In the flick, Jeannie Mai and rapper Jeezy appear to be on a triple date to fans. The photo was posted by Malika Haqq and featured two other solid couples. Malika and her boo, OT Genesis and newly coupled up Trey Songz and Lorie Harvey. Malika captioned the flick “3’s company.” This is interesting… However, we don’t want to speculate too hard without confirmation. This was taken at Jeannie’s birthday celebration, although it only features a handful of “close friends.” Could they actually be friends? Jeanie divorced her husband of 10 years last summer and J eezy was coupled up  with a toddler, last we checked. Damn: Hawaiian Airlines Plane Rerouted After Flight Attendant Dies

Johnson / Getty During a flight from Honolulu to New York on Friday, the captain came over the loudspeaker and asked if there were any doctors on board because one of the attendants had fell ill. 31-year old stewardess Emile Griffin was having a heart attack during the flight as doctors and crew members performed CPR. Flight from Honolulu to JFK diverted to SFO for a passenger needing medical attention. It’s been a long time since they asked for doctors to come to first class so I hope they’re okay. First time I’ve ever had a flight diverted, somehow. Waiting for medics to board now. — Andrea Bartz (@andibartz) January 25, 2019 According to Hawaiian Airlines officials , the flight had 253 passengers and 12 crew members, and was diverted to San Francisco for an early landing. The crew released a statement on Friday saying, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of Emile Griffith who passed away while working on our flight between Honolulu and New York last night. We are forever grateful tor Emile’s colleagues and good Samaritans on board who stayed by his side and provided extensive medical help.” Griffin passed away shortly after. The airline has since made counseling available for employees and passenger were booked on the next available flights.

Chance The Rapper Is Going To Be Honored At The 2018 iHeart Radio Music Awards

Jeff Schear/Getty Images for Scholly Chance The Rapper Is Winning Big At The iHeart Radio Music Awards Chance The Rapper is going to be honored at this year’s iHeart Radio Music Awards, and he’s going to be given the Innovator Award. The Chicago native is being recognized for his “groundbreaking accomplishments in the music industry and his unsurpassable contributions to social causes.” Chance will receive the Innovator Award for his contributions to social causes as well as his musical accomplishments, particularly through his non-profit organization, SocialWorks. Past honorees include Pharrell, Justin Timberlake, U2 and Bruno Mars. Nominees for the iHeartRadio Music Awards were announced on January 10. Artists who have received multiple nominations for this year include Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, DJ Khaled, and Demi Lovato. Camila Cabello is going to be honored with the iHeartRadio Fangirls Award while Bon Jovi will receive the iHeartRadio Icon Award. The fifth annual awards will air live from the Forum in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 11, and are going to be hosted by Hailey Baldwin and DJ Khaled. Congrats to Chance!   Continue reading →

Getty Images Instagram And Spotify Are Making An Interactive Black Girl Magic Map Spotify and Instagram have teamed up to do something really dope. In celebration of Black History Month , the two platforms are working to highlight the “power, resilience and beauty inspired by black women in our generation and generations past” with an  interactive United States of #BlackGirlMagic map . The graphic highlights the most-liked Instagram posts for top-ranking artists most frequently placed on playlists with the term #BlackGirlMagic by Spotify users. The United States of #BlackGirlMagic map also comes with the playlist, which is live on  Spotify  now. In addition to the playlist and map, Spotify has shared some data on #BlackGirlMagic mentions over the past year, revealing that the U.S. and England lead the conversation using the hashtag (followed by Canada, South Africa, France and Nigeria), with New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and London topping the cities with the most mentions. The ten most-streamed artists on #BlackGirlMagic playlists include Beyoncé, SZA, Rihanna, Solange, Kehlani, Nicki Minaj, Janelle Monae, Alicia Keys, Lizzo and India.Arie. It doesn’t stop there, either. Kardashian’s face time with the rap superstar was documented for the upcoming E! reality show “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” and it also has generated a lot of rumors. Many gossip blogs began speculating that not only were Kim and Kanye dating, but that they also were expecting a little bundle of joy. The reality starlet laughed off the allegations when MTV News caught up with her at Z-100’s Jingleball in New York on Friday night. “My reaction is, ‘God, I’ve got to stay away from those hot dogs and nuts on the street corner and the ice cream!’ ” she explained. “Like those trucks, I’ve never seen that before — trucks of ice cream. You have to stop and eat! I couldn’t control myself, so [in] New York [I] put on like 10 pounds and then I’m pregnant with Kanye’s baby, so whatever! What can you do?! Hit the gym!” Of course, fans also are buzzing about the album that Kardashian is recording , and she teased that they will know more about it once her E! series kicks off this January. “It’s ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York,’ so it’s a little bit different,” she said. “They might freak out about [my friendship with singer] Ciara — just all my girlfriends are on it so we have our girl time.” She added, “Ciara kind of talks me into doing something really crazy and unexpected. Lindsay Lohan Squares Off with Judge, Volcano

The judge in Lindsay Lohan’s DUI case wants her a$$ in court. The problem? She’s in France and the Icelandic ash cloud may mean her return is no Cannes do. Lohan’s presence is required in court on Thursday for a hearing to establish if she is in compliance with the terms of her ongoing probation for a DUI conviction. It had been unclear whether Lindsay was required to be there in person. The judge said she is. If she’s not there, a bench warrant could be issued for her arrest. Following a pair of DUI arrests in 2007, the 23-year-old was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education program. Whether she’s done so is debatable. Reports say Lindsay has slacked hard core when it comes to attending mandatory classes ( partying like a madman won’t help her cause) and may end up jailed. Clearly living in denial , Lohan flew out from New York on Friday and arrived in Nice, France on Sunday for the Cannes Film Festival. How long will she be there? That may depend … on Mother Nature. Sources say she can’t get a flight to the U.S. because of the volcanic ash from Iceland hampering European airspace. Airports all over the continent are jam-packed and it’s impossible to get a seat. Wonder how the volcanic ash excuse will play before LL’sa no-nonsense judge.

But on Friday at an event in New York City, Gaga, who didn’t get into specifics about the cancellation, did say that West would be taking some time off and she would be hitting the road on her own.
