empire and has also trained the actor in the gym. How could his assailants have had a connection to him? How could they have been African-American, when Smollett swore his attackers were white? Could the siblings have been paid by Smollett to orchestrate the incident and only pretend to beat him up? This became the working theory, and it was exacerbated after a check written to the brothers emerged, as well as text messages between Smollett and Abel. Said an attorney for the brothers, just a few days before the charges against Smollett were dropped: “My clients have tremendous regret over their involvement in this situation, and they understand how it has impacted people across the nation, particularly minority communities and especially those who have been victims of hate crimes themselves.” So… what do they have to say now? In light of Smollett getting off entirely? Nothing. That’s the weird thing. According to TMZ, the lawyer for Abel and Ola urged them to make a public statement very soon after the Smollett news went viral yesterday. But they refused to do so — and, in response, lawyer Gloria Schmidt actually quit, saying she no longer wished to represent Abel and Ola. The cops and prosecutors both say the brothers were the ones on the street with Smollett on the night of the attack. Naturally, all observers are now wondering what role they played because there are really only two scenarios: 1. They did commit the assault. 2. They helped Smollett fake it and cover it up. Considering they weren’t arrested for the former, wouldn’t they want to speak out and clear their names in regard to the latter charge? This whole thing is such a confusing mystery. The man responsible for dropping the charges against Smollett, First Assistant State’s Attorney Joseph Magats, says his decision does not exonerate the star. “We stand behind the investigation, we stand behind the decision to charge him and we stand behind the charges in the case,” Magats said yesterday, adding: “The mere fact that it was disposed of in an alternative manner does not mean that there were any problems or infirmities in the case or the evidence.” Magats later tried to say that Smollett did not commit a violent act and that’s the only reason his office chose not to pursue this case. Again, it’s a confusing mystery. But not to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. “This is a whitewash of justice,” the politician told reporters on Tuesday, continuing as follows: “I’d like to remind everybody a grand jury indicted this individual based on only a piece of the evidence that the police had collected in that period of time. So a grand jury actually brought the charges… You have a person using hate crime laws that are on the books to protect people who are minorities from violence to then turn around and use those laws to advance your career and your financial reward. Is there no decency in this man? Sounds like a fair question. View Slideshow: Jussie Smollett: This is How He Staged His Alleged Assault

R. Kelly Returns to Social Media Singing

Fresh out of jail again Robert Kelly has made a return to social media early on March  20th.  This is his first post since the beginning of 2019 and since the domino of legal troubles that have haunted him this year. So what did R. Kelly have to say?  Nothing really but he did break out in song for his estranged daughters birthday.  R. Kelly hasn’t seen his daughter in over two years and she made it clear a while ago that she wanted nothing to do with him calling him a “monster” in January and saying that “it has been years since my siblings and I have seen or have spoken to him.”  But that didn’t stop R. Kelly from sending well wishes for her 21st birthday. But showing how out of touch he really is with his children, he called her by her birth name Joanne.  But she no longer goes by her birth name now calling herself Buku Abi to separate herself even more from her father and the name Kelly.   While R.
