It follows a year in which Kendall and Kylie nearly surpassed their more famous half-sister, Kim Kardashian in terms of attention. And how did they accomplish this feat? It’s unclear, meanwhile, just what Kylie Jenner did on New Year’s Eve, but she shared a photo at one point of herself partying somewhere in Los Angeles, as she wore an eye-catching small red dress and a Happy New Year crown.
