Because of The People’s Choice Awards, fans were left with a week-long hiatus before seeing how the rest of the drama unfolds–but lucky for us, this Sunday’s episode is right around the corner. A new sneak peek of this week’s episode was just revealed, where we see exactly what happens when Kim K see’s Tristan for the first time since his cheating became public. It’s been seven months since Tristan Thompson was caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian while she was pregnant with his daughter. Khloe is widely regarded as the most bold and brash of the Kardashian sisters, and it was widely assumed that she would kick Tristan to the curb when news of his infidelity went public. But to the surprise of many, Khloe and Tristan are still together. And it’s looking more and more as though they’ll stay that way. The rekindled romance comes as a surprise not only because Tristan publicly humiliated Khloe, but also because the pair were rumored to be on the outs for much of the past several months. In fact, just a few weeks ago, Khloe seemed to be dropping hints that she had dumped Tristan. As the NBA season got off to start, Tristan had relocated to Cleveland to rejoin his newly LeBron-less Cavs, while Khloe stayed put in Calabasas. But now, insiders are claiming that Khloe and Tristan are closer than ever. And a pair of tragedies might have played a role in their reconciliation. According to Hollywood Life, the recent California wildfires and the mass shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks both prompted Khloe and Tristan to take reexamine their priorities. “They see so many people, including their own friends, losing so much and they are realizing what they have with each other and how they are better together as a unit than apart,” a source tells the site. “Are there issues still? Absolutely! But what people are going through really is putting things into perspective,” the insider adds. “All the tragedy that has been going down literally in their backyard might actually be the main and most important reason they stay together. “Emotions are at an all-time high, and Khloe and Tristan are using the unfortunate sadness that is affecting so many as a catalyst to improve their relationship status.” Um … okay. It’s a little weird to rebuild your relationship on a foundation of widespread death and destruction, but whatever works! We have no way of confirming if that’s really why Khloe and Tristan got back together, but it seems certain that they are, in fact, still going strong, Like E! News, People magazine is basically a mouthpiece for the Kardashians. When the sisters want to clear the air about a personal matter without doing so explicitly on social media they give outlets like People the go-ahead to run pre-approved content. So it’s a safe bet that there’s at least some accuracy to the magazine’s recent claim that Khloe and Tristan are committed to riding out this rough patch and making their relationship work: “Dealing with Tristan’s cheating has been very difficult for Khloe. When they have had good moments, she forgets about how hurt she got, but then when she gets reminded, she still gets upset,” a “source” tells People . “On the outside, she acts all tough, but it still gets to her. But what it comes down to is that Khloe wants True to grow up in a family with both parents,” the insider adds. “She wants True to spend as much time with her dad as possible. She believes that True needs a mom and dad in her life. “Khloe hates when people have opinions about her relationship with Tristan. She feels that she doesn’t need to explain to people why she makes certain decisions. It’s obvious there are issues, though,” the source continues. “She doesn’t define her relationship with Tristan — she only talks about him as True’s dad.” As the folks at Starcasm point out, Khloe seems to be playing coy here, essentially confirming that she’s still with Tristan, but keeping her future options open with her refusal to “define her relationship with Tristan.” So there you have it. Neither party wants to pull the trigger and end this thing, but it also sounds like there are no wedding bells in the near future. Then again, who knows? And those closest to the mother of one are highly skeptical and fully prepared for the worst. “Everyone knows it’s inevitable she will end it eventually,” says the source. Another NBA season is upon us, which means Tristan Thompson will be spending much of the next several months traveling with the Cleveland Cavs. And it seems Khloe Kardashian is not too keen on the idea of spending her winter wondering if her husband is sleeping around. As you’re no doubt aware, Tristan spent much of last season cheating on Khloe while she was pregnant with his child. Against all odds, the couple patched things up over the offseason, but it seems the peace they reached was tentative at best. Now, with Tristan returning his attention to basketball, it seems Khloe is harboring some serious doubts about the future of her relationship. “She very much seems over Tristan,” a source close to the situation