Source: Brian Blanco / Getty Florida Man Arrested For “Obscene” Bumper Sticker 23-year-old Dillon Shane Webb from Florida was driving around with an “I eat *ss” sticker on his pickup truck window and now he’s facing obscenity charges. From HuffPost : “Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was arrested Sunday afternoon in Lake City after a Columbia County sheriff’s deputy saw the message on the rear window of the vehicle. When the officer pulled Webb over, he claimed the sticker violated a Florida statute dealing with the possession and distribution of obscene material, according to the Lake City Reporter .” According to the site, Webb responded that they were “just words” and when the officer asked how a parent to a small child would explain those words, Webb reportedly said it would be “up to the parent.” “The deputy then gave Webb a notice to appear at the Columbia County Courthouse on May 23 and took a photo of the offending sticker as evidence,” HuffPost states. “ But when the deputy asked Webb to remove one of the letters from the word ‘*ss’ so the statement on the sticker would ‘no longer be derogatory,’ the suspect refused, citing his First Amendment rights, according to the report.” After refusing to alter the statement, Webb was reportedly charged with resisting, taken to jail, and later released on $2,500 bond. “The truck was towed, but Webb said the sticker was still in place when he retrieved the vehicle from the impound lot. Webb now plans to file a wrongful arrest lawsuit against the sheriff’s office,” Huff Post states. “I guess this cop just didn’t find it funny, and he just thought he has to put me in jail,” Webb reportedly said of being thrown in jail. Luann de Lesseps may have a problem with alcohol. But she definitely has a problem following the law. About a year and a half after the Real Housewife of New York was arrested for getting wasted and kicking a police officer , evidence has surfaced that prove two things: Luann is still drinking. And she’s violating her probation while doing so. Before we delve into Luann’s latest misdeed, let’s take a look back, shall we? On December 23, 2017, the long-time Bravo star was arrested in Florida for acting very drunk and very disorderly in a Palm Beach Hotel room. According to multiple reports at the time, she screamed at officers that she would kill them prior to being taken into custody and charged with four felonies: Battery on a law enforcement officer; resisting arrest with violence; two counts of corruption by threat. Luann was in the aforementioned city for the first time since getting married there to Tom D’Agostino Jr., from whom she got divorced just seven months later. And she blamed that entire situation for the way she acted, saying in a subsequent statement: I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018. Somehow (read: because she’s rich), Luann struck a plea deal last August, pleaded guilty to a lesser [misdemeanor] count of battery, as well as the original trespassing and disorderly intoxication charge. As part of this plea deal, she agreed not to drink alcohol for a year. And she has failed to live up to this end of her bargain. According to newly-released court documents, Luann reported a relapse to a Florida supervising officer on April 23, 2019. After failing a court-mandated test, the reality star “dmitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago,” the legal paper reads. Once these results were in, de Lesseps was told she could “immediately enroll in outpatient treatment” to essentially make up for her drinking-related probation violation… but she “declined due to her touring schedule.” Luann was also “given the option to be fitted with alcohol ankle monitoring device,” but she said the device would be too “intrusive” while performing. Elsewhere, The Florida Department of Corrections issued a statement that made it clear Luann has not been fulfilling her Alcoholics Anonymous requirements, either. Reads this statement: This is the second notification of other state violation that has been submitted. The subject has failed to provide sufficient documentation of completed AA meetings which she was ordered to complete 2 AA meetings per week. At the time of this writing [April 24], only 5 have been received. It appears to affiant that the subject is not serious about her sobriety or the orders of this Court. As stated on previous notification, the subject has used her unlimited travel as a reason to be noncompliant with her conditions of supervision. Back in February, we also confirmed that Luann has not been performing her obligatory community service . It’s almost like she’s a wealthy person who thinks she is entitled to act in any way she wants, consequence free. The court has not made a decision on how to proceed with her case, but as of now, her probation is scheduled to be over on August 28. And Luann swears she is taking this whole thing seriously, lying completely to Page Six in a statement that reads as follows: I take my sobriety very seriously and like many in my situation, it is a daily struggle. I remain committed to doing whatever it takes to continue living a healthy sober lifestyle.

You’ve heard of the power of the dollar — now behold the power of 50 Cent. As you may have heard, social media users were captivated over the weekend by a surprising feud that pitted the rapper against Lala Kent of Vanderpump Rule s fame. Basically, Lala was caught in the middle of a more serious beef, as it seems that 50’s intended target was her fiance, Randall Emmett. Emmett owed 50 a million dollars for reasons that aren’t entirely clear. Randall is a producer on 50’s Starz series Power , and it seems that he may have borrowed the sum from Mr. Cent. But wait, isn’t this the same Hollywood mogul who keeps Lala in Gucci slides and private jets ? Yeah … it’s beginning to look like 50 isn’t the only one that Rand tried to hustle. Fif’s chosen method of shaming Emmett into paying him back was to highlight some of the many, many (many) times that Lala boasted about her man’s wealth and the absurd ways that he pampers her during her scenes on Vanderpump . Lala Kent: I Banged Randall Emmett For a Car! This caused Ambyr Childers’ — Rand’s first wife and the mother of his children, who he divorced in order to get with Lala — to pile on and echo 50’s sentiments. And it’s looking like it was all a bit much for Lala, who has reportedly called off her engagement with Randall. Kent has yet to publicly confirm that she’s broken things off with Emmett, but she has deleted all photos of her apparent ex from her Instagram page. There are numerous theories as to why Lala might have suddenly called off the wedding, but they all concur that Randall’s beef with 50 played a role in the decision. Some say all the negative publicity (the feud was trending on Twitter all weekend and stars like Chrissy Teigen sounded off) was simply too much for the anxiety-prone Lala to handle. Others say 50 opened her eyes to the fact that Emmett is not nearly as rich and powerful as he’d led her to believe. In addition to the fact that Emmett apparently struggled to pay back a loan from a former friend, the texts Randall sent to 50 — which the rapper then posted on Instagram — certainly don’t sound like they were composed by a film industry power broker: To her credit, from the start of her relationship with Emmett, Lala was upfront about the fact that his wealth was the primary reason she was willing to give him the time of day. Now, that he’s been exposed as … well, somewhat less wealthy than he initially portrayed, it’s not surprising that Kent might choose to move on. It’s a sad situation — hell, we doubt even 50 wanted to devastate Randall to this extent. Of course, the worst part is that James Kennedy is probably loving every minute of it, and anything that makes him happy is objectively a bad thing.
