Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are out to set the record straight regarding his alleged cheating with Annemarie Kunkel, a.k.a. Miami Girl. The cute couple’s side of the story has been pretty simple from the start: There was no cheating by Sandoval in Miami Annemarie Kunkel is desperate for fame Jax Taylor is a pathological liar Kristen Doute is insane Despite how adamant the aforementioned accusers are, Tom’s counter-arguments are hard to refute, and in Sandoval’s new interview with Radar , he sticks to the bullet points. “Jax has done things like this a number of times. It’s not one of those things you get used to,” Tom said. “It’s not like we will ever be best friends. Or anything like that.” He’s referring to Taylor’s insistence that Tom Sandoval and Miami Girl had sex while he was dating Ariana Madix, which he has long denied took place. “At any point, I know Jax would say something to get himself out of trouble,” Tom says, believing that’s exactly what was going on in this particular case. “What is more annoying is that there are people in this world that take what he says seriously. German Plane Crashes in France; 148 Passengers Suspected Dead

A German passenger plane with 148 people on board has crashed in southern France while en route from Barcelona to Düsseldorf, according to various reports. Airbus A320, operated by Lufthansa’s Germanwings budget airline, went down in the French Alps, in a “zone that is particularly hard to access,” French President François Holland said this morning. “The conditions of the accident, which have not yet been clarified, lead us to think there are no survivors,” Holland added via statement. The plane was carrying 142 passengers, two pilots and four cabin crew. Its remains have been found scattered over an estimated 4.5 square acres at a site near Barcelonette. French news outlets say that the aircraft disappeared from the radar shortly after 11 a.m. local time, while a police helicopter saw a column of smoke in the area approximately 15 minutes later. In a statement posted to the Lufthansa Twitter account, CEO Carsten Spohr said the following: “We do not yet know what has happened to flight 4U 9525. My deepest sympathy goes to the families and friends of our passengers and crew on 4U 9525. If our fears are confirmed, this is a dark day for Lufthansa. We hope to find survivors.”

