Charles Saatchi has spoken out about his alleged choking of wife Nigella Lawson . As previously reported, witnesses told a British newspaper that the couple got into a major argument at a restaurant… that Lawson looked especially upset… and that Saatchi reached across the table at one point and wrapped his hands around her neck. In the face of published photographs that depict this act, the 70-year old art collector The Standard : “About a week ago, we were sitting outside a restaurant having an intense debate about the children, and I held Nigella’s neck repeatedly while attempting to emphasise my point. “There was no grip, it was a playful tiff. The pictures are horrific but give a far more drastic and violent impression of what took place. Nigella’s tears were because we both hate arguing, not because she had been hurt.” Saatchi adds that he and Laweson “made up” by the time they got home and Lawson only left the house with their children because it was surrounded by the paparazzi. “I told Nigella to take the kids off till the dust settled,” Saatchi says . A spokesperson for the celebrity chef, meanwhile, confirms Nigella took her kids away and that no formal charges have been filed against her husband. “Inquiries are in hand to establish the facts in order to assess whether an investigation is necessary,” says the spokesperson.

While police have failed to file any charges against George Zimmerman , the overzealous 28-year-old Sanford, FL Neighborhood Watch Captain who fatally shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last month in their gated neighborhood, if it’s up to the New Black Liberation Militia his days as a free man are numbered. According to The Grio reports : Members of a self-proclaimed “New Black Liberation Militia,” based out of Atlanta, GA, say they plan to attempt a citizen’s arrest of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watchman who confessed to fatally shooting the unarmed Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fl last month. One of the leaders of this group, which is “a multi-faith, spiritual,cultural, scientific, and political instructional institution,” according to its website, is a top student of the late Dr. Khallid Abdul Muhammad, a controversial National Spokesman and Representative of the Nation of Islam. Najee Muhammad, who calls himself “the national commander and minister of the New Black Liberation Institute and Militia,” was active in protesting the execution of Troy Davis, who was convicted of and executed for the August 19, 1989 murder of police officer Mark MacPhail in Savannah, GA. The law on citizen’s arrests varies with each state, and Florida is one that relies on common law. It states that a civilian can apprehend a person who he or she has witnessed commit a felony crime — usually as a last resort, in the case that the police have yet to arrive and the alleged criminal is fleeing the scene. Members of The New Black Liberation Militia plan to make a citizen’s arrest of 28-year-old George Zimmerman, since local police have yet to detain him. “We’ll find him. We’ve got his mug shot and everything,” said Muhammad. The problem is, only two people are known to have witnessed the incident — Zimmerman, who insists that he only acted in self defense (as per stand your ground law), and Martin, who was killed. State prosecutors will decide whether Zimmerman met the legal standard for the state’s self-defense law, which allows wide latitude in using deadly force if someone feels reasonably threatened, or if he shot Martin unlawfully and should be arrested. Members of the Black Liberation Militia (or anyone who conducts a citizen arrest) could then face criminal charges themselves, due to the fact that Zimmerman has yet to be charged with any crime pending Florida investigation. It really shouldn’t have to come to this, but it seems pretty obvious that the U.S. criminal justice system doesn’t give a fawk about the lives of black people still to this day! Both Sandra Bullock and her now-ex have signed the final documents, filed and sealed with the clerk’s office in Travis County, Texas, within the last week. Sources confirm the papers make the divorce final, although the contents, including all financial details of their split, will forever remain confidential. Insiders do say the divorce clears the way for Sandra to complete a single parent adoption , however. Initially, both of them planned to adopt baby Louis. It turns out Mel Gibson’s estranged baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva did indeed go to the dentist following a confrontation with the actor on January 6. The question: Was Mel responsible for the damage she had repaired, or is Oksana just trying to manipulate circumstantial evidence to slander him? As we reported earlier, Mel punched Oksana in the face – she claims – twice during a heated argument, knocking out teeth and giving her a concussion. TMZ has since learned there are photos of the damage to Oksana’s teeth and records showing that she did in fact go to a dentist the very next day. OKSANA VS. MEL : Who’s telling the truth? Sources close to Oksana are saying that one of her teeth was completely knocked out and another was chipped thanks to Gibson’s violent behavior . Mel’s camp counters that he was not responsible for any damage to Oksana’s teeth and that they were not actually damaged … just the veneers.

I could be wrong, but I think that Elizabeth Hurley is hiding some braless MILF boobies behind that book of hers. She probably didn’t realize how thin that top was when she left the house, nor did she factor in all the bright lights of the paparazzi and hid the goods from us.
