While sitting in her dad’s lap, little Lucia is rocking a ribbon in her hair, a floral shirt, and some striped shorts to stay cool.

It seemed like the ABC hit couldn’t occupy any more time on TV, with one season of a series ended a week or two after the last (a cycle that’s gone on for the past couple of years), but now they’re found a way to overlap seasons of the same show. The entire franchise is supposedly about finding love, so that’s no surprise, but how that process relates to contestants playing winter games is unknown. The event isn’t just for those from the US series either, this new show will feature contestants from the US, UK, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, China, Canada, Sweden and Finland. With this idea, they’ve managed to make a show filled with 90% white contestants that much whiter. It’s safe to say that 22 seasons in, this franchise is truly milking their viewership for all its worth.

He would be joining singer Gloria Estefan, who was recently cast as Lopez’s mother . The January episode was also set to feature Ricky Martin as “a musically inclined Spanish teacher,” though Martin’s cameo has been moved to a later ep to make room for a larger, Santana-centric story line, according to The Reporter. Naya Rivera’s Santana was just named MTV News’ #11 TV Character of 2011 . A representative for Pitbull did not immediately respond to MTV News’ request for comment. The rumored role is a rather fitting way to end a year that saw Pit breakthrough to the mainstream with his massive hit Give Me Everything, which rose to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this summer. The song earned him a nomination at the 2011 Video Music Awards, and at the show, he teamed with Ne-Yo for a performance that most definitely brought the Miami heat . Some of the “Everything” lyrics got the rapper in hot water with actress Lindsay Lohan, who sued to have the song removed from airwaves (he’s since filed a countersuit ). According to official records, Ricky’s trying to score a hefty profit on the estate — because he bought it in 2005 for $10,000,000 .. and now he’s listed the house at $12.5 mil. The place is pretty sick — boasting 7 beds, 10 baths, a swimming pool … and it’s located in one of the ritziest parts of Miami Beach, close to Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. After working with the company for the last two years (in 2010 with Cyndi Lauper and in 2011 on her own), Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin have been confirmed as the new faces for the makeup line that raises money for HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. Martin and Minaj’s campaign will launch in February 2012, and they are currently hard at work on the photo spreads for it. The stars are shooting with famed celebrity photographer David LaChappelle for the ads in Miami on Monday, a rep for the cosmetics brand confirmed to MTV News. “Viva Glam Photo Shoot. Ur gonna GAG!!!!!” Minaj wrote on Twitter . “Can’t wait for my barbz & ken barbz to wear this new shade of lipstick! Wait til u see it! Sickening!!!! #VivaGlam2012.” Martin and Minaj join an ever-growing list of A-list celebrities who have helped raise money for the MAC AIDS Fund through the sale of lipstick. Fergie, Christina Aguilera, Eve, Mary J.
