Woman Suing Derrick Rose For Raping Her Said Her Former Friend Sold Texts To The Press To Discredit Her At Rose’s Urging The woman suing Derrick Rose of rape accused the NBA star of conspiring with her former roommate and encouraging her to leak private texts online in an attempt to ruin her reputation. The woman sued Rose earlier this year – identified only as Jane Doe – accusing the NBA star and two of his friends of drugging her and then gang raping her inside her apartment. The woman explained she dated Rose from 2011 to 2013, and during the time she said Rose attempted to pressure her into doing various sexual activities such as masturbating on camera, allowing him to have sex with her friends and demanding she participate in group sex. Then in August 2013, the woman claimed that Rose and his two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton, invited her to the NBA star’s L.A. mansion, where she claims someone slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her. She claimed that she escaped the home with a friend but later in the evening Rose and his friends broke into her home and gang raped her while she was knocked out.

Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose is accused of drugging and raping an ex-girlfriend, according to a shocking report – which he adamantly denies. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she and Rose dated from 2011-13. Over that time, she claims he pressured her to do kinky stuff. Rose allegedly tried to pressure her to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers. She refused all of this, but she claims in August 2013, Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton, invited her to the athlete’s house. There, they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her, she alleges; Jane Doe escaped that situation, only to be accosted later. According to her lawsuit, the NBA star and his friends broke into her apartment later and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She acknowledges that she remembers only “flashes” of the incident, but says she remembers the three defendants forcibly raping her. She claims she waited two years to file this because she was “ashamed and embarrassed” and her “conservative family” would be upset. In response, Rose’s attorney Lisa Cohen tells TMZ the lawsuit is “an attempt to shake down a highly respected and successful athlete.” Cohen adds the plaintiff and the Chicago Bulls guard were in a “non-exclusive, consensual sexual relationship for over two years.” Only when lawyers started telling her to go after Rose for a big payout did anyone have an issue, Cohen says, alleging the fabrication: “We have complete confidence that the case will be dismissed and that Mr. Rose will be vindicated. This lawsuit is outrageous.”

Derrick Rose Accused Of Gang Rape Bulls Baller Derrick Rose is in the hot seat today, as a new lawsuit filed by one of his former girlfriends alleges that at the end of their two-year relationship, the player lured her to his home, laced her drink with a drug , and eventually forced her to have sex with him and two of his friends. Via TMZ : Derrick Rose is being sued by a woman who claims the NBA superstar and two of his friends drugged and gang raped her. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she and Rose dated from 2011 to 2013. During that time, Rose allegedly tried to pressure her to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers, all of which she says she refused. Rose’s accuser says the two continued to date until August 2013, when Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (who is also Rose’s personal manager), invited her to Rose’s Beverly Hills house. She says there, they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her. The plaintiff says she escaped the house with a friend, but later that night, Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She says she remembers only “flashes” of the incident, but can remember the defendants forcibly raping her. She claims she waited for two years to file the suit because she was “ashamed and embarrassed” of what happened and concerned her “conservative family” would find out. She wants unspecified damages. We’ve reached out to an attorney for Rose, but so far … no word back. YIKES. These are some TERRIBLE charges! Wow…it will be really interesting to see how this all shakes out.

