For a long time, NeNe Leakes was one of the longest reigning “RHOA” housewives, scoring a paycheck higher than her fellow cast mates. But according to Kenya Moore , Kandi Burruss is now the highest earner of the bunch. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Kandi is worth a whopping $35 million. At the time of the report, Kandi’s “RHOA” income was estimated to be around $450k per season. Not only is Burruss a housewife but she’s also a Grammy Award winning songwriter and record producer, and she owns multiple businesses. Luckily he’s finally decided to let his OG fans re-experience the 15-year-old film while letting new millennial fans get a better understanding on why he’s the G.O.A.T to so many of us. According to Hypebeast , Jay-Z’s “farewell” concert documentary will finally be available for streaming for TIDAL subscribers four years after Jay-Z’s Project Panther Bidco Ltd acquired the streaming service. Originally released in 2004, Fade To Black was a behind the scenes concert documentary that followed Jay-Z throughout his creative process during what was supposed to be his swan song LP, The Black Album , and his farewell concert at Madison Square Garden. Featuring appearances from timeless artists like Missy Elliott, P. Diddy and of course, Beyoncé, the film was everything Jay-Z fans could’ve asked for at the time it dropped. Naturally, we all know that Jay-Z didn’t retire like planned after the release of the album and the documentary, and for that we’re grateful. That’s what happened when J ohn Witherspoon , better known by his name on The Wayans Brothers Pops, died on October 29th. Two of his most notable roles are playing Craig’s Dad in the movie “Friday” Willie Jones, and his role as “Grandad” in The Boondocks TV series. John David “J.D.” Witherspoon recently took to Twitter to share a fun fact about the time his dad almost turned down the role of “Grandad” on the hit show The Boondocks . “True story, my Dad almost passed up on the role of grandad at first,” J.D. recalled on Twitter, Saturday. “He asked me ‘JD you ever heard of this thing called The Boondocks ?’ I heard him say that and BUGGED OUT! According to WJLA , Kevin Tyrell Davis of Oxon Hill, Maryland was the victim of the stabbing, which occurred after an altercation over the restaurant’s popular chicken sandwich . The argument then transitioned outside on the street where the victim was stabbed. Davis was pronounced dead about an hour later at a local hospital. “Our homicide detectives are hard at work on this one, but we have been able to determine preliminarily that this is related to the release of the sandwich here at this restaurant,” explained Jennifer Donelan , the Prince George’s County Police Department’s media relations director. Investigators believe the argument came about because Davis cut the line. “It’s something we have to question in terms of how we’re interacting with one another as a society, is how does a confrontation over cutting line lead to a death,” Chief Hank Stawinski said at a press conference on Tuesday. “What bothers me about this…is that there are families and children in this restaurant as this is unfolding and they’ve been exposed to this now as well. This is pointless. This is disrespectful.” The suspect for the crime is still at large, and cops are asking witnesses to come forward to assist with identifying him. They released store photos shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, tributes have already started pouring in for Davis, who was known as Oside KD, according to the DailyMail.com. “I failed you. I’m sorry #longlive KD,” one person shared on Instagram, who claimed to be his cousin. “LongLiveKD Another Bro From the Lawd. Senseless,” another friend added. On Tuesday, friends of Davis stopped by the Oxon Hill Popeyes location to lay out candles that spelled his name and to put up flowers as a makeshift memorial. Although Popeyes hasn’t made a statement on social media regarding the incident, a representative for the restaurant chain told DailyMail.com, “What happened in Maryland last night is a tragedy and we are saddened to hear about this senseless act of violence. