In November of 2016, Brooke Mueller was taken to a hospital and placed under psychiatric evaluation after she allegedly struck her twin seven-year old boys. Sadly, this was merely the latest in a VERY long line of legal and personal trouble for the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen. As we wish her the best, we relive Muller's unfortunate history below… 1. January 2010 Mueller checked into a “wellness program” in North Carolina, with her mother saying Brooke was in need of some “stress reduction.” 2. February 2010 Mere weeks after the aforementioned check-in, Mueller entered Malibu, California’s The Canyon rehab facility. She has been spotted out partying with Sheen just hours beforehand. 3. May 2010 Mueller and Sheen announced their separation, with the former moving in to her own home. 4. October 2010 The famous couple announced it was divorcing, not long after Sheen was hospitalized after drinking A LOT. Mueller asked for physical custody of the twins. 5. December 2010 Mueller checked into a sober living facility in December 2010, soon after she filmed an appearance on Paris Hilton’s lame reality show The World According to Paris Hilton. 6. February 2011 Mueller had actually moved back in with Sheen at this time while she and the couple’s kids got ready to move into the new house the actor bought for them down the street. View Slideshow
Wendy Bell has filed a federal lawsuit against Pittsburgh-based WTAE for firing her this past spring, alleging that the TV station gave her the pink slip because she’s white. Yes, she has really said this. Back on March 21, Bell (a 21-time Emmy winner) took to Facebook in order to voice her opinion about the March 9 shooting of five African-Americcan people in Pittsburgh’s Wilkinsburg neighborhood. This is what she wrote at the time : You needn’t be a criminal profiler to draw a mental sketch of the killers who broke so many hearts. They are young black men, likely in their teens or in their early 20s. They have multiple siblings from multiple fathers and their mothers work multiple jobs. These boys have been in the system before. They’ve grown up there. They know the police. They’ve been arrested. Bell wrote this without any actual knowledge of the assailants. She simply assumed they were black men who fit this description… which is pretty darn racist, if you think about it. Bell was relieved of her duties nine days after the station deemed her comments to be an ethical violation. In her lawsuit, the journalist complains: “Had Ms. Bell written the same comments about white criminal suspects or had her race not have been white, Defendant would not have fired her, much less disciplined her. “Ms. Bell’s posting of concern for the African-American community stung by mass shooting was clearly and obviously not intended to be racially offensive.” We’re not sure how clear or obvious that is, even if Bell did not mean any harm by her comments. Earlier today, we learned that Charlie Sheen wishes he had used more condoms in his younger years. (In this case, “his younger years” means ages 15 to 49). Now it seems that a few other folks wish he’d wrapped it up as well – namely, all of his former partners and the California District Attorney’s office. For months, there have been rumors that Sheen is facing jail time for lying to failing to inform his past sex partners that he’s HIV positive. Now, thanks to Sheen’s latest interview with Matt Lauer that aired on Today this morning, investigators may have all the evidence they need to press charges against the former Two and a Half Men star. It seems the remark that really grabbed their attention came when Sheen answered a question about his regrets: “I regret not using a condom one or two times when this whole thing happened,” Sheen told Lauer. He went on to admit that there were at least two occasions in which he knowingly had sex while HIV positive, but did not tell his partner: “There [were] two examples, but protection was always in place,” he said. “And it was for the right reasons, because everyone that I had told up to that moment had shaken me down.” Now, Radar Online is reporting that the DA may be planning to press charges against Sheen as early as this week. “Charlie’s admission that he didn’t tell partners about his HIV has the DA chomping at the bit,” one insider tells the site. It seems all they’re waiting on is testimony from one of the several women have already publicly accused Sheen of misleading them about his condition. “The DA’s office wants to go after him, but no one has come forward — yet,” says the source. Sheen says he recently test drove a high-tech, fool-proof condom from Sweden, so his future partners needn’t worry. Perhaps not surprisingly, he also says he’s had trouble getting laid recently.