tells People magazine. “Not sure how they went from fine to being apart for weeks, but Khloe is doing great.” The source adds that Khloe has not followed Tristan back to Cleveland, as was expected — but for the time being, everyone seems content with the current living situation: “It doesn’t seem to bother her that she isn’t with Tristan in Cleveland,” the insider says. “She seems to know what she wants in her life right now. And it definitely doesn’t seem like she wants to be with Tristan.” As for whether or not Khloe and Tristan have officially broken up , it seems the couple is remaining mum in the issue for now: “Khloe isn’t saying that she and Tristan split. It seems she hasn’t decided yet what she wants to do about their relationship,” the source tells People. “And she seems fine about this.” For months, we’ve been hearing reports of the Kardashians pressuring Khloe to dump Tristan , so it should come as no surprise that Kim and company are quite pleased by this development: “Her family is happy that she is still in L.A. and wants her around for as long as possible,” the insider says. “No one is pushing for her to go back to Cleveland to be with Tristan. Khloe Kardashian was swelling with both maternal and auntly pride when she shared a photo of five Kardashian babies in one spot . But, according to a new report, it turns out that her private life is being dictated by her fears about True’s future. Is Khloe clinging to Tristan because she worries that, if she leaves him, he’ll abandon True, too? RadarOnline reports that Khloe is clingy with her cheating baby daddy for one reason and one reason only. “Khloe’s worst nightmare is that Tristan will be an absent father to True,” the insider reveals. The report is quick to make it clear that Khloe is still dating him for her own reasons. “She loves him,” the source clarifies. “But,” the insider continues. “The reason she’s clingy is because she doesn’t want him to be a part-time dad to True.” Khloe’s fear is apparently that Tristan will be an absentee father to True “like he is to his son.” Tristan’s son, of course, is one-year-old Prince. Jordan Craig, pictured above wearing red, is Tristan’s ex. This report claims that Tristan doesn’t make time for his ex’s kid in the way that he does for his current woman’s child. The source says that Tristan only sees Prince “every now and then.” Apparently, photos like this one of Tristan with both of his children, symbolize what is most important to Khloe. “Every time Tristan brought gifts home for True,” the insider says. “Khloe reminded him to send some to Prince.” It is heartbreaking to hear even an unverified report that a father had to be reminded about one of his children. “She wanted him to spoil his son the same way he spoiled True,” the source explains. Good for Khloe. You should always love your children, not just whichever one happens to be in front of you at the time. Apparently Khloe’s concerns have a lot to do with her own issues. We hate to call them “daddy issues” because it’s sounds dismissive, but … they’re daddy issues. “Khloe was devastated when her dad died,” the source explains. “And,” the insider continues, Khloe “wants True and Tristan to have a strong bond.” Khloe wants Tristan and True to have a relationship “like she did with her dad, no matter what.” Robert Kardashian’s death was heartbreaking for his entire family. He was a good man who adored his children. Since the first — at the time, unfathomable — reports came out back in April that Khloe had not dumped Tristan’s cheating ass, people have wondered why. Even then, people suspected that Khloe’s own issues related to her late father made her reluctant to break up with Tristan. Some children are happy that their parents divorced, others simply adjust or cope. But others will spend their lives believing that it should never have happened. Did Khloe refuse to break up in the first place because her own experience with divorce made her believe that True needs both parents? We suspect that, on some level, even Khloe couldn’t answer that with absolute certainty. Is this report true? We … kind of hope not. Don’t get us wrong, it would totally explain why Khloe has remained with the man who humiliated her in front of the world at such a critical moment in their relationship. But the report almost suggests that Khloe is using her affections to secure a father figure for True. A real father — which we would like to believe that Tristan is — wouldn’t need Khloe’s smothering attention to remind him of either of his children. In the estimation of many country music fans, Miranda Lambert’s reputation has taken quite a tumble over the course of the past year. In truth, the singer’s decline in popularity probably began back in 2015 with her divorce from Blake Shelton . But the split seemed amicable, and both parties encouraged their fans to respect their privacy and show some compassion. Over the past few months, however, Miranda’s reputation has been dealt a series of crushing blows, largely due to her short-lived relationship with Evan Felker . In the press, Felker was