Rumor Control: “X-Men” Director Denies Allegations He Drugged & Raped Underage California Boy

The “X-Men” director finally addresses the pedo accusations. X-Men Director Denies Sexually Abusing Underage Boy We wonder why it took him so long to make a statement? According to US Magazine: X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer responded to the sexual abuse allegations against him on Thursday, calling them “outrageous” and “vicious.” He also announced his decision to bow out of promotional appearances for his latest superhero sequel amid the scandal. “The allegations against me are outrageous, vicious, and completely false,” Singer, 48, said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on April 24. “I do not want these fictitious claims to divert ANY attention from X-Men: Days of Future Past. This fantastic film is a labor of love and one of the greatest experiences of my career.” The statement continued: “So, out of respect to all of the extraordinary contributions from the incredibly talented actors and crew involved, I’ve decided not to participate in the upcoming media events for the film. However, I promise when this situation is over, the facts will show this to be the sick twisted shakedown it is. I want to thank fans, friends, and family for all their amazing and overwhelming support.” Singer’s statement comes one week after his accuser, former child model Michael Egan III, filed a lawsuit alleging that the director had coerced him into having o**l and a**l sex when he was 17. The suit also claims that Egan was “lured into a sex ring” with promises of future jobs in the entertainment industry, though it does not accuse Singer of pressuring him into the ring. “It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at the time when Bryan’s new movie is about to open in a few weeks,” Singer’s attorney Marty Singer (no relation) said in a statement at the time. He noted, too, that he was “very confident that Bryan will be vindicated in this absurd and defamatory lawsuit.” Despite him denying it, accusations like this tend to stick to a person like white on rice. Do you believe him?

Robert Randolph: OWNED By John Travolta, Told to Pay Up in Libel Suit

John Travolta just scored a major victory in his legal battle with Robert Randolph, the author of a book alleging same-sex bath house philandering by the actor. Travolta was sued for libel by Randolph, author of You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again , after he claimed Travolta and his attorney conspired to discredit him. Robert Randolph said Travolta and Marty Singer spread lies about his mental health. The court threw out the case back in September, but now a judge has ordered the author to reimburse the Grease star for the entire legal bill – a whopping $139,645.17. Singer, understandably, was excited about the ruling, telling TMZ: “This legal fee award is another complete and total victory for Mr. Travolta. Anyone else who files a ridiculous lawsuit against him should expect a similar outcome.” Doug Gotterba , he’s talking about you, man. Singer has been a busy man this year, with Randolph and Gotterba alleging long-ago Travolta sexual trysts, and two male masseurs claiming he assaulted them. A cruise ship employee made similar claims. At the end of the day, Travolta has come out on top in every legal ruling so far; none of the many rumors that the actor is gay have actually been substantiated. In less salacious news, you should check out Travolta and Oliva Newton-John’s new video ! That thing came out of nowhere, but will be instantly loved by fans.

John Travolta Lawsuit Dropped By Second Masseur

Just two days after John Travolta’s first accuser filed papers to dismiss his sexual battery lawsuit against the actor, the second accuser has followed suit. The second accuser, also a male masseur, just fired his lawyer and will reportedly file new papers in an effort to dismiss the lawsuit in the near future. The second accuser had claimed Travolta assaulted him on January 28 at an Atlanta spa resort. Travolta allegedly grabbed the masseur’s penis, etc. It’s the last remaining lawsuit against Travolta, as both the third accuser (Fabian Zanzi) and the fourth accuser who came forward today have not filed. The first accuser, who had claimed a similar junk-grabbing incident occurred on January 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, dropped his lawsuit on Tuesday. Attorney Okorie Okorocha, who repped both accusers, claims he doesn’t know why his second client called it quits , but both have hired Gloria Allred . John Travolta is quick to deny reports that he paid off the men. His lawyer, Marty Singer, says, “Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims.” [Photo: WENN.com]

More John Travolta Accusers to Join Lawsuit, Lawyer Says

The lawyer for the two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault claims others have come forward with similar stories and will join the lawsuit. Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Travolta accuser (John Doe) #1 and #2, says he’s keeping their identities secret because they’re victims of sex crimes. He also says he fears backlash against the men from the powerful actor. Okorocha claims he tried settling the first sexual battery lawsuit involving John Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta’s lawyers they could go through a private judge and keep everything completely confidential, only to be rebuffed. Okorocha also says Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says the movie legend was not in L.A. January 16, as he vehemently insists. That’s date the first incident allegedly occurred, and Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. The second alleged victim came forward days with a similar account of Travolta paying for a massage, then propositioning him/groping his genitals. It’s unclear how many other men may join the salacious lawsuit, if any, but the first two John Does are seeking $2 million in damages … apiece. [Photo: WENN.com]

