Florida Cop Shoots And Kills Man Through Windshield And here we go again … Via CBS News : The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the driver whose decision to run from a law enforcement officer set off a chain of events that resulted in his death. Doll Pierre-Louis, 24, was shot and killed Wednesday following a traffic stop with a Florida Highway Patrol officer. His girlfriend, Markisha Fenelon, was in the passenger seat. FHP says the trooper feared for his life when, during the traffic stop on the Palmetto Exwy near Douglas Road, Pierre-Louis backed up and refused to stop his car.

Ohio trooper Bryan Lee can be seen openly flirting with a driver whom he pulled over for allegedly cutting him off, on dash cam footage that cost him his job. A random spot check of traffic stop dash cam footage led to an investigation after Lee’s supervisors saw how he handled the women during the stop. The footage shows the former trooper openly flirting with the driver and her passenger, and then letting the driver go after she seemed to have not fully passed the field sobriety test. The dash cam also shows the passenger getting in Lee’s car before it shuts off, and the woman told investigators that the trooper took a photo of her breasts. She added that Lee added her on Facebook the following day and continued to message her for two months, which the woman said she found “creepy.” Lee, a married father of three children, is now serving 60-months in federal prison.

Fifty Shades of Grey wine. It’s actually a thing. E.L. James, author of the popular novels, has introduced it, starting with two “personally blended” bottles. Just as Christian and Anastasia blend their bodies into one. Or something. The Fifty Shades of Grey wine varietals, titled Red Satin and White Silk, do not come with handcuffs, but may make you more likely to end up in them. We mean sexually, not in a DUI arrest sense. But don’t drink and drive kids. So what do they actually taste like? We’ll try to refrain from obvious jokes and sexual innuendo for just a moment and work from the official release: The red is described as a blend of “Petite Sirah and Syrah with flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, creamy caramel and vanilla, leather and clove spice.” The white features “floral aromatics of lychee and honey, tempered by flavors of crisp grapefruit, mineral and lush pear with a faint hint of butterscotch.” E.L. said in a statement that “Wine plays an important role in Fifty Shades of Grey , adding to the sensuality that pervades a number of scenes.” Translation: It tastes good. It gets you drunk. Christian and Ana bone like it’s their jobs. There are at least 17 times in which wine is consumed in the book, including one memorable scene in which Ana is given it via Christian’s mouth. No word on whether you can expect Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam to reenact that in the still sort of hotly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey movie . The wine goes on sale September 30 .

Where is Samuel L. Jackson when you need him? A tiny Mandarin Rat Snake was found in the passenger cabin of a Quatas airliner Monday, prompting the company to cancel the flight and put all passengers up at a local airport while they tracked down a replacement jet. Snake on a Plane! The 20-centimeter, mildly venomous animal was eventually apprehended and taken by quarantine officials for analysis. “The Department of Agriculture is looking into how the snake came to be on the plane, but isn’t able to speculate at this time,” the Department said in a statement. So not exactly stuff of horror movie legend, but still. It’s nice to know someone got that mother effin snake off that mother effin plane. It could have caused some damage.

When does clowning around cross the line? That’s the question currently being debated after a rodeo clown at a Missouri State Fair donned an Obama mask this weekend and asked the crowd if it wanted to see the President “run down by a bull.” According to those in attendance, audience members clapped and cheered every time Obama’s name was mentioned in such a manner. Clown in Obama Mask Riles Up Missouri Crowd Soon after the show, those behind the State Fair issued an apology on Facebook for such an “inappropriate and disrespectful” stunt, while Republican Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder condemned the act via Twitter, writing: “We are better than this.” Governor Jay Nixon and Senator Claire McCaskill also expressed disdain for the performance. “The young Missourians who witnessed this stunt learned exactly the wrong lesson about political discourse – that somehow it’s ever acceptable to, in a public event, disrespect, taunt, and joke about harming the President of our great nation,” said McCaskill in a statement. Some conservatives, however, are defending the stunt as an example of free speech and also pointing to the many George W.
