Fake Doctor In Florida Charged With Manslaughter After Butt-Enhancement Death We still can’t believe people were allowing this person to give butt-injections!!! A South Florida woman previously charged with injecting people with Fix-a-Flat in a black market buttock-enhancing business was arrested Thursday on a charge of manslaughter, authorities said. The Broward Sheriff’s Office said Oneal Morris, 32, was arrested at her mother’s house in Coconut Creek on one count of manslaughter. Shatarka Nuby, 32, died in March in Tallahassee from what an assistant medical examiner called “massive systemic silicone migration” as a result of the cosmetic silicone injections, authorities said. “Shatarka Nuby would pay a transvestite she knew as Dutchess up to hundreds of dollars to come to her house and inject her buttocks, hips, thighs and breasts with an unknown substance. Then Dutchess, sometimes wearing medical scrubs and a stethoscope, would seal the injection sites with super glue and cotton balls,” the Broward Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. Morris has been arrested multiple times on allegations of performing cosmetic procedures with no license in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Morris had previously turned herself in to authorities in March to face charges of medicine without a license and practicing medicine without a license resulting in serious injury. She was released the same day. Source

John Goodman, Troubled Millionaire, Legally Adopts Girlfriend to Protect Assets in Wrongful Death Case

This is a new one. John Goodman, a South Florida millionaire, legally adopted his girlfriend Heather Laruso Hutchins recently (he’s 48, she’s 42). Why? Likely because he faces a devastating civil on DUI manslaughter charges, and his unusual legal move may be a means of protecting his assets legally. John Goodman was involved in a fatal car accident in Palm Beach, Fla., in February 2010 that led to the death of 23-year-old student Scott Wilson. He could face a long prison term, but it’s his weird financial maneuver that caught media attention, following his adoption of girlfriend Heather Hutchins. On March 6, he will be tried for DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide, after he allegedly ran a stop sign and crashed his Bentley into Wilson’s vehicle. He then fled the scene on foot as Wilson’s car submerged in a nearby canal. The millionaire did not call 911 for an hour, during which time Scott drowned. Many believe he could have been saved if emergency services arrived sooner. It was later determined that Goodman’s BAC was twice the legal alcohol limit, and if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison for the crime. In case you were curious, because there is no blood relation between the two, Goodman can both sleep with and marry his new adopted “daughter.” “There is no incest. If there was it would be illegal, now it is just disgusting; they are allowed to sleep together and can get married,” said an attorney. “It does not change their personal relationship.” By way of this adoption, John Goodman has effectively gained ownership or control of at least one third of his assets, according to legal experts.

Get Well: Tone Loc Collapses On Stage After Suffering From Exhaustion

We must start taking better care of ourselves, Black people: Via TMZ: Tone Loc collapsed on stage during a performance in Atlanta last night … TMZ has learned. Loc’s manager tells TMZ he was suffering from exhaustion. Loc was transported to a nearby hospital and given an IV … but the manager says he is fine now. Loc’s episode comes just a day after rapper Rick Ross was hospitalized TWICE in one day for seizures. This isn’t the first time this has happened to Tone. Hopefully he gets it together and gets some serious rest.

Here’s a little inspiration for your upwardly mobile young people. South Florida’s real estate gossip extraordinaire Jose Lambiet says that [Bill] Gates is paying $600,000 for a winter rental in Wellington, Florida. Why Wellington? Gates’ daughter Jennifer is a horse jumper who will participate in the Winter Equestrian Festival in nearby West Palm Beach. The rental reportedly runs from December to May and includes an option to buy. The home is listed for $12.999 million. Bill and Melinda Gates have three children and the home offers plenty of room for both people and horses. The expansive property includes a barn, stables and horse training area and is within walking distance of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg owns a home nearby which is primarily used by his daughter Georgina, who also jumps horses. The property also has a pool. The home measures 7,352 square feet and one of the most intriguing features is a large wine room, set off from the dining room by floor-to-ceiling glass. Now here’s a little something to quiet the hate that may be in your blood right now: considering how much money Bill Gates makes/has, dropping $600K a month on a rental is equivalent to a family earning $46,326 a year dropping $53 a month on a rental. The devil is hard at work… A preacher who led one of the largest congregations in Central Florida was found dead in a Times Square hotel on Friday, police sources said. The body of Zachery Tims, 42, the senior pastor of New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, was discovered in his 37th-floor room of the posh W Hotel on Broadway near W. 46th St. about 6 p.m., the sources said. “He’s going to be missed,” the mayor of Apopka, John Land, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. It was not clear whether Tims was alone at the time of his death. The city’s medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death. This Tims character wasn’t the most pious of the Lord’s humble servants… In 2009, Tims and his wife of 15 years divorced after the pastor admitted to having an affair with another woman. Riva Tims, who is also a pastor, left the church to pursue her own ministry, Majestic Life Institute. There is no telling what other type of shady dealings this guy might have been into.