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends. For Qveen Herby , shaking loose the ghosts of music’s past has come relatively easy and she lands full circle with the release of her latest project, EP 7 . Some might remember Qveen Herby as one-half of the viral YouTube duo Karmin , who blew up after their cover of Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Now,” which led to a major record deal. However, the crushing weight of corporate meddling and a burning desire to be true to herself moved Qveen to embrace Hip-Hop music in a more organic fashion that still manages to capture the playful bounce of her past group. Now in the front all alone, Qveen has dropped her latest set, EP 7 , a matter of fact title that illustrates the number of short projects she’s released over the past two years with her ex-Karmin partner and boyfriend Jedii Nick on the boards willfully playing the back while Qveen takes centerstage. EP 7 is a kaleidoscopic audio journey that has the high-gloss sheen and sound of big pop tunes skilfully meshed with the hard, head nod-inducing bop of trap-influenced Hip-Hop. As a rapper, Qveen’s verbal dexterity and lyrical stylings are at times comically boastful yet entirely believable. Yes, the pop stylings are audibly present but this time, the music doesn’t feel packaged to only be played in some artisanal coffee joint for college kids who wear thick-soled shoes for an ironic fashion effect. EP 7 sounds like an album from a woman who knows exactly who she’s speaking to and for, all the while paying reverence to those who came before her with a chest-out bravado that her male counterparts in Hip-Hop wield fearlessly. With its lead single “Cheap Talk,” it would be fair to say that few would know what to expect of Qveen and that’s true across the five-song, 11-minute journey on EP 7 . To go along with the EP’s release, a video for the project’s lead track “Vitamins” was also unveiled to the public. When asked what Qveen Herby’s aims are with just dropping EPs over a full-length, she answered as confidently. “I love dropping EPs cuz it’s basically half an album every few months,” Qveen told us. “My team keeps getting tighter, I’m honing my craft, and my artistic vision for Qveen Herby is becoming more refined. Even my visuals have evolved to show more of my quirky persona and lean into my uniqueness. You can hear and see me becoming my true self through my EPs.” She added in her comments that she hopes to tour in the coming year and reconnect with her legion of fans across the globe, especially those who have stayed along for the ride to the switch from Karmin to Qveen Herby. In a tweet from last month, Qveen mentioned fellow fierce firebrand Rico Nasty after seeing the “Big T*tties” star in one of her dreams. When asked if their pair will collab soon, it appears that the idea is fresh on Qveen’s mind. “I have yet to connect with Rico Nasty but she’s so brilliant, saw her perform on tour with my friend/goddess Maliibu Miitch this past spring,” she shared. We have an update on the tragic death of Jessi Combs. The former MythBusters host and racecar driver was killed in a car accident late this past August , passing away at the very young age of 36. According to multiple reports, Combs was trying to set a land-speed record for a woman driving a three-wheeled vehicle when the crash took place in Oregon’s Alvord Desert. A statement from Jessi’s family confirmed as much at the time. Now, the Harney County Sheriff’s Office has announced that it has completed its investigation into the crash involving Combs, with cooperation from the North American Eagle Race Team. It was announced an official cause of death. “Based on the evidence collected and examined at the scene of the crash and the evidence recovered by the North American Race Team it appears that there was a mechanical failure of the front wheel, most likely caused from striking an object on the desert,” Lieutenant Brian Needham said in a press release. He added: “The front wheel failure led to the front wheel assembly collapsing. “The front wheel failure occurred at speeds approaching 550 miles per hour.” It’s this last part that really explains it all, of course. Combs was driving at speed literally never driven at before — given the vehicle in which she was traveling — and it’s nearly impossible to know how a car will react to this sort of circumstance. Jessi’s cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma. This is not surprising, but that doesn’t make it any less sad. Combs hosted MythBusters from 2009-2010. She also appeared in the television series documentary Overhaulin. And, just last year, she stopped as a guest in Jay Leno’s Garage. Said her family upon confirming their loved one’s passing: It is with extreme grief, and in celebration of her life that her family and close friends share that race car driver, and TV personality Jessi Combs, passed away in a fatal crash, where she was pursuing a land speed record in the North American Eagle on August, 27th 2019 on a dry lake bed in Oregon. The details of the crash have not been released at this time. Concluded Jessi’s relatives this summer: Jessi was known for her bright smile, positivity, and tenacious pursuit of the fulfillment of her dreams. Her drive was infectious, and she served as a role model for young Girls, and Women around the world. People that loved her and followed her became family, all bonded together by adventure and passion. Her fans adored her, and she lived to inspire them. Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice have not seen each other in about three years and eight months. That sounds crazy, but it’s true. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star confirmed as much herself during her joint interview with her estranged husband late last month on Bravo. This will change in the near future, however, as Teresa is planning a trip to Italy with her four daughters some day soon. Why must they go to Italy just to see their husband/father? Because Joe recently completed a 41-month stint in prison due to his role in a bankruptcy scheme perpetrated by himself and Teresa. He was then ordered to be deported because he commited this crime without being a U.S. citizen… and was then released from ICE custody — as long as he returns to his native country — while he awaits a decision on his appeal. So that’s where Joe sits right now: waiting to learn about his legal future. And also about his marital future, as he and Teresa do NOT sound like a couple that thinks it will remain a couple for very much longer. During the aforementioned Bravo special, Teresa and Joe each opened up about the fate of their relationship. “I’ve been on my own now for three years and seven months and … we’re both two different people now and I don’t know. I’m not the same Teresa I was and I know he’s not the same Joe,” Teresa told Andy Cohen. Teresa added at the time of Joe: “I do love him as a person. I do. I still care about him. I love him. I don’t know how I’m going to feel when I see him. That’s why I’m so nervous when I see him. I love him. “He’s my husband. We have children together.” Those are facts. But it’s also true that Joe and Teresa both think the other had been unfaithful . That can’t bode well, can it? This all brings us back to the upcoming Italy trip. “When I go see him in Italy, we’ll figure that out,” Teresa said when asked where her relationship stands at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo on Sunday, November 3. Joe, meanwhile, seems aware that Teresa wants a divorce . “Listen, as long as she’s happy, that’s all that really matters,” he said to Cohen. “I’m not going to tell her what to do. In the very near future, Joe Giudice probably won’t be an immediate member of his own family, not after he and Teresa file for their inevitable divorce. But the polarizing ex-reality star just joined a very different, much larger family: He’s now a member of Instagram. The 47-year-old — who was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody on October 11 and flew to Italy while he awaits a verdict on his deportation appeal — joined the social media platform last Thursday, sharing a snapshot at the time of himself from his Bravo interview with Teresa and host Andy Cohen . Fast forward to November 3 and Joe posted another new and interesting photo to his account. As you can see above, Joe is hanging out with Teresa’s father, Giacinto Gorga, who resides with his daughter in New Jersey. “Always a full table,” he captioned the picture, which was taken in Sala Consilina. Joe is clearly taking a lot of pride in his appearance these days. As previously detailed, he lost a considerable amount of weight while behind bars , which is bound to happen when one is stuck eating only prison food and working out all the time. But while Joe may be in great condition at the moment, the same cannot be said of his marriage. Most fans are simply counting down the days at this point for Joe and Teresa to make their divorce announcement. The estranged husband and wife chatted via satellite with Cohen last Sunday night, detailing their relationship’s past, present and murky future. “My mistake was I never became a citizen. That was stupid of me,” Joe said at one point, taking some responsibility for the mess he’s now in legally. We also learned in this special that Joe and Teresa haven’t seen each other in three years and eight months. Wow, right? That’s crazy. When Cohen later asked Joe if he thought Teresa was faithful to him while he was behind bars, the former replied: “I don’t think she was.” And when the photos of Teresa and and a younger man from late last year were mentioned, Joe seemed surprised, saying: “I didn’t know you were on a beach with him,” to which Teresa replied: “I told you that,” insisting he was only a friend. Teresa, meanwhile, is set to fly to Italy in a few days with the couple’s four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. In this same interview, she confessed that she wasn’t sure things will be between them when she sees him for the first time since he was in jail. “We’re both two different people now,” Teresa said in the interview. “I’m not the same Teresa I was and he’s not the same Joe. I do love him as a person.
