The RHOP star who previously threatened to “drag Candiace pregnant and all” apparently made good on the threat during an October 16 incident. PEOPLE reports that the two were at a dinner party alongside their RHOP cast members when Samuels grabbed Dillard by the hair and pulled her down . Bravo cameras were reportedly filming the incident the whole time. Candiace, 32, recently filed a complaint over the incident and Monique, 36, is now facing a second-degree assault charge and will appear before a judge on December 23. A second-degree assault conviction would come with potential jail time. Walker, Jr. provided PEOPLE with an exclusive statement. “At this time, we do not want to say too much and just allow the criminal process to play out. We only ask everyone to pray for our client Candiace and her family,” Walker said. “The physical assault, humiliation and emotional distress have all been very painful and difficult for Candiace, as it would be for anyone attacked so viciously,” he continued. “We also pray that Monique will get some help,” said Walker. “The summons to court charge of Second Degree Assault is just one step below first-degree assault and must be taken very seriously. This behavior has no place in our society.” Walker ended his statement by asking that “everyone respect the privacy of the parties and allow the Montgomery County District Court to exercise its duty here to protect victims like Candiace.” SMH, how dramatic. Likewise Monique Samuels’ attorney, A. Scott Bolden, tells PEOPLE that Dillard’s claims are “completely one-sided, inaccurate and unwarranted.” Bolden adds; “Ms. Dillard has a public reputation for aggressive, belligerent and threatening behavior that has played out repeatedly on the Housewives of Potomac for millions of viewers to see for themselves.” Bolden adds, “To be sure, my client did nothing but defend herself in the face of more very aggressive behavior by Ms. Dillard. If this event occurred during taping of the show, I am confident that the video will bear all of this out. My client has every right to file for a counter criminal summons, as well, and will consider doing so, while fully defending herself in this action that has been filed with the Court. Either way, I am confident that she will prevail on this matter. Jenelle Evans: Back with Nathan Griffith?!

It's been a very, very busy time for Jenelle Evans these past few weeks. You know, what with filing for divorce from David Eason and all. She's left all her belongings behind to move herself and the two children she has custody of to a whole new state, she's gathered proof of David's abuse and filed a restraining order against him. All that sounds like a ton of work, even when you don't consider how taxing it all must have been emotionally for the Teen Mom 2 firebrand – whatever you think of her personally. But still, even though Jenelle's been doing all of that, she still found some time to spend with Nathan Griffith, the father of her middle child, Kaiser, and sworn enemy of David. Yes, really. Let's get into it. 1. Jenelle and Nathan Okay, so yeah, this isn’t a current picture of Jenelle and Nathan … because there aren’t many. They haven’t had the opportunity to take a photo together for the past few years because their breakup was pretty messy, and because David is the worst. 2. Gross Jenelle and David first started dating like a month after she and Nathan broke off their engagement and relationship, and it seems like David’s always been super insecure about that, to the point where Jenelle simply wasn’t allowed to speak with him. 3. Ridiculous and Terrifying We’ll never forget an early appearance of David Eason on Teen Mom 2 where he went with Jenelle to meet with Nathan to discuss custody stuff … he was so mad that he threatened to “fill this whole street with uppercut.” Yes, that happened. 4. So Immature Shortly after that, he decided that Jenelle wasn’t allowed to communicate directly with Nathan, even though she shared a small child with him. Instead, he’d be the one to deal with Nathan when it came to Kaiser. 5. Poor Kaiser And speaking of Kaiser, many fans believe that David was allegedly abusive towards him because he does look so much like his dad — more on all that in just a moment though. 6. Jim Edmonds Moves Out, Signals Official End to His Marriage

