True Or False? Did Katt Williams Really Knock His Assistants Azz Out??

She says he did and now she’s suing for $5 MILLION in damages!?!? According to TMZ : More legal trouble for Katt Williams — the comic has just been sued for $5 million after allegedly socking his female assistant …. and causing her permanent injuries. Melissa Ishage filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she’d been working as Katt’s personal assistant — but on October 6th, things suddenly went sour at Katt’s house … when Katt attacked her, punching her and causing her “serious and permanent injuries.” Melissa doesn’t explain why Katt flew into a rage — but claims she had to go to the hospital as a result of the beatdown … and now she wants at least $5 million from Katt to call it even. Melissa’s attorney tells us, his client claims Katt struck her in the head and knocked her to the ground. The lawyer says police were called to the scene but no one was arrested. The incident is currently under investigation. Calls to Katt’s rep were not returned. Do you think she’s telling the truth or just trying to squeeze him for $5 mil? Or both?? Images via tumblr

The Family Feud Continues: One-Time Called To Jackson Family Home, Janet And Jermaine Spotted Beefing Outside

Police Called To Jackson Family Home Over Domestic Assault The Jacksons really need to get it together… SMH. According to TMZ reports : L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputies went to the Jackson family home in Calabasas and took a battery report … after family members reported a disturbance. Steve Whitmore tells TMZ … Lost Hills deputies from the Sheriff’s Dept. showed up this afternoon at the compound and someone inside accused someone else present of a physical assault. Deputies took a report but no arrests were made. Whitmore tell TMZ … Lost Hills Sheriff’s deputies have been on the Jackson case since April, when a business associate of the Jackson family alleged that Katherine Jackson was being emotionally and financially mistreated by family members. At the time, deputies interviewed Katherine who denied she was being mistreated, but we’re told the Sheriffs are still on the case and are interviewing other family members to determine if there is possible financial abuse. This sounds like a hot mess, but even worse, the police are now talking yang cuz they are sick of the petty family bs . Some L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies feel “used and manipulated” by Michael Jackson’s family members who reported Katherine Jackson missing … this according to Sheriff’s Dept. sources. Members of the Dept. familiar with the situation tell TMZ … they believe MJ’s family members knew Katherine was not in danger but used the Sheriff’s Dept. as a “pawn in the middle of a family game.” Sheriff’s sources grouse that their budget has been severely cut which makes bogus claims sting even more than usual. They believe the end game here is money. As you know … MJ’s brothers and sisters want Michael’s will invalidated so they can get a piece of the pie. But there’s a BIG problem. If the will is invalidated, the prior will gets resurrected, and under that document Michael’s siblings are completely cut out. Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, “We don’t feel manipulated. We respond professionally to all such reports.” BTW … no matter what the family’s motives, the Sheriff’s Dept. will continue to investigate the claims. This is really sad, and we especially feel bad for Janet who just came back to Cali from that lovely vacay with her billionaire boo and was photographed in deep conversation with Jermaine outside the family home around the time police were called. We hope these folks get it together soon!

Nick Stahl Enters Rehab

After going missing, ‘Terminator’ actor Nick Stahl’s wife says he’s in a rehab facility. By Gil Kaufman Nick Stahl Photo: Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images After reportedly going missing
for several weeks, “Terminator: Rise of the Machines” actor Nick Stahl has reportedly entered a rehabilitation facility. TMZ reported that Stahl, 32, told his estranged wife, Rose, that he has checked into a facility. The actor e-mailed friends over the weekend to tell them that he was doing fine and would be unreachable for the next 30 days while he was getting help. Rose told the site that she spoke to Stahl on Saturday night and that she double-checked with the facility to make sure that he was still there. She had filed a missing person’s report with the Los Angeles Police Department last week after saying that she had not seen Stahl since May 9. Sources claimed that the actor had been seen in the Skid Row area of downtown L.A. and there were concerns that he was once again struggling with addiction. This latest incident was not the first time that those close to Stahl have expressed concern over his well-being. Rose filed papers with the LA County Superior Court back in February asking a judge to limit her husband’s access to their 2-year-old daughter, Marlo, due to his alleged drug and alcohol abuse. She also claimed that she and Stahl were no longer living together. Stahl made his big-screen debut back in 1993 opposite Mel Gibson in “The Man Without a Face.” Since then, he’s appeared in several major studio films, including “The Thin Red Line,” “Disturbing Behavior” and “Sin City.” His most recent role is in the 2011 VOD-released “388 Arletta Avenue” opposite Devon Sawa.

