Mariah Carey Left James Packer Over Unstable, Violent Mental State Remember how we told you James Packer gave Mariah her walking papers over her outlandish spending habits?? Well, Mimi’s people are singing a different tune. Apparently, folks close to the songstress say that Mariah was the one to decide to break things off…and it was because she could no longer tolerate James’ fluctuating moods and violent outbursts. Sources tell TMZ that “she had to leave him” and say James is “mentally unstable.” But apparently it was an incident in Greece last month that made Mimi say, “no more.” James allegedly got “violent” a month ago on a yacht…getting very volatile with Mariah’s assistant. SMH! It isn’t worth a billion dollars to deal with all that nonsense… especially with dem babies to worry about… Splash/WENN
Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer took a telling, passive-aggressive SHOT on Twitter that quickly caused an uproar among fans. As she gears up for her court date with Corey Simms , she spoke someone who was creating issues, and she’s not happy with them: “You can’t run from the issues YOU created…. #JustSaying.” Leah didn’t name her first ex-husband Corey Simms, with whom she is battling for custody of her six-year-old daughters, in the Tweet. It’s possible, though unlikely, that she was directing it at her second ex-husband Jeremy Calvert, with whom she’s been on better terms. She’s also dating T.R. Dues – and was even rumored to be cheating on T.R. Dues with Jeremy Calvert – so there’s yet another possibility. The most logical target for that Leah’s latest salvo seems like Simms, however, and regardless, people on Twitter weren’t impressed. Considering all she’s done in the last several years, fans felt Messer’s comment was ironic at best … and brazenly hypocritical at worst. “Says the serial cheater, who can’t parent her kids with out been high on pills,” wrote one fan, taking the Teen Mom 2 star to task. Added another: “You cried that your husband left you for no reason because you can’t admit that you cheated on him multiple times.” Others were even more harsh: “You’re such a hypocrite. You went to REHAB for drugs but you told everyone it was therapy for anxiety.” If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , you know that Leah has been accused of cheating on Jeremy with her former boyfriend, Robbie Kidd. Then, she admitted hooking up with Simms one time in his truck while her ex-hubby was married to his current wife, Miranda Patterson. Frequent drug rumors haven’t helped her reputation, either. Simms and Calvert have both spoken out about her addiction issues, and Messer recently lost primary custody of her kids with Corey. She’s been fighting him hard in court, but it looks like she has a ways to go in terms of repairing her image in the court of public opinion. If you're a fan of The Bachelor – and most especially if you're not – you will laugh your junk off at Saturday Night Live's hilarious take on the “reality” show. Entitled “Bland Man,” a jab at this season's (like most seasons) bachelor Ben Higgins' generic good looks and equally generic personality, the show's tagline sums it all up perfectly: “One very bland man, 25 long-haired women. Who will he choose to be his bride?” The sketch takes us through a series of one-on-ones with “Dan” (played by Taran Killam) and the would-be brides, each interrupting another's conversation in true Bachelor fashion with, “Can I steal him for a sec?” The ladies reference the outlandish “dates” they go on, such as “taking a hot air balloon with the cast of Chicago Fire” and “going to your old high school and watching you cry.” Cecily Strong mimics this year's Lace as The Crazy One, getting irate over nothing then apologizing with: “Sorry I got mad, that's not me. Well, it is me, but I'm doing a bad job hiding it.” There's even a shout out to Olivia's “fat toes” fiasco . Aidy Bryant's character emotionally confesses: “I have to be completely honest with you. I have one enormous toe. Like, it's so big, and I've been so self-conscious about it my entire life. I need you to see it.” She then produces a toe the size of Houston, causing Dan to scream out in horror. Possibly the best line came from Sasheer Zamata. After Dan asks her to tell him about herself, she responds with this gem: “Well, I'm the black one.” It's an obvious jab to the show's tradition of an all-white cast spiced up with one token minority to avoid public backlash. The reason this sketch is so funny is because it's not far off from what really happens on The Bachelor . Hand-picking 25 women based on their likelihood to cause drama, forcing them to live together then pitting them against one another in an array of contrived, sensationalized situations in order to “win” a groom is comedy in and of itself. It’s love-love for Andy Murray and Kim Sears, who tied the knot Saturday in Scotland. The tennis champ and his girlfriend made it official after 10 years together! The longtime couple married in Dunblane Cathedral in his hometown of Dunblane, Scotland. The duo began dating in 2005 and got engaged in November. Andy Murray, 27, was seen arriving to the church dressed in a formal kilt. He was accompanied by his brother and fellow tennis pro Jamie Murray, also kilted. Murray waved as he entered the 12th Century cathedral. Later, he emerged with his bride, they were showered with well-wishes from guests and fans. The athlete was clearly excited about his much-anticipated big day even before he exchanged his vows, sending out an emoji-filled tweet this morning. This pretty much sums up the wedding experience for a lot of people: Murray and Kim Sears , also 27, did not invite any fellow tennis stars, despite the fact that he’s friends with Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer: “[It will be] everyone who we’re close to, people we’ve spent a lot of time with in the past, but also people we see ourselves spending time with in the future.” “There won’t be any celebrities as such,” Murray said of the event. Murray won the Olympic tennis gold medal, and the U.S. Open, in 2012. He then became the first British man to win Wimbledon in 77 years in 2013. He can handle a racket … but couldn’t handle wedding planning. “Kim’s been pretty much doing it. I’ve tried to help out when she has asked, but I haven’t been over-involved,” he told the Telegraph earlier this month. “I did all the food and cake tasting which I really enjoyed, although I didn’t think I was going to. It’s a big day for Kim … Pretty much everything is taken care of.” That it is … and it sounds like they aced it. Congratulations! View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Got Married in 2015
As the Game of Thrones universe expands more and more with each season, new characters are introduced at a breakneck rate. While many shows would struggle with the task of juggling so many unique identities, GoT’s writing staff and casting department take the pains necessary to develop the denizens of Westeros into living, breathing, feeling men and women who make the unique struggles of their outlandish world relatable by revealing their humanity to the audience. Then, of course, they get their heads crushed by eight-foot human killing machines. Yes, sadly, many of the characters we fall in love with each season won’t make it to the finale, but that just makes our connection to them that much stronger. Most shows wouldn’t bother developing a fully-realized character who serves as the story’s moral compass only to chop his head off in season one , but George R.R. Martin is a sadistic SOB, and now he’s got two equally depraved showrunners to do his bidding. Here now, are the new characters that will be introduced in Game of Thrones Season 5 (premiering Sunday night) Enjoy them while you can: View Slideshow: Game of Thrones Season 5: New Cast Photos We’re excited about the introduction of Doran Martell, but then, we were jazzed about Oberyn Martell last season, and look how that turned out. Of course, we can’t complain about the characters’ uncertain futures, as it’s the writers’ willingness to lop off a beloved head at the most unexpected time that makes GoT such white-knuckle viewing. Even so, we’ll never forgive those SOBs for the Red Wedding. If you still need to get caught up in time for season 5, or if you just want to relive some of GoT’s most shocking deaths, watch Game of Thrones online at TV Fanatic.