We’re very sorry to all those Jim Edmonds and Meghan King Edmonds true believers. We hate to break this to all the folks out there who thought these two would fight through their issues and find eternal happiness together. Because, SPOILER ALERT, they will not. In case this wasn’t obvious based on the recent statements made by the former Major League Baseball player and former Real Housewife of Orange County, consider the following: Jim has now moved out. On his Instagram page this weekend, Jim showed off his children playing around in his new residence — and gave a mini-tour of the home — amid his split from Meghan. Meghan and Jim are the parents of two-year-old daughter Aspen and 17-month-old twins, Hayes and Hart. The latter is also dad to Sutton and Landon Edmonds, his two older kids who he shares with his ex-wife Allison Edmonds. In one clip from his father’s social media page, Hayes looks around his new playroom in awe while big sister, Aspen, runs over to grab some toys. “Hayes doesn’t know what to do,” Jim captioned the footage. He also filmed the entire family as they gather around to look at a Jack-in-the-box toy. And in another clip, Aspen throws baseballs just like her dad in what appears to be an in-house baseball training facility. Jim, of course, filed for divorce from Meghan on October 25. This wasn’t wholly unexpected, consideirng Jim admitted to (at minimum) sexting with another woman during the couple’s five-year marriage. But the Internet then exploded with chatter that Jim had been sleeping with the family’s nanny, a 22-year old woman named Carly Wilson. The ex-outfielder strongly denied this rumor, trashing Meghan for playing any role at all in spreading it around in public. In an exclusive statement to Us weekly, Jim called the claims, “ dangerous, irresponsible and hurtful .” He also addressed the controversy in an Instagram post on October 28, writing: “It’s one thing to be accused of something. It’s another thing to be so negligent and so careless, and ruin the lives of innocent young people.” In her own blog entry later on, however, Meghan admitted that Jim and Carly probably never had sex…  but did state that she thought the two had an inappropriate relationship. “I am broken,” she added at the time . “I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn’t slowing down,” the ex-Bravo star said on November 4. “ She added back then: Even when I make an unassuming post on Instagram, he hurls insults at me for a battery of made-up indiscretions. I’m sick of the abuse and I won’t engage anymore — and I don’t have to.” Just when everything appeared to have calmed down between the pair, however, Jim called the cops on Meghan just this week and accused her of being a neglient parent. Pilar Sanders Reportedly Engaged To J. Prince

For a while there, it seemed like we were talking about Pilar Sanders at least once a week. Her  divorce  and subsequent custody battle with former multi-sport athlete and current commentator, Deion Sanders , was messy. From 2011 until 2017, the former couple publicly went back and forth from everything from their prenup to  allegations of abuse and infidelity, Deion called her mental health into question. Ultimately, he ended up suing her for defamation of character. She was ordered to pay him $2.2 million. The decision was later reversed.  And ultimately, she was granted custody of her children . It was a lot to watch it play out from afar, so I can’t imagine what it felt for her to live it. Last year, Sanders, 45, spoke to  The Shade Room ,  offering women advice on how to move on with your life after a messy breakup. She shared that “Life goes on and one monkey doesn’t stop the show regardless of how public or private the breakup is.” but she also announced that she was in relationship with Rap-A-Lot Record executive and former manager of Floyd Mayweather Jr.,  J. Prince, 55. While J. Prince is regarded as a  legend in the development of Southern rap , he made headlines most recently for discouraging Drake from responding to Pusha T’s diss track, “The Story of Adidon.” When she spoke to  The Shade Room  last year, Pilar didn’t go into any details about the origins of their relationship. She simply said at the time that she was “very, very happy.” Well apparently, the two have taken their boo-ship to the next level. Duane Chapman Admits to Suicidal Impulses After Wife’s Passing

Last month, Duane Chapman honored his late wife with  a heartfelt birthday tribute . Beth would have been 52. But on the Dog’s Most Wanted season finale, Duane’s pain was even more fresh and raw. He even confessed to experiencing suicidal ideation out of his desire to join his beloved in death. “I’m so glad I had her the little time that I did,” Duane “Dog The Bounty Hunter” Chapman confessed to the cameras. His wife, Beth Chapman, had died after a lengthy battle with cancer, but Duane was not ready to let her go. “I’m only been alone as I showered and I had to run out of there without a towel,” he confessed. Duane said that he had done so “because I can’t be alone right now.” He explains that spending time alone with his thoughts leads to some pretty horrifying impulses. “That’s when I start thinking about things,” Duane confesses. “And I start to take a nap,” he adds, referring to another instance in which the reality of Beth’s passing strikes him. “And I reached over to touch something,” Duane describes. “And it was the freakin’ dog.” “I don’t realize yet psychologically that she’s gone and I’ll never ever see her,” Duane admits. He emphasizes that he hasn’t fully processed the loss, saying: “I don’t realize that.” “I just hope I don’t live very much longer without her,” Duane confessed. Oh no. “Because now she made the first step, she’s through the gate,” he says. “She’s paved the way for me.” This is where Duane reveals the exact form of his intrusive thoughts and harmful impulses. “I want to take a goddamn pain pill so bad,” Duane says. “I feel like if I did something to myself right now, and passed away, suicidal,” he adds. Duane continues: “I’d go up to heaven and be like ‘Hi honey,’ and would go, ‘you dumbass why did you do that?’ or would she go ‘wow, you’re here.'” The bounty hunter and reality star continues, clearly feeling conflicted between his love of life and his love for his departed wife. “So am I obligated to do that?” Duane asks, feeling hopeless. There is one piece of good news about his harrowing confession. Within the episode, a family friend reveals that they moved prescription pills to a place where he cannot easily find or access them. Suicidal ideation can be the result of clinical depression, but that is not the only instance in which it arises. Situational depression — that is, when a person has a “reason” to feel hopeless — can lead to suicidal impulses as a response to stress. While clinical depression is treated with long-term medication and therapy, situational depression can require the same treatments for a shorter time. In the mean time, the family friend did exactly the right thing by moving an immediate danger out of Duane’s reach. The good news is that this episode was filmed months ago, and Duane has had this time to cope. He has the support of family and friends, who can spend time with him and keep him occupied with thoughts beyond grief and loss. It is not uncommon for those who believe in some sort of afterlife to feel the urge to join their dearly departed loved one. David Eason Makes a Big Deal Out of Wedding Ring Removal

