Scott Storch Files For Marriage Annulment Scott Storch is looking to wiggle out of his lowkey union to his wife of five and a half years…and wants the courts to call it an annulment rather than a divorce. The infamous music producer has filed legal docs to end his five-year-long marriage, claiming that when he and wife Christina Gray got married back in 2011, they were both way too slizzard to realize what was going on. According to TMZ , Storch says they went their separate ways come the next morning, and haven’t been in a relationship — and really haven’t been in too much contact — ever since. Seems strange…since neither one of them managed to get rid of their “mistake” marriage for nearly six years. Court documents claim that the two were “not of sound mind” at the time of the union, and seek a VERY late annulment to be granted. This is certainly interesting. As you’ve likely heard by now, Kanye West was hospitalized last week after suffering a psychological breakdown. As is usually the case with this sort of thing, rumors about the nature and severity of his condition have been circulating non-stop, but confirmed details remain scarce. So far, we know for certain that the rapper required nine days of in-patient care and that his release date was postponed at least once to allow for additional treatment. Now, Kanye is out of the hospital but still under the supervision of 24-hour medical staff. It’s been widely rumored that his erratic and possibly dangerous behavior has put a strain on his marriage to Kim Kardashian, and now People magazine is confirming that Kim and Kanye are indeed living in separate homes. The move is said to be primarily a safety precaution, but there have been multiple reports that Kardashian and West were headed for divorce in the weeks leading up to his hospitalization. “He is receiving outpatient care else with a medical team,” a source tells the magazine. “Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don’t know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care.” The insider says Kim is concerned for the safety of her children, who have reportedly not seen West since the day he was admitted. “She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye,” says the source, adding that they did not accompany her on her visits to the hospital. The family threw an early birthday party for Kim’s son Saint on Wednesday, but Kanye was not in attendance. The unidentified family friend claims that the future of Kim and Kanye’s relationship is unclear, but adds that both parties hope to move forward as a couple. “There are frustrations and problems, like any relationship, but they love each other deeply,” the insider says. Sad news out of Hollywood today, as TMZ is reporting that Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have broken up . In other news: Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart were apparently still dating. The reports that the couple is dunzo come on the heels of rumors that Lopez is pregnant at the age of 47 . We think it’s safe to say you can add this to the pile of evidence that those rumors are bogus. There’s no word on why Lopez and Smart called it quits, but insiders say it was Lopez who pulled the plug on the relationship. The couple first started dating way back in October of 2011… But it’s anyone’s guess as to how many times they split up and got back together. Part of the reason for that is that Jen and Casper intentionally sent mixed messages about the status of their relationship. Insiders say Lopez and Smart faked a breakup in 2014 because they were sick of the public scrutiny of their relationship. From the start, the pairing was a subject of public fascination … and a fair amount of puzzlement. At 29, Smart is 18 years Lopez’s junior and was a struggling professional backup dancer when they met. Not what you expect from a woman who previously dated men as successful as Diddy and Ben Affleck, but as several fans pointed out over the years, male celebrities date and marry young, attractive nobodies all the time. So we’re not throwing shade over the age difference, but we’re still pretty happy to see these two go their separate ways. There were multiple signs that the relationship was less than stable, not the least of which were the multiple breakups (fake and otherwise). We don’t know if J-Lo called things off face-to-face or if she just ghosted Casper, but either way, it was probably a smart move. We’ll show ourselves out.

Beyonce And Jay Z Haven’t Spoken To Kim And Kanye Since Saint’s Birth Have the Carters and the Wests officially gone their separate ways? According to a OK! Magazine report, neither Beyoncé nor Jay Z have hit Kim and Kanye to offer kind words and congratulations on the birth of their son Saint. A source says literally “Jay Z and Beyonce haven’t seen anything.” It’s well-known that Beyoncé isn’t exactly the biggest Kim Kardashian fan, but considering that Jay Z and Kanye named themselves “The Throne”, it’s fair to think that Shawn might have reached out to his royal BFF once he got word of Saint’s birth. But alas, nothing. That said, back in 2013 Bey still took a moment to acknowledge North’s birth with a congratulatory Instagram post saying “Enjoy this beautiful moment together.” The source posited a theory for this awkward silence that we’re not exactly sure we buy, but they say that Jay is jealous that Kanye finally had a son and he is shook that he’ll never get a chance to father a little boy.