Kim Kardashian Demands Kuiet, Kash from Former PR Guru

Kim Kardashian is firing back at someone who has the nerve to claim her life is a hoax. Jonathan Jaxson, some random guy in the PR game – who, it should be noted, is releasing a book – has been making the media rounds this week and saying he has inside knowledge of Kardashian’s numerous publicity scams. For example: Jaxson alleges he once helped Kim orchestrate a jewelery store visit when she was dating Reggie Bush, alerting the paparazzi to this staged event and making it look like an engagement was imminent. He also says Kim’s wedding to Kris Humphries was nothing but a scam. But Kardashian has hired attorney Marty Singer to silence Jaxon because she says the pair only worked together once and he’s violating a confidentiality agreement by spouting off to the press. “Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense… This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame,” Singer tells TMZ. Jaxon, in response, says there was an agreement in place… but neither party actually signed in. Kim, meanwhile, is seeking $200,000 in damages. Because, clearly, the public questioning her sincerity has seriously damaged her reputation and her bank account. [Photo: WENN.com]

Scarlett Johansson Nude Photo Leak Sparks Legal War

Scarlett Johansson’s lawyer is on the offensive following the nude photo hack job that sent images of the actress sprawling across the Internet yesterday. Marty Singer is warning celebrity gossip websites in no uncertain terms that Scarlett owns the copyright to the images and to take them down. Or else. Various sites, most notably and not surprisingly TheDirty (dot) com, have been ordered to remove the “stolen copyright protected private photographs.” The actress’ camp contacted the FBI over the hacking and officials are investigating. It’s unclear who was behind it and what consequences they may face. Singer claims , “The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless.” Just to make sure he’s perfectly clear, Singer concludes: “If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.” TheDirty says it will take down the Scarlett Johansson photos , which you will not find here at THG. However, enjoy the classic Vanity Fair cover above! Keira Knightley’s on it, too. Could be worse, right?

Courteney Cox on David Arquette Crotch: Boner Central!

Courteney Cox has handled her separation from David Arquette with impressive maturity, supporting the actor through tough times and admissions of sex with other women . Which is why we were a bit surprised to hear Cox join Arquette for a raunchy, in-depth interview with Howard Stern Thursday afternoon. She was asked about her ex-husband’s sexual appetite and said it actually contributed to their split. “Whenever I would need consoling from David, he could not literally put his arm around me for one second without completely getting a boner,” Cox said. Arquette defended himself by saying on air: “I’m always ready for [Courteney]. I know I’m more in touch with what she needs now…She takes one sort of thing and she clumps it [and says] that’s what happens all the time in our relationship. It’s not really true.” Is there for a future for this couple? It does sound that way, as Cox insists she hasn’t slept with anyone since they took a break and added: “The truth of the matter is that we love each other so much. We have such affection for each other but we are very different.”

Charlie Sheen vs. Warner Brothers: Round 97!

During his tour stops around the country, Charlie Sheen has made it clear: he wants to return to Two and a Half Men , even telling a crowd in NYC that he’d be willing to write an apology to Chuck Lorre. There’s just one problem: Warner Brothers does not want the actor back, and it’s sick of him implying there’s any possibility of the company reuniting with the star. Will viewers ever see Charlie Harper again? Warner Brothers has actually sent a letter to Sheen’s lawyer that says Charlie’s “statements” about negotiating for a return “are false.” It adds: “As you know, there have been no discussions, there are no discussions and there will be no discussions, regarding his returning to or having any involvement with the series.” Naturally, Sheen’s attorney, Marty Singer, sees things differently. He tells TMZ “there WERE discussions” with Warner Brothers,” slamming the aforementioned letter as “absolutely false.” “There have been discussions as late as Tuesday, and all parties have been involved – Warner Bros., CBS, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen,” says Singer. Sigh . What an annoying mess. You tell us, readers: Do you want Sheen to star again on Two and a Half Men?

Charlie Sheen Machete Video

http://www.youtube.com/v/P-k_0JMviAc?f=user_uploads&app=youtube_gdata

Charlie Sheen brandished a machete from the top of the Live Nation office building in Beverly Hills, Calif. to let the world know how he feels about being fired from “Two and a Half Men.” He also drank from a bottle labeled “tiger blood” while a crowd cheered him on. When asked how he felt about losing his job, Sheen paraphrased Martin Luther King Jr., saying, “Free at last, free at last!” Back on the ground, Sheen told “Access Hollywood” that Warner Bros. never called him to say he was fired. “I got a text or something,” he said. “Here’s another thing – these guys are such yellow cockroaches that they didn’t even have the decency to call me.” Sheen previously told TMZ – in the most colorful terms possible – that he was suing Warner Bros.: “They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions…” Sheen’s lawyer Marty Singer confirmed the suit to RadarOnline.com. He called the position of Warner Bros. “ridiculous” and said that “We will proceed with our claims against Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. Nothing has changed in terms of that.”