If David Eason and Jenelle Evans really are faking their divorce for attention and money, well… … they are doing a mighty terrific job of making it seem real. Evans, of course, announced very late last month that she was finally finished with her violent husband , explaining via Instagram that she was ready to move on. “I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions,” wrote the extremely polarizing mother of three, adding at the time: “I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty. But it’s been my life. Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. “With time away from Teen Mom I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting that now.” To make her intentions clear, Evans concluded: The kids and I have moved away David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process. The former reality star went on to thank fans for supporting her and assured all that both she and the kids “are doing great.” As you can see above, Jenelle sounds rather definitive, right? And yet: Our staff has been debating whether Evans and Eason are truly over for good because, let’s be honest, you never know with these two. In the days since, however, Eason has trashed Jenelle as “stupid” online, while also mocking her history of road rage incidents and implying that she doesn’t deserve custody of their daughter, two-year old Ensley. As outlined above, Evans cites 11 times in which Eason has abused her — mentally or physically  — and/or threatened her. She says she is scared for her life and also the lives of her children. Eason hasn’t really said anything in response, but he did just make a pretty clear statement on his Instagram Story: “I guess I can take this off now…” Eason captioned a snapshot of his wedding ring, including with it a disappointed-looking emoji. Might David have finally realized this whole divorce thing is real? Publishing a photo after the removal, Eason displayed severe peeling and a gnarly band tan. It also appeared as if the ring had been squeezing his finger a little too tight. “Its [sic] gonna take some time for that finger to heal up,” he wrote. So there you have it… for now. Kailyn Lowry to Lauren Comeau: You Owe Me an Apology!

Kailyn Lowry is all about trying to make peace these days. Under certain conditions, that is. Last week, for example, Lowry said she’d love to sit down and talk to Jenelle Evans in the wake of the latter’s confirmed plans to divorce David Eason. This announcement came as a pretty huge shock to fans of the Teen Mom franchise, considering the bitter rivalry that has existed between Lowry and Evans for years. But Lowry expressed sympathy to Evans over all she has gone through with awful husband David Eason and all she will likely through over the next several months of negotiations. (Jenelle just obtained a restraining order against Eason and has outlined various ways in which he threatened her .) Speaking to In Touch Weekly not long after Jenelle told fans of her marital split, Lowry said that she “wishes [Evans] the best” going forward and, well… that was it. Good for her, right? Now, Lowry has touched on the subject of another long-time foe: ex-husband Javi Marroquin’s fiancee, Lauren Comeau. A follower asked Kailyn if she would entertain the possibility of having Comeau as a guest on her podcast, Coffee Convos, Lowry said, yes, sure, she was open to this appearance… … on one condition. “As soon as she’s ready to come talk to me woman to woman and apologize, she’s welcome anytime,” Lowry said about Comeau. Not exactly as mature a response as Kailyn offered when it came to Jenelle, huh? This may be due to the fact that Lowry and Comeau have quite the personal history, sharing a baby daddy, for starters, along with a kind of ugly past. On the latest Teen Mom 2 reunion special, for example, Marroquin opened up about why Lowry and Lauren aren’t on the best of terms. “Kail went through my phone, Lauren called her a twat,” he said on air, to which Lowry quickly added: “Several times in one paragraph.” In a different scene, while sitting down with Jo Rivera’s wife, Vee, Kailyn further explained why she will not be friends with Lauren, the way she is close to Vee.  “I’m saying I will not be friends with her, I’m telling you, this isn’t a ‘we’ll see,'” Lowry said  bluntly. “I will be cordial with each other because we have children that are siblings.” In January of this year, meanwhile, Javi spoke to OK Magazine about Lauren and Kailyn’s rocky relationship and how he tries to navigate the tension between his ex and his current. At the time of this tabloid interview, Javi revealed that the two ladies still haven’t really spoken to each other, but we’re taking “baby steps” to make things better. It probably didn’t help when Lowry recently said Javi tried to cheat on Lauren with… her . Kailyn was married to Javi for nearly four years before ending their marriage in 2016. They split custody of son Lincoln and have overcome some awful times themselves to now be on strong terms. As for Lauren and Kailyn? Amy Roloff Just Bought a New House, You Guys!