Dog Poops Twice During Flight, Plane Forced to Make Emergency Landing

The next time you complain about a crappy flight, think of the passengers on a U.S. Airways flight last week that was forced to make an emergency landing. Because a dog pooped en route from L.A. to Philadelphia. Plane Makes Emergency Landing After Dog Poops Mid-Flight Flight 598 was going smoothly until passengers started smelling something foul. Something people said smelled like dog feces. It was dog feces . “About an hour into the flight, I started smelling a terrible smell,” passenger Steve McCall told Inside Edition in an interview after the trauma. “I look up the aisle way and there’s a dog pooping right in the middle of the aisle. It’s a big dog, three or four feet tall or long, and he was just going!” Other passengers began Tweeting their complaints, and while the crew cleaned up the mess, the lingering stench permeated the US Airways cabin. Then the unthinkable happened, according to McCall: “An hour later, it still smelled bad, and after they cleaned it all up, it pooped again! A couple people started dry-heaving, a couple of people were throwing up.” The cleaning crew ran out of cleaning supplies and the pilot announced that the flight would be making an emergency landing in Kansas City, Missouri. Extreme? Maybe, but when you have people hurling left and right because the odor is THAT putrid, perhaps the alternative of sticking it out is worse. According to McCall, the dog’s owner was apologetic about the incident and asked for fellow passengers’ addresses to send a Starbucks gift card. Nothing erases the memory of dog crap like coffee. She’s not quite the “Epic Uppercut Bus Driver” , but this lady don’t take no isht! Brawl Between Detroit Bus Driver And Passenger Caught On Camera Via NYDailyNews A video shows a shocking bus brawl that erupts after a passenger’s ticket gets stuck in the machine. Passengers on the DDOT bus at Greenfield and McNichols roads in northwest Detroit earlier this month witnessed a fight lasting several minutes that broke out after the unnamed woman lost her temper while trying to validate her transfer card to another bus route. The woman, who wore a brown coat, starts to argue with the driver and demands her ticket back before spitting at her. The driver, dressed in a white shirt and clearly upset, then gets up from her seat and lunges at the passenger. Footage shows an astonishing battle in which the driver hits the passenger around the head, using her keys as a weapon, while the passenger pulls the driver’s hair and hits her with her handbag. They use several different boxing, wrestling and martial arts moves as they punch, kick and grab each other. One passenger, Christopher Jackson, did try to break up the fight but couldn’t. Other passengers reportedly egged the pair on. Eventually, the driver managed to pin down the passenger, who was then forced off the bus. Bloody Body Falls From Airplane Traveling Over West Africa In a bizarre story near West Africa, a man says he watched as a black person’s body landed and was later found by police lying in blood after falling out of an airplane en route to the country’s capital. via Huffington Post Niger’s interior minister says a body fell from an Air France plane as it approached the West African country’s capital, Niamey, and was discovered lifeless in western suburb. Abdou Labo said a resident was standing just a few meters from where the body landed at around 5 a.m. Thursday. He said police arrived and found “the lifeless body of a black person, lying in blood.” He also said blood had been spotted on the left wing of the plane. Labo said the plane was coming from Burkina Faso’s capital, Ouagadougou, and was scheduled to continue to Paris. Officials were holding the plane in Niamey so crew members and passengers could be interviewed. Investigators in Ouagadougou are also looking into “the conditions in which the passengers boarded.” Sooooo either somebody pushed this person….or he jumped. Either way, something sounds shady. The FAA and other people are pissed off people did this aboard a commercial airplane. It’s the dance sensation that’s sweeping above the nation — at 30,000 feet. The Harlem shake has gone aloft, breaking out on commercial airline flights, and appearing in dozens of YouTube videos. Some of the videos were taped aboard planes on the ground. But the Federal Aviation Administration says it is looking into one instance of high-altitude dancing. And airline pilots, flight attendants and others say the fad presents serious safety and security problems. “It’s ridiculous,” said Jim Tilmon, a retired 29-year airline pilot. “A commercial airplane in flight … is not a dance hall, it’s not an entertainment stage, it’s not any of those things.” “It’s cute, novel, all that sort of stuff,” he said, adding, “Wrong place, wrong time.” Experts say they are not trying to be party poopers. “I hate to be a bureaucratic kill-joy,” agreed Steve Wallace, former director of the FAA’s Office of Accident Investigation. “I think there is a safety issue here. Turbulence injuries are the most common type of injuries, and they are virtually eliminated when people are in their seat belts.” Dancing is a bad idea even on the ground, said Veda Shook, president of the Association of Flight Attendants. She fretted about being labeled a “buzz kill.” But dancing impedes other passengers and makes it impossible for flight attendants to communicate with passengers, she said. Fast Forward to 6 Min mark “Phoenix Jones, Midnight Jack, Red Falcon, Bishop and Westlake Drake are on a routine patrol of the University District when they come across a man yelling at a car. The suspect, out side of the car in the orange shirt, starts punching the window of the car scaring the passengers of the vehicle. Phoenix steps in, stops the assault while Red calls 911. The suspect in orange then changes his target to Phoenix and begins using racial slurs. After 8 minutes of trying to de-escalate the situation the cops arrive (this is a the 2:32 mark of your condensed video). Phoenix Jones tells the officer that he would like to leave and would like a police escort to the team’s car. The cop agrees and then the suspect in orange says “F**k you ni**er! I’ll bring this to your house!” At this point Phoenix agrees to mutual combat, the two shake hands and the fight commences. Right before Phoenix knocks out the suspect in orange, the suspect says “You know you don’t want none of this”. Woman Barred From American Airlines Flight Because of "Offensive" Pro-Choice T-Shirt

