Via DailyMail A former Stanford University swimmer who was facing a 10-year jail sentence for raping a drunk woman he met at a campus party, has been given just six months in prison for his crime. Brock Allen Turner, 20, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a drunken and unconscious woman. Turner who is part of Stanford’s high-powered swimming program was convicted in Santa Clara County Superior Court of three counts of sexual assault. Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky was lenient, after hearing emotional pleas from Turner and the victim. Lenient? Emotional pleas?? Where they do that at?!? Turner’s crime happened in January of 2015 when he had met a woman at a party at the Kappa Alpha House. The pair were kissing outside. He said he took off the woman’s underwear, penetrated her with his hands and touched her breasts, but never took off his pants. According to Turner, the woman appeared to be enjoying herself as she rubbed his back. He added that his ‘intentions were not to try and rape the girl without her consent’ but to ‘hook up’ with a girl’, the report said. Shakira has filed a declaration in her legal war with Antonio De La Rua — who she dated from 2000 to 2010 — in which she adamantly denies A.D.L.R. has any right to her fortune, despite his claim that he’s entitled to a cut of her businesses. FYI — A.D.L.R. claims he wasn’t just Shak’s lover, he was also her business adviser and says she owes him a quarter of a BILLION dollars … based on an oral agreement the two struck back in 2004. But Shakira is calling B.S. on Antonio … claiming in 2011, he sent her an email in which he couldn’t have made it any clearer — “I am not a partner in any of your companies. You are the sole owner of all of them.” Shakira says he sent a similar email to her mother. In the legal docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Shakira also says she had hammered out a relationship contract back in 2006 — the equivalent of a prenup — that spelled out their financial obligations to one another in case they broke up. According to Shakira, both parties agreed back in ’06 to create a joint account worth $10k … which they would split if they broke up. Shakira says they also agreed to “renounce” any rights to future earnings. Shakira explains the point of the contract was to prevent a stupid lawsuit … like the one Antonio has filed. WTF? According to TMZ WNBA legend Chamique Holdsclaw just pled GUILTY in that crazy attack on her ex-GF — where she FIRED A GUN inside the woman’s car — but she won’t spend a single day behind bars. TMZ broke the story … Holdsclaw — one of the WNBA’s all-time greats — was arrested in Atlanta last year. Cops say the 35-year-old trailed Jennifer Lacy’s car in November, then attacked it with a baseball bat and fired a gun into the backseat while Lacy was inside the vehicle. Earlier today, Holdsclaw pled guilty to 2 counts of aggravated assault, 4 counts of criminal damage, and 1 count of illegal firearm possession. But despite the fact she FIRED A GUN … Holdsclaw wasn’t sentenced to any jail time … instead, she got 3 years’ probation, a $3, 000 fine … and is not allowed to possess a gun for the next 3 years. She’s also been ordered to stay away from Lacy and complete anger management … along with 120 hours of community service. Anger managemnent won’t do a hot-headed lesbian like her good. Once crazy dykes like her get some awesome box, they will cut anybody trying to push up on that kitty kat.

According to TMZ It’s pretty shocking … but Katherine Jackson may have taken a giant step today toward convincing a jury AEG Live was negligent in protecting Michael Jackson just days before his death. AEG Live honcho Randy Phillips had trouble explaining to Katherine’s lawyer why he thought MJ “looked really good” in a meeting 5 days before his death when a photograph taken a day before the meeting clearly showed otherwise. The photo shows a smiling Jackson but someone who looked gaunt and pale. On top of that, there is testimony that producer/director Kenny Ortega and others were alarmed over Jackson’s health. In the days preceding his death, Jackson had missed rehearsals and was sweating profusely. He also seemed out of it. As for how Phillips reconciled his statement with other evidence, he said, “I was confused as anybody.” Here’s the deal … This case was AEG’s to lose. AEG could have made it simple and just said they assumed MJ was being properly cared for by the doctor MJ handpicked. But AEG has gotten a little too cute, painting a picture that the jury may not be buying. Short story … Propofol aside, if the jury believes AEG unreasonably pushed MJ like a circus animal, they could be in beaucoup trouble. Some of the blame lies with Michael. If he had better managed his money, he would not need to over extend himself to make money. Now his kids are in the hands of “Claymation Jermaine” and Debbie Rowe. Sad.

