Lindsay Lohan in Jail: No Cigarettes = Huge Problem!

Lindsay Lohan’s close friends are concerned about her going to jail . Not on moral grounds or anything like that. They’re just worried the train wreck won’t survive a day without the one thing she can’t live without … cigarettes. Lohan is likely to do time at the same all-female facility where Paris Hilton was locked up in ’07, and the place has a serious zero tolerance no-smoking policy. Bad news for Lindsay. She’s a “serious chain-smoker,” blowing through at least two packs a day. “The first thing she does when she wakes up is light a cigarette,” a friend says. SMOKED: Lindsay Lohan must surrender July 20 to begin her 90-day jail sentence. Maybe she can draft up a legal manifesto to score some cigarettes in the slammer? The source adds, “I’m honestly scared for [Lindsay] … I don’t think she’s gone a day without smoking in years. This isn’t something she can stop overnight.” “It’s a serious condition.” We’d feel bad, except had she not displayed the worst possible attitude , acting like a spoiled brat who is somehow above the law, while flat-out ignoring very reasonable probation terms, she’d be free to smoke all day on the outside. Just saying. It’s her fault. The upside is that if she goes to the Lynwood facility July 20, as expected, it could actually lead to her kicking the habit, if she’s willing to put in the effort. Don’t hold your breath.

Friend of Ray Charles Defends Steven Seagal, Shoots Down Sexual Harassment Accusations

First a former employee went on record this week with nice things to say about Steven Seagal. Now, the actor has someone else in his corner: Damien Ross, a former friend of Ray Charles, told TMZ that he set up the initial meeting between Ray’s granddaughter, Blair Robinson, and the actor. It took place in a Memphis hotel in 2004, so Seagal could interview her for a personal assistant position. Robinson has since accused Seagal of demanding sexual favors from her. Does Steven Seagal think he’s above the law? Or is the actor being wrongly accused? Ross says Robinson was never alone with Seagal and never even had a room in the same hotel as the troubled star, which contradicts what Blair wrote in a sworn statement last week. As for Seagal’s lawyer, Marty Singer, he also questions Robinson’s allegations and motives: “Ms. Robinson was never employed by Steven Seagal and never received any compensation from any entity even though she claimed to have worked more than six years ago for my client.”

Lil Wayne’s Jail Time Is An ‘Eye-Opener,’ Young Jeezy Says

‘It’s evident that nobody’s safe,’ Lloyd Banks says about rappers not being above the law. By Shaheem Reid Lil Wayne at court Monday Photo: Ray Tamarra/ Getty Images Now that Lil Wayne has been sentenced to one year in prison following several delays, the reality is setting in for his fans and friends. No one in the hip-hop community wants to see Weezy leave, and rappers also realize they need to run tighter ships in Wayne’s absence. Young Jeezy said he’ll not only miss Wayne’s work ethic and music, but also his friend’s rebellious attitude. “Wayne, like I like to call myself, is a trap-aholic,” Young Jeezy told MTV News last week in New York, hours before he brought Weezy onstage at Madison Square Garden as a surprise guest during Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 Tour. That performance — which also included Nicki Minaj and Drake — would be Wayne’s last before he went to jail. “He stays in the studio, he stays working,” the Snowman added. “We’ll definitely miss that. At the same time, we’ll definitely miss what he brings to the game as far as him just being Wayne and doing what the f— he wanna do. We definitely gonna miss that. But it’s just an eye-opener to all of us. Instead of targeting the hustlers and the people trying to make it in the streets, now that the streets is dried up, now [the police] are targeting the entertainers and the athletes, what have you. Real talk, not trying to preach to the choir, we gotta be careful out here. What I mean to my culture is more than me proving a point.” Diddy echoed Jeezy’s sentiment that police are keeping a very close eye on the hip-hop community. “I think we gonna miss a certain energy that Wayne has,” Diddy said. “The beauty about it is, he’ll be back, and hopefully he’ll come back a better person. Whenever we get in trouble, we’re in the public spotlight. So hopefully there’s a lot of kids out there who could learn from any mistakes that we may have put ourselves in, even if we’re not guilty of the crime sometimes. We are human. People have to learn: ‘Make sure you know where you’re going, who you riding with, what the situation is.’ We’re targets. I’m just happy he doesn’t have to do a lot of time and that he’ll be out, and hopefully he’ll use the time wisely and use it in a positive way.” “It’s evident that nobody’s safe. That’s reality,” Lloyd Banks added about rappers not being above the law, with Lil Wayne going to jail on the heels of T.I. and Gucci Mane. Banks himself has an assault case pending in Canada. “People make mistakes, have poor judgments sometimes, and things happen. Hopefully, all those artists can bounce back from it stronger and use that time [in jail] to be more creative. Come back home and get right back to where they was at. It’s something that’s always been around. We been talking about [rappers going to jail] since Tupac.” Related Videos Wayne Goes To Jail: Celebs React Related Photos Lil Wayne’s Battle With His Gun Possession Case Related Artists Young Jeezy Lil Wayne

Rebecca Gayheart Kills Babies Just Not Her Babies of the Day

I would have thought that Rebecca Gayheart had a taste for blood after murdering that kid with her car a few years ago, sure she got off both with the judicial system and in her pants but where I am from a murderer is a fucking murderer and they usually do it again. It’s not one of those one time things, she probably thinks she is above the law, and maybe aborting her fetus or smashing her stomach with a frying pan, doesn’t give her the satisfaction she needs, so she’s waiting this fuckin’ thing out until he’s 8 and she can see his helpless screams as she “accidentally” runs over him while talking on her cell phone for old times.