Mark off another major milestone for Amy Roloff. The Little People, Big World star has been undergoing one giant change after another over the past several weeks, from the sublime (an engagement!) to the tragic (the death of her mother). So…  what now? Roloff has purchased a new home. Those who have been following the reality star’s life over the past year or so must be familiar with how she sold a parcel of her land on her family’s farm to her ex-husband, Matt. Ever since, Amy has been searching for a house away from the farm in which to settle down. She’s been keeping social media followers well apprised of this journey, admitting that she was a bit nervous because she hasn’t lived on a different piece of property in decades. But now Radar Online can confirm that Roloff has bought a residence in Hillsboro, Oregon; she closed the deal on September 27 and she paid $588,500 for the home. It’s located 15 minutes away from the farm, an insider confirms, and sits on .16 acres. According to Zillow, meanwhile, the average home price in this town is $379,200, meaning Amy likely purchased herself a pretty nice place. Also of note? Fiance Chris Marek helped Amy throughout the process, which does make a lot of sense, consdering he makes a living in the real estate industry. What else do we know about the home, courtesy of this Radar report? It boasts five bedrooms — very important when kids and grandkids, we’re sure, will often be invited over to stay — and four bathrooms and it takes up an area of 3,767 square feet. In September, Amy and Marek announced they had gotten engaged after three years of dating. Just a short while later, sadly, Amy’s mother died at the age of 86 after a lengthy battle with an illness related to a bone infection. Roloff has been paying her tribute on Instagram in the weeks since, most recently writing of her beloved late parent: Went to my Mon’s gravesite today. To feel her presence, talk w/ her, pray and be thankful for what her life gave to me. Can hardly believe that it’s been one month since my Mom’s passing and one week since her memorial. Still feels like just yesterday. Sometimes you just don’t feel or want to move on but you must. On top of all this personal news, Amy is set to welcome TWO new grandchildren in the very near future. Daughter-in-law Tori is due with a son any week now, while daughter-in-law Audrey is due in early January. Between these births AND a wedding to plan AND a move to make, we just hope Amy finds the time to count her blessings and to realize her amazing good fortune. We have no doubt that she will. Kourtney Kardashian Shows Off Stretch Marks: Everybody Has Them!

Late this summer, Kourtney Kardashian flaunted her stretch marks on social media, turning heads and earning praise. Kourt notices that her followers approved, and came up with a plan. Now, she’s showing off her “tiger stripes” again, and this time, it’s for a very savvy purpose. Kourtney Kardashian posted this mouth-watering photo to Instagram. Notably, she didn’t share it on her personal Instagram — but on her Poosh side account. While it’s hard to make out in the photo, Kourt does actually have stretch marks. The hot bikini pic was accompanied by a message. “Stretch marks: we’ve all got them,” the caption begins. The Poosh caption then asks: “Looking to minimize the appearance of yours?” Naturally, Poosh being her lifestyle brand and all, the caption then directs followers to click a link to learn how. Most models use their perfections to sell products, so it’s a bit of a change for Kourtney to use her “flaws.” There are a number of modes of thinking about stretch marks. The first is that they are unsightly, and though they can arise from a growth spurt, pregnancy, or exercise, are associated with unwanted weight gain. People of this line of thinking want to do their best to prevent stretch marks from appearing in the first place. When they do get stretch marks, they want to try whatever solutions — Poosh or otherwise — that will mask these marks. Another line of thinking, of course, is that Kourtney and anyone else shouldn’t want to hide these marks. They are, after all, part of your body. Nobody picks their flesh prison. Since there is nothing unhealthy about stretch marks, many feel that the stigma should end. Along with that stigma, people should therefore lose the desire to hide them, as they’re just part of one’s skin. However, both of these diametrically opposed viewpoints kind of … miss the point. Yes, of course there shouldn’t be any stigma about stretch marks. it’s just something that happens to human skin. But that doesn’t mean that Kourtney, or people who take advice from Poosh, are doing anything wrong. Some people embrace their marks while others want to minimize them. Everybody gets to control what they do to their own meatsuit. Kourtney is very clearly not shaming anyone who has stretch marks with this ad. When last she shared her marks, she wrote: “I love my little stripes.” Also, the ad both affirms that everyone has them and then asks if the reader is looking for a change. That’s it. If you’re not looking to change your looks, then the ad is not saying anything about you. That’s an improvement over a lot of beauty ads. Kourtney turned 40 this past April. Compared to some of her siblings, she’s getting into the “personal brand” business a little late. Sure, she hada  brand, but she wasn’t profiting from it as aggressively as Kim or Kylie. Kim’s array of products range from makeup to a mobile game, and have led her to have a net worth of a third of a billion dollars. Kylie Cosmetics, of course, is worth a full billion. Kylie became a mother and a billionaire at a shockingly young age. Now that Kourtney’s dipping her toes into the world, her fans hope that Poosh will do something similar for her.