often described as Lambert’s “married boyfriend,” and that’s not terribly far from the truth. Though Felker and his wife were estranged at the time of his relationship with Lambert, reports portraying Miranda as a heartless homewrecker persisted online. Now, in the wake of her breakup with Felker, sources close to Lambert are concerned that she’s developed a fixation with her most famous ex — and that she’s dealing with it in a decidedly unhealthy fashion. “Miranda can’t stand seeing her ex-husband so in love with Gwen, planning a wedding, [and] co-parenting Gwen’s sons,” an insider close to the situation tells Life & Style . “They’re worried her drinking is out of control and that she’s just numbing the pain of another failed relationship,” the source continues. “Friends and family have been so concerned that they’ve been considering an intervention.” The informant claims Miranda has been hitting the bottle hard for quite some time, and in recent weeks, her loved ones have become seriously concerned for her well-being. “Miranda’s hard partying went into overdrive toward the end of her [summer] Bandwagon tour, around the time of her breakup with Evan.” the insider explains. “Ever since then, she’s been on an alcohol tear to deal with the heartbreak,” the source added, noting that Miranda has been “throwing down whiskey and wine from her own Red 55 winery like mad to cope with her forlorn state.” On the bright side, boozing her way through a series of bad breakups certainly boosts Miranda’s country cred. And the concerned source even worked in an endorsement for Lambert’s winery! Now, that’s a lesson in synergistic poromotion. We kid, of course. If the situation is as serious as the insider claims, we certainly hope Miranda finds the help she needs. Part of the problem is that Lambert has embraced the image of a self-styled country outlaw, coping with her troubles with the help of a bottle and guitar. “I am who I am. I am honest about being flawed. That’s all I can be, you know? I cuss. I drink,” the singer said in a June interview. “I get divorced and get my heart broken. OK, so Tristan Thompson cheated on Khloe Kardashian. Everybody knows it, the Kardashians confirmed it, it’s a thing that happened. Several times. It wasn’t even early in their relationship either. (Or at least the times we’re talking about weren’t early on in their relationship, who knows if there’s been any affairs he’s gotten away with.) Nope, when Khloe was about three months pregnant with their daughter, True, he hooked up with some girls at a hookah bar . And then, literally days before she gave birth, he was once again unfaithful. For a while, there were rumors that Khloe was planning on leaving him, but by now, it’s pretty clear that’s not happening . Sure, there’s been tons and tons of reports about how unhappy she is with him. And yes, she’s posted countless vague quotes about being hurt and broken and all kinds of bad things. But he knocked her up, so their love is eternal or whatever. The thing is that even though Khloe is staying with Tristan, at least for the time being, that doesn’t mean she’s not getting some revenge. And what’s the best revenge for a cheating boyfriend? Cheating on him back, of course! But if you really, really want to hurt the guy, you don’t just cheat with any old dude. You cheat with an ex! And if you happen to have a famous ex! That’s just more salt in the wound, friend! According to a source who spoke with In Touch, Khloe got back at Tristan by hooking up with French Montana. French Montana, can you imagine? He was Khloe’s first serious relationship after ending things with Lamar Odom, and they were together for a while. They stayed friends after their breakup, too, so it’s not unthinkable that she would have reached out to him in a moment of need. As the insider claims, “Khloe cheated on Tristan with her ex French Montana. They hooked up as early as several months ago.” “Plain and simple, it was payback time.” OK, so “as early as several months ago” is the least helpful description of a timeline that ever was, but if it was “payback,” then obviously this alleged hookup happened after the cheating scandal. That means one of two things. One, she managed to holler at French immediately after the news about Tristan broke, he hightailed it to Cleveland, and they did whatever while she was super, super pregnant. Or two, they did whatever while Kris Jenner babysat True. Honestly, both of those things are a little hard to believe, but sure, let’s keep going. In Touch’s source also says that Khloe “was hurting and lonely, so she turned to French for comfort.” “Did it make her feel better that she was also getting even with Tristan? Of course it did.” “It’s like that old saying,” the source points out. “What’s good for the goose ….” Except it’s not like that old saying, because cheating wasn’t good for the goose (Tristan), it was dumb and destructive. But this source may not have heard many old saying and just wanted to be witty, so let’s try not to judge. Anyway, what’s even weirder about this whole thing is that Kim and Kourtney