They will portray Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. Charlie Hunnam, Dakota Johnson to Star in Fifty Shades of Grey Johnson, the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, is a 23-year old former model who appeared in The Social Network and the Fox sitcom Ben and Kate . She reportedly beat out such major names for the role as Emma Watson and Shailene Woodley. Sons of Anarchy has officially made it. Yes, the FX drama is about to embark on its sixth season. Granted, it’s one of the highest rated show in cable history. But now that Sesame Street has parodied the series via a sketch titled “Sons of Poetry,” creator Kurt Sutter and company can truly bask in the glory of their impressive accomplishment. Is proof of Octomom Nadya Suleman’s alleged welfare fraud evident in profits she raked in from her adult film debut? According to a new report … yes. Authorities investigating the mom of 14 turned up more proof of possible welfare fraud thanks to paychecks from the Octomom porn , according to TMZ. The L.A. County of Welfare and Fraud Department believes she Nadya Suleman was overpaid thousands of dollars in welfare funds from January-May 2013. Authorities seized payment records from Vivid, the company that produced and sold the Octomom porn, and found her residual payments from the work: January: $1,839.74 February: $2,537.27 March: $1,807.97 April: $7,381.99 May: $3,026.67 June: $1,295.37 That’s a six-month total of $17,889.01 in just residuals. She’s already accused of banking around twice the $110,000 threshold she needs to collect welfare. Yes, because Nadya Suleman has 14 dependents, she can earn $110,000 a year and still be on public assistance. Yet officials think she cleared $200K-plus. Octomom could be charged with fraud and face prison time, which may be the only thing worse than watching her XXX video or the Sydney Leathers porn .
Sons of Anarchy is a series that has featured a castration and the burning of a man character’s daughter alive, among other intense/violent/frightening developments. So it makes one wonder what creator Kurt Sutter could be referring to when he says a scene on the Sons of Anarchy Season 6 premiere will be especially “controversial.” Sons of Anarchy Season 6 Teaser “I know obviously that it would be somewhat controversial, but I feel like as much as I wouldn’t do something because it was controversial, I’m also not going to do something because it is,” Sutter told reporters last week at the Television Critics Association press tour. He added that this mysterious event will serve as the “catalyst for the third act of this morality play we’re doing” and that it “is not being done to be sensational.” Sons of Anarchy Season 6 premiere on September 10 and Sutter has said many times he plans for the show only last seven total seasons. One final tease for what’s to come? For what will apparently leave millions of folks buzzing? “It’s an organic story to our world; thematically, it’s the right fit.”
Kate Middleton is understandably nervous about giving birth to her first child … which pretty much proves she’s not a personality-less breeder , right? The Duchess of Cambridge spoke frankly with fellow expectant moms during a visit to London’s Hope House, Action on Addiction on Tuesday. In Middleton’s first official event following her babymoon in Mustique, she talked about her pregnancy with two recovering women in an art therapy class. One woman at the rehabilitation center, 28-year-old Natalie, is currently expecting her second child, which is due this July, like Prince William’s wife. “She was saying she had been unwell but is feeling better now and I have been about the same. We were all talking about children ,” said Natalie of their chat. Recovering alcoholic Lisa, a mother of three, asked Middleton the obvious. “I asked her if she was nervous about having a child and she said ‘it would be unnatural if I wasn’t. It’s just human, isn’t it?'” Lisa told reporters of her chat. Needless to say, Kate Middleton and her baby bump won them over. “I said congratulations and good luck and I hope it all goes okay. And she smiled. It was that nice she just chatted to us,” said another woman she met with.

Hawaii Five-0? More like Hawaii Five… or Hell, no! Taryn Manning, an actress who has appeared on such hit programs as that CBS drama and Sons of Anarchy , was arrested yesterday after allegedly GOING OFF on a makeup artist. According to law enforcement officials, via TMZ, Manning was booked in her room at The Dream Downtown hotel in NYC. She stands accused of punching, kicking and scratching the artist in question, only to then throw her against the wall and choke her. She was arraigned this morning on two misdemeanor charges and released on her own recognizance. Yes, Dream Downtown is the same location where Lindsay Lohan ran into a pedestrian last month.
Wow. These new synthetic drugs are no joke. Via NBC News: Johnny Lewis, an actor in the popular “Sons of Anarchy” motorcycle-gang cable drama, died early Wednesday in Los Angeles, suspected of killing his 81-year-old former landlord, Catherine Davis, and possibly himself. Police think the 28-year-old rising star, who played Kip ‘Half-sack’ Epps on the FX show, may have been under the influence of a drug few have heard of, a substance known informally as “Smiles.” It’s part of a new wave of synthetic drugs finding their way onto America’s streets and into its clubs. With the chemical name 2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenethylamine, it is known by drug agents and chemists as 2C-I, part of a closely-related family of “2C” drugs. Like all the 2C drugs, it’s a psychoactive, hallucinogenic chemical that alter the brain’s balance of dopamine and serotonin. Smiles is particularly powerful, binding to serotonin receptors in the brain at 20 times the rate of another drug used in schizophrenia research, according to an experiment performed by Purdue University chemists. The effects of 2C-I, like those of LSD, can last up to eight hours. But because the effects can take time to appear, users may think they haven’t taken enough to get the desired high, and so take more, risking overdose. The drug can be taken as small tablets, on pieces of blotter paper like LSD, or in powder form, often mixed with something else, like chocolate. Labs, often located in Europe or Asia, can use legal, common chemicals to produce huge batches of the drugs. Once one formulation is discovered, and banned, all the chemists have to do is slightly alter the structure of the molecules to create another, potentially legal, substitute until that one is banned. There is no known geographic hot spot for the 2C drugs, unlike, say, methamphetamine, which became known as a rural, small-town problem. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration believes that most, if not all, the 2C drugs are being imported to the country, not made domestically.

Like, say, finding a thumb drive inside a condom that just happens to contain the first-look teaser at Ron Perlman as a transsexual named Phyllis greeting his Sons of Anarchy son Charlie Hunnam (both in town for this weekend’s Pacific Rim and SoA panels) and Bridemaids ‘ Chris O’Dowd with a big, fat kiss. Movieline’s got your first look at the indie comedy Frankie Go Boom ! Hunnam stars as Frankie, O’Dowd as his terrible brother Bruce, and Perlman as Bruce’s terrifying old ex-con acquaintance Phil, now a terrifying ex-con lady named Phyllis. Lizzy Caplan earned raves for her turn as Lassie, whose one-night stand with Frankie leads to complications… involving a sex tape… and, well, I’ll let the film’s synopsis do the explaining: 3,2,1 … Frankie go Boom follows Frank Bartlett (Charlie Hunnam) who has been tortured, embarrassed and humiliated by his brother Bruce (Chris O’Dowd) – usually on film – for his entire life. Now that Bruce is finally off drugs and has turned his life around, things should be different. They are not. 3,2,1 … Frankie go Boom is a comedy about two brothers a girl with a broken heart, a sex tape, an angel and a pig. Since Movieline was the first to debut Frankie Go Boom ‘s poster featuring Perlman as “Phyllis,” it’s fitting that we bring you this glimpse of his post-op vamping. Let Perlman’s ” HER , MOTHAF***A!” terrify you into addressing the trans community with cowering respect.
