Actor Thanks Kate Winslet for Sex Scenes in His Emmy Acceptance Speech

Kate WInslet took home an Emmy for her role in the HBO miniseries Mildred Pierce last night, as did her co-star Guy Pearce . An Emmy is pretty cool, but in his acceptance speech, Guy showed where his heart really lies: “It was delightful working on Mildred Pierce . I got to have sex with Kate Winslet many, many times. Thank you for allowing me to insert myself into your world of Mildred,” he said as millions watched on live TV. Backstage, Guy continued to gush about his steamy onscreen affair: ” Kate Winslet , I have sex with four times in the show, and that’s what was in the forefront of my mind,” he told reporters. “Because it was Kate, we did have a good time. Lady Gaga, Eminem, Justin Timberlake Take Home Emmys

The Creative Arts Emmys were handed out Saturday night, with the prime-time Emmys slated for next Sunday. By Jocelyn Vena Lady Gaga Photo: Scott Gries/ Picture Group A number of the music industry’s biggest names took home some prizes over the weekend. No, you didn’t miss some big music awards show. Instead, the likes of Justin Timberlake , Lady Gaga and Eminem won Creative Arts Emmy Awards for their recent work on various television projects. Timberlake took home two Emmys: one for guest-hosting “Saturday Night Live” and another for co-writing the lyrics to his monologue song from the show, according to The New York Times . Timberlake previously won four Emmys for his work on the hit sketch comedy show. Gwyneth Paltrow took home an Emmy for her guest-starring role on “Glee.” The Chrysler 200 commercial starring Eminem also took home an Emmy, according to Allhiphop.com . The commercial, titled “Born of Fire,” features the Detroit-born rapper driving through his hometown while his track “Lose Yourself” plays in the background. “We were very surprised,” Aaron Allen, the creative director at Wieden + Kennedy, the ad agency that created the commercial, said. “We really wanted to win but wondered if humor would win instead.” HBO’s drama “Boardwalk Empire” was the big winner at Saturday night’s Emmy ceremony. The show took home seven awards including art direction, editing, sound editing and visual effects. HBO also took home awards for “Mildred Pierce,” the Lady Gaga Monster Ball concert special that aired earlier this year and the children’s program called “A Child’s Garden of Poetry.” The Creative Arts Emmy show will air on the ReelzChannel on Saturday. Nominations for the 63rd annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced this morning in Los Angeles. And while the actress races aren’t quite as stacked (heh) as this year’s Oscars, of which 7 our of the 10 nominees were also nominudes, skinful series Mildred Pierce , Game of Thrones , Boardwalk Empire , The Borgias and True Blood all got some love from the Emmy voters. TV Nudity Report: Evan Rachel Wood Goes Full Frontal on Mildred Pierce, Nude Deja Vu on Camelot

Evan Rachel Wood made her stiffly anticipated full frontal debut on Mildred Pierce this weekend, and though the scene was rather dark (like all the nudity on this miniseries- didn’t they have electricity in the ’30s?), fans of the willowy brunette will still find plenty to jerk about. Evan Rachel plays Veda, the spoiled brat daughter of Kate Winslet ‘s Mildred Pierce, and in this episode it was revealed that Veda is sleeping with her mom’s man. After the big reveal, Evan Rachel gets out of bed fully nude, baring boobs, butt and merkin before sitting down at her vanity table, still nude. In other nudes, Tamsin Egerton was a topless vision yet again as Guinevere on Starz’ Camelot . The show has revisited Arthur’s dream about banging Guinevere on the beach in every episode so far, with different angles on Tamsin’s nudity each time. TV Nudity Report: Camelot Shows Mams a Lot, Kate Winslet is a Pierceable Mildred

Now that Showtime ‘s finished off their Shameless season, Starz has stepped in to fill the voluptuous void left by Emmy Rossum with the new Holy Grail of TV nudity, Camelot. In the second episode, French tent-pitcher supreme Eva Green made an alliance with the dark side in order to regain the throne of Camelot, an activity that is of course best done in the nude. We also saw the lovely vision of Tamsin Egerton come to braless life as she threatened her future husband Arthur with her rock-hard nipples- oh,and a knife. Last night was the official beginning of the season, and if this nude streak continues, Camelot will make you spank a lot for weeks to come. Also last night, Kate Winslet showed more shadowy boob in the sack with Guy Pierce in part 3 of Mildred Pierce . However, Evan Rachel Wood and her wooly wookie wig have yet to make an appearance, prompting another Great Depression here at Skin Central. TV Nudity Report: Shameless Season Finale & Mildred Pierce Premiere [PICS]

HBO premiered its Mildred Pierce miniseries this weekend, and it hit the ground running with some dark, but still delectable, nudity from muff master Kate Winslet . Evan Rachel Wood ‘s merkin hasn’t made its entrance yet, so we’re expecting Mildred Pierce to keep the nudity coming fast and hard…so you can too! In other TV nudes, the season finale of Shameless aired last night, and it’s leaving us feeling a bit…conflicted here at Skin Central. The much-hoped-for Sapphic seduction of knockout nudecomer Emmy Rossum by trained topless professional Amy Smart failed to deliver- in fact, in a rare show of restraint, Emmy kept her clothes on for the entire episode. Mildred Pierce Is the Film Event of the Year So Far — And It’s on HBO

To my previous rule of “Only Remake Bad Movies, Not Good Ones,” let me add the codicil, “But It’s OK to Remake Good Ones If the Original Strayed from the Source Material.” Because that’s what Todd Haynes does in his breathtaking five-part HBO adaptation of James M. Cain’s Mildred Pierce (premiering this Sunday, March 27). Rather than try to summon the magic that made the 1945 version so memorable (Joan Crawford won a well-deserved Oscar in the title role), Haynes goes back to the original Cain novel to tell a story that fans of the original movie know only in bits and pieces.