An unidentified woman missed her American Airlines flight last week because staff found her choice of clothing offensive, according to news reports. That’s because it bore a statement that first appeared at a pro-choice rally this year: “If I wanted the government in my womb, I’d f–k a senator.” The woman, identified only as “O,” said of the incident, “When I boarded, I was one of the first groups to board (did not pass by many folks).” “I was wearing my shawl loosely around my neck and upon sitting down, the lady next to me, who was already seated, praised me for wearing the shirt.” Yet a flight attendant told her that she needed to speak with the captain before making her connecting flight because the shirt was offensive . The captain informed her that she shouldn’t have been allowed to board in the first place, and would need to change before her connecting flight. According to the woman, this caused her to miss her connection. She says the airline called ahead to the connecting gate to tell agents there that “O” needed to change her shirt, but not to hold the flight. “O” claims that her luggage was checked and “changing shirts without spending money wasn’t an option.” American Airlines spokesman Tim Smith told MSNBC: “The only reason she was asked to cover up her T-shirt was the appearance of the ‘F-word’ on the T-shirt. The [pro-choice] message is irrelevant.” AA says its terms and conditions permit it to remove passengers at its discretion, including anyone it determines is “clothed in an inappropriate manner that would cause discomfort or offense to other passengers.”

Clayton Osbon, JetBlue Pilot, Restrained By Passengers After In-Flight Meltdown

Clayton Osbon, a JetBlue pilot, had to be restrained Tuesday after suffering a panic attack on board a flight from New York’s JFK airport to Las Vegas. The FAA called the incident a medical emergency. The unruly captain was subdued by at least five passengers after his co-pilot locked him out of the cockpit after displayed potentially dangerous behavior. The flight was diverted to Amarillo, Texas. JetBlue Pilot Flips Out, Subdued by Passengers Osbon, a commercial pilot since 1989, was not at the controls but “began acting erratically, flipping switches in the cockpit and appearing confused.” Sources say that his co-pilot tricked him into going to the passenger area to check something, then locked the door and changed the security code. “The captain of the plane just went berserk,” passenger Wayne Honlnes said. “He came out of the other end of the plane … came running back to the cockpit and he was shouting out numbers … 500 something. He started banging on the cockpit door.” While Osbon was in the cabin, an off-duty JetBlue pilot traveling on the flight managed to enter the cockpit and help land the plane in Texas. JetBlue said in a statement: “Another captain, traveling off duty, entered the flight deck prior to landing at Amarillo, and took over the duties of the ill crewmember once on the ground.” “The aircraft arrived Amarillo at 10:11 am CT, and the crewmember was removed from the aircraft and taken to a local medical facility.” Passenger David Gonzalez, a former corrections officer from New York City, said he was sitting in the second row of flight 191 when he saw the captain storm out of the cockpit and rush toward an occupied bathroom. Flight attendants struggled to control him and Gonzalez, 50, said the captain began moving in the direction of the plane’s emergency exit. Gonzalez said he had gone to help the flight attendant and asked the captain what his problem was. Gonzalez said the pilot replied, “You’d better start praying right now,” and was shouting about Al Qaeda, a bomb, and the plane crashing. “I was actually the one that took him down. I noticed he was very erratic,” Gonzalez said. “He was pinned against the door. I was afraid he was going to knock down the door. I was able to put a choke hold on him.” “I was able to get him weak from cutting his wind pipe.” “When he buckled, I realized I had him where I need him. So I put a little more pressure, and that’s when he almost passed out. So I threw him to the floor.” “That’s when the team came in and started helping me … I just didn’t want him opening up that door. I knew if he got in there, we wouldn’t be sitting here now.” Gonzalez felt the man get weak and he passed out about three minutes later. The men, who took off their belts to tie his legs, as Osbon was reportedly able to break through plastic handcuffs, sat on the pilot until landing.

Wow! Talk about God’s grace! Reports have surfaced about an incident involving Young Buck. Word is, the vehicle he was riding in was shot at 11 times! Young Buck was unhurt. Unfortunately, a female passenger was struck by one of the bullets. According to reports Young Buck and two other passengers were riding in his SUV at 3am Sunday morning in Nashville, TN when another car drove along side them and opened fire. Buck’s truck was riddled with eleven bullets, but the rapper was unhurt. His passenger was not so lucky. The young lady sitting in the front seat was hit in the shoulder.