High-Schoolers Dump Urine, Feces And Spit On Autistic Teen Via Raw Story reports: An Ohio woman said classmates dumped a bucket full of feces, urine, and spit on her autistic son – who believed he was taking part in the ALS “ice bucket challenge.” The mother said she found video of the incident on her 15-year-old son’s cell phone, reported WJW-TV. “He was embarrassed because he did not know what the contents were until afterwards and then he didn’t want anybody to know,” said the boy’s mother, identified only as Diane. “They used his phone to tape it and they put it up on Instagram.” Diane reported the incident to police, who are investigating, and she said she publicized the case to make other parents aware of the bullying. “The bucket challenge is supposed to be raising awareness for this disease and now they’ve turned it into a sick joke,” said the victim’s mom. “I just can’t understand why kids would do something this cruel.” Participants in the ice bucket challenge record video of themselves pouring cold water over their heads, make a donation to the ALS Foundation, and then post the video on social media. In the prank video, the Bay High School student stands in front of a garage wearing only underwear as a bucket containing bodily fluids and cigarette butts is poured over his head by someone on the roof. “It’s disturbing to watch, you can obviously tell that somebody has been taking advantage of there,” said Detective Kevin Krolkosky, of Bay Village police. Police said they have a good idea of the other students involved, and the teens could face juvenile charges. The high school is also investigating the incident. YT

Controversy is swirling over a new CBS ad for Super Bowl XLVII, which stars Neil Patrick Harris and features a shot of him wearing a football player’s eye black with the date of the big game written across the front. Because mediocre quarterback Tim Tebow is known to scrawl bible verse references across his eye black , a writer for WND.com believes CBS is clearly making fun of the religion with this spot. The site quotes a viewer of the commercial as saying the network is ” pushing a gay agenda by using [Harris], and they’re mocking Christians at the same time.” Harris, of course, stars on How I Met Your Mother and came out of the closet in 2006. Worried that his son was spending much time online, a Chinese father recently hired some virtual “hit men” to hunt down and “kill” his offspring … in various games. The man, identified only as Mr. Feng, had grown concerned about the amount of time his 23-year-old unemployed son was spending with online gaming. He hoped his actions would deter his son from playing the games. According to the BBC, his son eventually asked one of the gamers why they kept targeting him. Was it effective? “It’s not going to do much for family relations.” Professor Mark Griffiths, a gambling and addictions expert at Nottingham Trent University, said. “I’ve never heard of that kind of intervention, but I don’t think these top-down approaches work. Excessive game playing is usually a symptom of an underlying problem.” Prof. Griffiths said he heard from many parents who had grown worried about their children’s gaming habits but often times it was not an addiction. “I’ve spent 25 years studying excessive video game playing,” he said. “I’ve come across very excessive players – playing for 10 to 14 hours a day.” “But, for a lot of these people it causes no detrimental problems if they are not employed, aren’t in relationships and don’t have any children.” “It’s not the time you spend, it’s the impact it has on your life.” Father and son are said to have reconciled but World of Warcraft expert Olivia Grace said she did not think Feng’s actions would act as a deterrent. “Being killed by someone happens all the time,” she said. “People are just like that online.”

Woman Barred From American Airlines Flight Because of "Offensive" Pro-Choice T-Shirt

An unidentified woman missed her American Airlines flight last week because staff found her choice of clothing offensive, according to news reports. That’s because it bore a statement that first appeared at a pro-choice rally this year: “If I wanted the government in my womb, I’d f–k a senator.” The woman, identified only as “O,” said of the incident, “When I boarded, I was one of the first groups to board (did not pass by many folks).” “I was wearing my shawl loosely around my neck and upon sitting down, the lady next to me, who was already seated, praised me for wearing the shirt.” Yet a flight attendant told her that she needed to speak with the captain before making her connecting flight because the shirt was offensive . The captain informed her that she shouldn’t have been allowed to board in the first place, and would need to change before her connecting flight. According to the woman, this caused her to miss her connection. She says the airline called ahead to the connecting gate to tell agents there that “O” needed to change her shirt, but not to hold the flight. “O” claims that her luggage was checked and “changing shirts without spending money wasn’t an option.” American Airlines spokesman Tim Smith told MSNBC: “The only reason she was asked to cover up her T-shirt was the appearance of the ‘F-word’ on the T-shirt. The [pro-choice] message is irrelevant.” AA says its terms and conditions permit it to remove passengers at its discretion, including anyone it determines is “clothed in an inappropriate manner that would cause discomfort or offense to other passengers.”