Back in November, Charlie Sheen revealed that he’s HIV positive , but if you were concerned that the illness would force the erratic actor to interrupt his regular schedule of dangerously batsh-t behavior, fear not: The Sheenius is as psychotic as ever, and aside from the occasional death threat issued to one of his exes, most of Sheen’s current entanglements are directly related to his illness. First there was the news that Sheen may be facing jail time for allegedly lying to former sex partners about his condition. Then there was the intense online debate centering around Sheen’s decision to stop taking his HIV meds in order to pursue an “alternative” method of treatment prescribed by a controversial doctor named Samir Chachoua, who’s currently operating out of Mexico (because his methods wouldn’t be legal in the U.S.). Now, perhaps inevitably, there’s a new scandal in Sheen Land – this one involving the actor’s outrage upon realizing that he wasn’t 100% insta-cured by Dr. Chachoua’s treatment. Radar Online has obtained a police report filed by Chachoua alleging that Sheen hired assailants to viciously assault the doctor as payback: “At the moment I was telling these people to give me back my phone, I felt a strong blow on the back of my head and felt that they had injected me with something, so that I fell to the floor and they began to hit me. “But in that moment I didn’t feel the blows, and it was at that moment that both of them began to search me and they took my money.” From there, Chachoua revealed details of the attack that have led him to the conclude that Sheen was somehow involved: “They told me they were about to inject me with AIDS blood,” he stated in the complaint. “But then they continued hitting me.” Chachoua famously claimed to have injected himself with Sheen’s blood as a means of proving that he’d cured the actor of HIV. “But at that time his partner told him, ‘Don’t kill him, because if you kill him, we won’t get paid,'” Chachoua continued. When a person is attacked by paid assailants shortly after working with an incredibly wealthy client, it doesn’t take much a leap in logic to arrive at the conclusion that said famous client might have put out a hit. And in case any doubt remained, the attackers allegedly left Chachoua with a note reading: “We are not criminals; we are justice … We reject the charlatans … You almost killed Charlie Sheen If the law does not allow us to take action, justice will inspire us. “We are not fans of Charlie, but no other celebrity has fought to cure AIDS. This is an insult to Mexico, our intelligence, and medical investigators. No more!” So they’re not rabid Two and a Half Men viewers, just impassioned pro-Sheen crusaders. Riiiiiight. The nail in the coffin came when Chachoua retrieved his phone and (allegedly) found that the attackers had sent several text messages, one of which read, “TELL CHARLIE NEED ANOTHER 1000.” That’s almost too much evidence. If this were any other celebrity, we’d say Chachoua must be trying to frame him – but Chuckles isn’t exactly known for his subtlety.
In the weeks since we first learned that Charlie Sheen is HIV positive , several women have come forward claiming that the actor put them at risk by failing to tell them about his condition. Several former sex partner’s of Sheen’s have filed suit , alleging that the 50-year-old endangered their lives. Sheen’s ex-fiancee, Brett Rossi, says she had unprotected sex with Sheen on at least five occasions before discovering HIV medication in his medicine cabinet. But that’s not why Rossi suing Sheen. No, her claim is that Sheen forced her to have an abortion , and she’s seeking unspecified punitive damage for the emotional abuse that she says she suffered while he was pressuring her to terminate the pregnancy. Now, Sheen is hitting back in his usual style. In court papers obtained by Us Weekly, Sheen not only denies forcing Rossi to get an abortion, he accuses her of extortion and working as a prostitute while they were engaged. “This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi…who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” says a document filed by Sheen’s lawyers. “Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action… Rossi wants revenge” and to “punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement and cutting her off financially.” The attorneys go on to claim that Rossi was aware of Sheen’s illness from the start of their relationship, and they say they can prove that her claims of physical abuse are entirely fabricated. Charlie Sheen has been sued by a former flame. But not for the reason you may think. A few weeks ago, following Sheen’s HIV reveal, we reported that the actor may very well be subject to lawsuits by past sexual partners whose lives he may have endangered due to his very serious illness. According to TMZ, however, Brett Rossi is taking legal action against Sheen because she says he got her PREGNANT in March of 2014. She then says Sheen flipped outer over the news, claiming Rossi would “give birth to a retarded child” and pressuring her to abort the fetus. Rossi admits that she gave in and did so. She also alleges that she had unprotected sexual intercourse with Sheen on at least five occasions prior to discovering HIV medication in his medicine cabinet. But the couple then discussed the virus and agreed to have unprotected sex in order to be “normal.” A few months later, Rossi says she got pregnant. Rossi is suing for unspecified punitive damages, while also detailing incidents of anger and violence on Sheen’s part throughout their relationship. She claims he once tossed a cement pillar in her direction, for example, breaking a glass door as a result. Marty Singer, Sheen’s lawyer, says his client plans to fight the charges against him and is confident the truth will be on his side. Following weeks of rumors, Sheen told Matt Lauer in an interview on November 16 that he was diagnosed with the virus that leads to AIDS four years ago. He has gone silent since, though it’s very unlikely this is the last time we hear about an ex-sexual partner filing a lawsuit against the star.

Apparently one of them was a model name of Mia Isabella. If that name sounds familiar, it’s probably because Tyga was accused of cheating on Kylie with Isabella . Now, In Touch is reporting that the Sheen-Tyga connection was the main reason that Kylie and Tyga broke up last week. The tabloid claims that when Kris Jenner found out about the situation she demanded that Kylie dump Tyga , but changed her mind after learning that Tyga had tested negative.
