In an act that goes completely against YouTube’s long-held policy of refusing to replace videos that were listed as removed by user, films that have been removed by hack have been returned to YouTube’s live site. Original embeds of the “ChangeDaChannel” version of The Obama Deception and Police State 4 are working once again. When the videos were removed over the weekend, searches for “Obama Deception censored” ranked number 1 on Google Hot Searches along with “Fall of the Republic” and “infowars”. With such a tremendous response, it appears that Google has reversed their original policy. Ann Kirsten Kennis claims her signature was forged on the photo release. By James Montgomery Kirsten Kennis featured on Vampire Weekend’s album “Contra” Photo: XL Recordings Well, after months of speculation, we finally know who the wide-eyed WASP-y girl on the cover of Vampire Weekend’s Contra album is — but the guys in VW probably would have preferred if everyone were kept in the dark. That’s because on Wednesday, the blond, Polo-wearing woman on the cover of the album — her name is Ann Kirsten Kennis, btw — filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the band (or, as they’re referred to in the suit, “Vampire Weekend, Inc”) and photographer Tod Brody used her image without her permission. At the heart of the suit is a photographic release VW obtained from Brody, one Kennis claims contains her forged signature. Kennis — who is suing the band and the photographer for more than $2 million, on the grounds that neither party bothered to verify the legitimacy of the release — also said she took the original photo back in 1983 but had no idea it was featured on the cover of Contra until the band began promoting the album in November. On Thursday (July 15), an officer in the Public Information office of the L.A. Superior Court verified to MTV News that the suit had been filed. A spokesperson for Vampire Weekend’s label, XL Recordings, told MTV News she had no comment about the suit. Contra was released back in January and debuted at #1 on the Billboard albums chart . Back in October, the band stopped by the MTV Newsroom to talk about the album — and the iconic cover image — but they played things close to the vest: “We haven’t met her, we don’t know her,” bassist Chris Baio laughed. “We’re not being very specific about it. The picture is from 1983, but the last album cover was from 2006, and they kind of look like they both inhabit the same world,” frontman Ezra Koenig added. “When we saw this image, we just found it very striking. And part of it is the look on her face. It’s not about the color of her hair, or the fact that she’s wearing a Polo shirt. With tearful goodbyes, key story lines wrapped up and a post-show appearance by former star Lauren Conrad , much fanfare surrounded The Hills finale. But while the live after-party (click here for cast photos ) celebrated the six-season run, many fans were left scratching their heads about the last scene. As Tuesday’s episode drew to a close, Kristin Cavallari stepped into a waiting car destined for the airport, allegedly to catch a flight bound for Europe. She left a tearful Brody Jenner behind, waving goodbye … or not. The camera panned out to reveal the entire production crew, set and cameramen. Did The Hills just punk viewers who ate this stuff up for six seasons, then rub their noses in it with an overt F-You to end the last of its 102 episodes? That’s what it felt like! Brody Jenner and Kristin Cavallari make a good-looking fake couple . “The thing is, as you saw at the end, what’s real, what’s fake, you don’t know,” Jenner said . “Our relationship, the entire time could have been fake. That’s one of the questions: what was real and what was fake, and we left it [open].” Kristin Cavallari said she enjoyed the way the show concluded: “I think we both couldn’t have been happier with the ending. We were speechless.” The acting was pretty good, we’ll admit. Their co-star, Lo Bosworth, was equally impressed with the way The Hills finale came to an end: “You know when the last scenes of the show were happening, I got a little [lump] in my throat,” she said. “They were great. I loved it.” Come on . While not every aspect of the show is fake (most likely), there’s not much interpretation to do about Brody and Kristin. It was all fake, not real. She’s dating a Hills cameraman and knew full well he has been with Avril Lavigne. Which is fine, except that MTV always billed this as a reality show. Now they’re admitting they script whatever they want, but with some profound point? Please .

Congratulations to both! “They are married,” said a rep for Marcil , who was also married to Corey Feldman earlier in life. But the actress has only one son, and it’s with Green. Speaking of which, eight-year-old Kassius attended the wedding, bearing witness to one of his parents’ marriages for the second time in under a month. That’s gotta be weird! Marcil and Giovinazzo swapped vows in New York on Sunday night with family and friends. No exes or their superstar new wives present. Go figure.