Just when we thought it couldn’t possibly get any worse, she’s been ranting incessantly on her social media in a weak attempt to “right” all of the tabloids’ wrongs. Yesterday she posted this after a story emerged claiming she’s been ejected from gym classes for her scanty wardrobe choices and poor behavior. Here’s the story, via Page Six reports : Amanda Bynes was asked to leave a gymnastics class after further episodes of bizarre behavior, witnesses exclusively tell Page Six. The former Nickelodeon child star stunned fellow athletes at the Adult Gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers when she “showed up in fishnets and a leotard that looked like lingerie.” Onlookers said the staff became concerned about Bynes, who was “muttering to herself” and then “burst into tears when she attempted a cartwheel and her dark-colored wig fell off.” One witness told us Bynes first turned up at the class alone about a month ago. “She immediately started acting strangely,” our source said. “She lined up with the other gymnasts, and each took their turn to perform a roll. But Amanda just walked out on the mat, was spinning around in circles and mumbling to herself.” Later, when the others were performing cartwheels, Amanda “did a cartwheel, but her wig fell off, and she sat down and cried.” The source added that after a number of other incidents where she was heard mumbling to herself or walking in front of others performing exercises, she was asked to leave. The source said, “She went two weeks in a row, but the second time, she was escorted out. Staff were concerned about her manner and worried she might be a hazard to other people in the class.” Bynes has been exhibiting some odd behavior recently, including writing some unusual things on Twitter. “I have an eating disorder, so I have a hard time staying thin,” she posted on her Twitter feed Thursday. Bynes appears to have a serious desire to lose weight. Last month, the retired 27-year-old actress called herself “pudgy” in a self-portrait. She also told Us Weekly in February, “I moved to New York City, and I love it! I lost four pounds since I moved. I’m 121 pounds — my goal is 100 pounds.” That would be unhealthy for Bynes, who stands 5-foot-7. We’re definitely concerned about her potential eating disorder as well. SMH. After day 1 he’ll wish he were dead. Atlanta Serial Sexual Attacker Sentenced To 8 Life Sentences Plus 130 Years Via AJC A convicted DeKalb County serial rapist was sentenced to 375 years in prison. Gary Wendale Mincey, 36, won’t be eligible for parole and will die in prison for raping or attempting to rape five women during a six-week period in the fall of 2011. “These women’s lives have forever been changed by the heinous acts of a serial rapist,” said DeKalb County Chief Assistant District Attorney Nicole Marchand Golden. “We hope this guilty verdict and sentence will bring some form of relief to each one of our victims and (their) loved ones. There is a monster who no longer roams the streets of DeKalb County.” Last month, a DeKalb County jury found Mincey guilty of all 17 charges against him – rape, sodomy, sexual battery, false imprisonment and armed robbery. On Tuesday morning, a DeKalb County Superior Court judge handed Mincey the maximum possible sentence of eight life sentences, plus 135 years. Lindsay Lohan’s trial date has been set for February 27. The star’s alleged lie to cops investigating a car crash last June could send her back to jail, and confusion is running rampant over who represents Lohan. Lindsay fired lawyer Shawn Holley , who has repped her for years, earlier this week – only to have Holley show up and enter a plea of not guilty for her. “Do you still represent Ms. Lohan?” Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey, confused, asked Holley in a hearing Tuesday. “Yes, at this point, yes,” said Holley. “We’ve got to get the representation issue nailed down,” Godfrey told the attorney “The representation issue will be nailed down,” Holley affirmed. A letter firing Holley came from an attorney in New York. Lohan, who was not required to attend Tuesday’s arraignment, must be in court January 30. At that point, the judge and lawyers will nail down any pretrial motions. She faces four misdemeanor charges relating to the accident, but the most serious threat to LiLo’s freedom is the probation revocation that the arrest triggered. She could be jailed for up to 245 days for violating her probation for a shoplifting conviction – one of the terms of her probation is simply obeying all laws. Lohan was put on probation after being convicted in 2011 on charges related to the theft of a necklace. All was well until August 2012, when she crashed her car. Authorities said not only was she driving recklessly in Santa Monica, she also gave false information to a police officer and then resisted a police officer. The city attorney filed four misdemeanor charges against her, prompting an L.A. County Superior Court commissioner to revoke Lohan’s probation. In November, she was also charged with an unrelated misdemeanor assault after allegedly punching a fortune teller at a Manhattan nightclub. Tiffany Mitchell apparently was flirting with LiLo’s BF Max George. In all, Lindsay’s downward spiral has seen her bounce in and out of court at least 19 times and to five different rehabilitation facilities since 2007. Bout damn time… Ashton Kutcher Finally Files For Divorce From Demi Moore According to TMZ reports : Ashton Kutcher has finally pulled the trigger, filing for divorce from Demi Moore … over a year after the couple split up … and now we know why he waited. 34-year-old Ashton filed the docs today in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. He uses his full legal name ‘Christopher A. Kutcher.’ Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Ashton waited so long because he wanted to give Demi the chance to file first … it was a whole dignity thing. After a year … when Demi showed no signs of making her move, Ashton finally did. Ashton and 50-year-old Demi have no children together. They were married in September 2005 and separated in November 2011. According to the docs, the property rights of Ashton and Demi will be worked out later. Someone keep an eye on Demi, she’s been holding on to this man for a LONG time now, no tellin’ what she might do in light of this news. Wonder how long before he pops the question to Mila?
