Jay-Z introduced his new protege Rita Ora to the world in a recent radio interview.  Ora is from London and is now signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label. Now the buzz is that Jay-Z was so angry with Rihanna for getting back with Chris Brown, against his wishes, that he is cutting  all ties with her and dethroning the pop star, replacing her with Ora. “I have Miss Rita Ora,” Jay said as he raised a toast to her future success. “This is all very un-spontaneous for us,” he added. “We just came to see, you know, some great friends over here and play some music and you know. They liked what they heard and said, ‘Let’s just throw it on the air,’ which is great. I love that. That’s what radio is all about. It’s about a feeling, an emotion. It’s not about scheduling and planning. Let’s do it right now.”~Jay-Z People are saying Rihanna may be a little nervous, hence all of her pub stunts (being seen w/ Chris Brown, the Birthday Cake remix, etc). Radar Online claims that Jay-Z is none too pleased with Rihanna after she reunited with Chris Brown for new music two years after the brutal beating she suffered at the hands on him in 2009. A source tells the site, “Jay was absolutely disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn’t understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it just goes against who he is and about. Chris is absolutely dead to Jay, he wants nothing to do with him ever.” And now that Rih-Rih is recording with Breezy again, “Jay is deeply disappointed in her actions.” The source adds that Jay doesn’t get Rihanna’s thinking, noting, “He understands the need for forgiveness, but he is adamant that Rihanna shouldn’t forget what Chris did to her. After Drake dumped his management team, it is now reported that he’s trying to leave Lil Wayne’s Young Money to join Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. If the rumors are true, it’s goin’ down! Drake was repped by Hip Hop Since 1976, the same team that manages Lil Wayne. Drizzy also detached himself from J Prince, the Houston executive who helped him link up with YMCMB, and parted ways with his agent ICM to join the William Morris Agency. This rumor sounds crazy since Drake has done so well with Young Money. There are a lot of good albums coming out today: Phonte, 9th Wonder, J-Live, Evidence, Van Hunt and J.Cole just to name a few.  After hearing most of them we can honestly say they’re worth the purchase but we feel a sense of urgency to make sure this kid Cole makes a strong debut.  The North Carolina native is Hov’s first signee to Roc Nation so the pressure couldn’t be higher. Cole, his album only costs “2 number 2 meals at McDonalds,” which is way cheaper than the season passes to the newly minted Brooklyn Nets Jay-Z is currently pushing. 6. One can only listen to Watch The Throne on repeat but so many times. And if you’re running out of space on your iPhone we suggest deleting that copy of “Angry Birds Rio” and the questionable photos from backstage at Rock The Bells. 5. Beyonce’s dad Mathew Knowles is blaming his daughter’s business partners for negative things said about him recently. Mathew filed papers in a Texas court this week alleging that members of her camp have made “negative comments” about him. Earlier this week, it was reported that Mathew stole money from his daughter Beyonce . However, in an interview with the Associated Press yesterday, he denied the claim, saying: “We absolutely have not taken any money from Beyonce, and all dollars will be accounted for. In no way have we stole money. Again, this [is] about the people who have made these claims — they have to come into the light.” Read more excerpts from the interview below: On his current relationship with his daughter: The relationship with Beyonce is extremely amicable. Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend but they certainly are not Jay-Z’s . In 2005 the rapper and mogul was sued by wrestler Diamond Dallas Page because the hand sign that Jigga threw up to  represent the Roc-A-Fella “Dynasty” was too similar to Page’s “Diamond Cutter” hand signal. Now, according to HipHopWired , a clothing company named Volcom is suing Jay-Z’s Roc Nation because the diamond logo bears some resemblance to Volcom’s. The diamond stone used in Roc Nation ads is similar to Volcom’s logo which has been trademarked since 1991. The rumor mill has been all abuzz with stories of Drake turning down a $20 million offer to leave Young Money and join Jay-Z over at Roc Nation .  One media outlet is claiming that the story is indeed true.