allegedly knew about Khloe’s affair with French. And they “completely supported it.” They supported it so much, in fact, that Kim told Khloe that since Tristan hasn’t proposed , “then she’s free to do whatever the hell she wants.” In reality, Khlow is free to do whatever the hell she wants anyway, no matter what her relationship status is. She’s a grown woman and all that. It’s just important to remember that just because you can do something, it doesn’t mean you should. No matter what the dumb goose did. Bad news, Khloe Kardashian fans If you were hoping the reality star would kick Tristan Thompson to the curb for cheating on her on while she was pregnant with his child, it appears you’re out of luck. When the Cleveland Cavs were eliminated from the NBA Finals by the Golden State Warriors back in June, Tristan followed Khloe back to LA so that he could be close to his daughter and work on earning back her trust. Amazingly, in the span of a few short months, he seems to have done directly that. The 2018-2019 NBA season is drawing near, and insiders now claim that when Tristan relocates to Cleveland semi-permanently, Khloe will be joining him. One source tells US magazine that Khloe arrived at that decision just recently after concluding that Tristan’s cheating days are behind him. “Tristan has promised Khloe he will never betray her again,” the insider revealed . “She believes him.” The source adds that Khloe and Tristan are “doing better than anyone could have expected.” There’s no word yet on whether Khloe is still hoping to marry Tristan , but it certainly looks as though the couple is headed in that direction. While her family was initially opposed to the idea of Khloe giving Tristan another chance, insiders claim Kim and company have slowly come to embrace him as part of the family. “Tristan is a part of Khloe’s life,” the source says. “They are together, so he will be there. They’re continuing to work on their relationship.” Hey, maybe this will turn out to be the rare case in which a tiger changes his stripes. Maybe Tristan feels genuine remorse for his actions and is ready to be the kind of spouse Khloe deserves. Or maybe he’ll backslide right back into his old ways once his team hits the road again this season. Whatever the case, it’s a safe bet that Khloe will be watching him closely. We have shocking news to report from the world of Married at First Sight: One of the couples featured on this Lifetime reality series has called it quits. Why is this so surprising, considering the finale of each Married at First Sight season ends with twosomes deciding to give their love an extended shot … or to go their separate ways? Because this break-up has taken place during the season. Indeed, with new Season 7 installments airing every Tuesday night, Mia Bally and Tristan Thompson* have announced that they can’t pretend any longer. They can’t spend another moment as husband and wife. They are getting a divorce. (*No, not that Tristan Thompson ; not the basketball player who has scarcely met an Instagram model he didn’t want to bend over and simply pound. We’re talking about this other one.) According to People Magazine, Bally filed for this legal split in Dallas County, Texas, on September 4. It shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone who’s been watching Married at First Sight that this relationship has come to a conclusion. It’s only unexpected that Bally is the one who has filed the paperwork. Over the course of the past few weeks, Thompson has been struggling with a few issues from Mia’s past, specificially that she was arrested years ago on a charge of stalking . This information came to light after Mia was detained and questioned at the airport while the newlyweds were set to embark on their honeymoon. Later on, Tristan learned that Bally was still active on a dating app, even while the two were married. That was yet another major bump in the romantic road, but Thompson (on air, at least) had been willing to try and overlook the obstacles and remained committing to his union. That said, there were very clear signs of tension. All of this is piling up, and now I’m sitting here not knowing who I just married,” Thompson said at one point. He added during another scene: “This entire marriage I feel like I’ve been completely honest with Mia, and I’ve told her to just give me the truth, and it seems like she’s gone out of her way to hide things from me. “I honestly don’t know what to feel or what to believe right now. I thought we were done with all the secrets and lies.” Like we said: it’s no surprise these two didn’t work out. We’re just taken aback that Mia is the one to have pulled the plug. But we guess Tristan just didn’t live up to the expectations she had in mind for a husband. “I feel like I lead a simple life,” she said in the past, explaining: “I do go to church every Sunday. “I am part of a Bible study group on Tuesdays. So that’s what I want is a man to lead me closer to Christ, or even a goal, us have a goal together, and he leads me towards those same motivational values that we have.” Oh well.
