Blac Chyna’s Ex-Management Looking To Sue For $3 Million In Fees The men who used to manage Blac Chyna before she became a Kardashian want their part of her waist-trained fortune according to TMZ . If they don’t get what they’re asking for, they plan ot sue the producers of her reality TV show. Infinite Grind Multimedia’s Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes say they had a 10-year contract with Chyna that began in 2007. Since then she’s gone on to make big money and they want the $3 million they feel they are owed. In a letter sent to NBCUniversal, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim/Murray Productions, Alston and Hayes let it be know that they will be added to the lawsuit if Chyna doesn’t cut that check. The production company legally wouldn’t be liable, but they probably think they can put pressure on Chyna to pay by threatening her beloved reality show. Teacher Fired For Interracial Relationship A white Florida woman was canned from her teaching job after the school’s racist discovered that she had a romantic relationship with a black man. Apparently that Via HuffPost : A white Florida teacher claims she was discriminated against for having a black boyfriend and associating with black staff members. A lawsuit filed by former Edgewater High School math teacher Audrey Dudek against Orange County Public Schools last week alleges that she was fired in 2013 after school administrators found out she was dating a black man, to whom she is now married. A copy of the lawsuit obtained by WESH says that at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year, principal Michelle Erickson learned that Dudek’s boyfriend was black. “Upon encountering Dudek with her boyfriend, Principal Erickson appeared shocked and offended,” the lawsuit said. “After that encounter, Principal Erickson treated Dudek differently.” The lawsuit also claims that on another occasion, then-vice principal Anthony Serianni berated Dudek until she cried. When Dudek confided in a black security guard after the incident, Serianni allegedly complained about the teacher being associated with “those” people, referring to black staff members. Dudek also says that during a talent show, school staff members, including Erickson and Serianni, took part in a racist skit in which staff wore “black face,” “weave hair extensions” and gold teeth in a “pejorative display of ‘black’ culture.” Dudek was fired in 2013 on the basis of her race, gender and who she associated with, the lawsuit alleges. Sounds like this school district is about to have to pay up!!

Dawn Steckmann, a Portland, Oregon, woman, claims she was recently fired for taking too many bathroom breaks on the job while carrying her second child. The former technician at Maxim Integrated Products is filing a gender and discrimination lawsuit against the Beaverton, Ore., cell phone chip manufacturer. She says her bosses never told her she had to clock out before using the restroom, and you won’t believe the grounds she says higher-ups used to can her: Her lawsuit claims one supervisor told her she had been fired for stealing because “not clocking out to use the restroom is stealing from the company.” While that seems crazy, she said the same boss informed her that she could’ve just as easily been “watching a movie” during bathroom breaks. According to the lawsuit, Steckmann worked at the company for 10 years, and claims she discussed this with her supervisor during her first pregnancy. In 2011, she openly said that she needed more frequent bathroom breaks and asked if she needed to clock out. Her boss told her not to bother, she says. Even before she was fired, Steckmann complained that her supervisor favored male employees, assigning the best tasks to them and using less discipline. When she told her supervisor in January 2013 she was pregnant for the second time, he “appeared unhappy with the news,” the lawsuit stated. Because of a bladder condition stemming from her first pregnancy, she needed to relieve herself even more often during her second, and more quickly. “[Steckmann’s] bladder issues were so severe that she would not even have had time to clock out to use the restroom without an accident,” the lawsuit states. The lawsuit was filed last month in Multnomah County. Steckmann is seeking $400,000 in damages, and an attorney for the company did not comment. What do you think? Does she have a case? Discuss.