Zooey Deschanel Files For Divorce From Ben Gibbard

‘New Girl’ star and Death Cab for Cutie frontman announced their separation in November. By Kara Warner Ben Gibbard and Zooey Deschanel Photo: Getty Images It looks like there is no reconciliation in sight for Zooey Deschanel and Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard. After announcing their separation back in November, the “New Girl” star officially filed for divorce a month later. According to People magazine, Deschanel filed the documents with L.A. County Superior Court on December 27. The papers list their actual date of separation as October 31 and cite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the split. Although Deschanel spoke with the magazine recently, she didn’t have much to say about the end of her relationship with Gibbard but did mention that they will likely remain friends. “We’re friendly,” she told People. “It’s all fine.” Check out a breakup playlist of Death Cab and She & Him songs. Deschanel’s statement reflects a similar sentiment that a source told Us Weekly at the time of their separation: “It was mutual and amicable. There was no third party involved.” Deschanel’s star power has been on the rise over the past few years, particularly after her scene-stealing turn in “(500) Days of Summer” and “Our Idiot Brother,” but more recently since the debut of her critically acclaimed and Golden Globe-nominated new sitcom “The New Girl.” Gibbard has been equally busy with Death Cab for Cutie promoting the release of their seventh studio album, Codes and Keys, which was recently nominated for a Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album. The couple were introduced by their mutual manager three years ago. They got engaged in 2008 and were married in 2009. They have no children. Terrence Howard Accused of Beating, Threatening to Kill Estranged Wife Michelle

Terrence Howard’s estranged wife, Michelle Howard, was granted a restraining order against the actor this morning, saying beats and threatens to kill her. Michelle filed court documents claiming Terrence began making threats and beating her up just seven days after the couple got married in January 2010. She filed for divorce in February 2011. He denies any of this . In the documents, Michelle claims Howard “slugged me across my face and neck” and threatened to throw her off a balcony, and that the actor also … Said, “If you tell anyone about my business, I’ll kill you and no one will ever know.” Smacked her in the face, chipping her tooth with his wedding ring. Yelled, “B!tch, walk home. That’s my car, I pay for it.” Said, “I’ll hit a woman quicker than I’d hit a man.” Threw her to the ground in a parking lot. Howard denies he ever threatened Michelle, who he accuses of trying to “release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain.” The material in question: A video of Terrence Howard nude, singing in the shower. Obviously. That would fetch MILLIONS on the market tomorrow. In any case, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near or contacting her.

Gary Busey Sued For Trampling Woman En Route to Airport Gate

Oh Gary Busey. May you never cease to amaze. The actor is accused of getting wasted in an airport and, in a mad dash to make the gate on time, lowering his shoulder into a woman, knocking her to the ground. The woman, 57-year-old Carla Loeffler, filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she and Busey were waiting for the same flight in Tulsa, Oklahoma. According to Loeffler, Gary Busey had been biding his time downing drinks at the airport, and by the time boarding for the flight began, he was absolutely faded. Loeffler claims she was waiting to board the flight when Busey barreled past her like a fullback in an effort to cut in line, violently knocking her to the ground. She reportedly sustained injuries and is seeking damages as a result of Gary, who was on Two and a Half Men this week as his crazy self, taking her out. Busey has not commented, and likely won’t. No way he remembers this happened. [Photo: WENN.com]

And ANOTHER Lawsuit: Now Someone Is Claiming Weezy F. Baby (The F Stands For ‘Fraud’) Stole “How To Love”

You really cannot be serious… According to TMZ , Lil Wayne has been named in yet another lawsuit . Lil Wayne rapped on stolen property — at least according to another MC, who insists he’s the rightful owner of the beat behind Weezy’s “How to Love” … and now, he’s out for some legal vengeance. Rapper Rich Rick (right) filed the lawsuit earlier this week in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he purchased several master recordings between 2006 and 2009 — including the beat that now appears on “How to Love” — from a group of rap producers called Drummer Boyz. Rick claims the Drummer Boyz double-crossed him in November 2010 — pitching the SAME beat to Lil Wayne … and Weezy acquired it in exchange for a 35% royalty agreement, eventually using the beat on “How to Love.” The song’s a hit — and needless to say, Rick’s royally pissed … insisting the Drummer Boyz screwed him over. Rick’s suing Weezy, the Drummer Boyz, and others for everything from breach of contract to fraud — demanding everything DB are entitled to under their agreement with Wayne … plus 10% interest. Okay, maybe this guy just threw Wayne’s name in the mix for publicity… But still: C’MON SON! Get your business together.
