Kelly ‘s alleged accusers are concerned that the criminal investigation in Georgia into the explosive allegations put forth by the Lifetime docu-series Surviving R. Kelly will inspire the singer to flee the country. The family hopes that a charge will be levied against Kelly to keep him from leaving the United States with some of his alleged “sex cult” victims. The Blast reports : Sources connected to the alleged victims of R. Kelly tell The Blast there is a rumor circulating that the singer is preparing to leave the United States, and we are told Africa has been mentioned as one of the places he may seek solace. We’re told families of the women in his alleged sex cult are worried if the girls travel out of the country with Kelly they may lose all hope of reconnecting. Our sources are hoping officials stop the singer ASAP, including charging him with a crime to possibly freeze his passport and keep him in the United States. The Blast broke the story, the Fulton County District Attorney began investigating Kelly after the multitude of allegations made in the Lifetime docu-series, “Surviving R. Kelly.” We’re told the Chief Investigator has been in contact with the family of Joycelyn Savage, who has not spoken with her family in years. We’re told investigators have also made contact with R. Kelly docuseries —actually after episode 1—many were asking, “How is he not in jail?” Those hoping the R&B crooner and alleged sexual abuser get his proper comeuppance have gotten new hope since he is now officially under criminal investigation in Georgia. According to TMZ , the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has opened an investigation into the allegations that were made against the singer in the documentary. Via first-hand accounts, multiple women detailed being held by Kelly in horrifying conditions in his Georgia home. Investigators have reportedly reached out to several of the survivors, including Asante McGee, a woman who per her account had enough and managed to leave Kelly’s clutches. In the documentary, McGee returns to the now vacant home and the experience is traumatic, to say the least. Joycelyn Savage’s family has also been contacted. Journalist Briana Whitney shared the exclusive story via Twitter . After being in a vegetative state for over 14 years, a patient shockingly gave birth on Saturday. An employee says the woman was moaning and that alarmed nurses. She then gave birth to a baby girl. The staff was reportedly not aware that she was pregnant until that moment she gave birth. The baby is alive and healthy. After hearing the allegations, Arizona Adult Protective Service performed health and safety checks on all residents in the facility. Protocols have changed to female residents being paired with female nurses early. The investigation into the unnamed woman’s rape is still being investigated. Press play to hear the full report. Source: Bravo / Getty T-Pain’s Ex-Manager Accuses The Singer Of Excessive Spending Even though he’s made millions of dollars throughout his successful career, T-Pain is now being accused of losing his hefty fortune due to excessive spending, according to his former manager. The spending reportedly got so bad that the artist was unable to pay his management team, which is said to be the reason he has now had a federal lawsuit filed against him. According to reports from The Blast , Chase Entertainment, the group suing the rapper stated: “In a futile effort to come up with a negotiating strategy to help T-Pain leverage his way out of his irrefutable legal obligation to pay Chase post-termination management commissions, believed to be in excess of $1 Million, T-Pain finds himself reduced to fabricating absurd and baseless claims against his former manager. Despite repeated demands by Chase, T- Pain has refused to account to or pay Chase for their rightful share of commissions.” This statement comes after T-Pain originally filed a lawsuit against them, claiming that he is the one who was owed money by the management company–$1 million to be exact. On the contrary, Pain has stated that he paid all of the commissions he owed over the years and did so on time, too. In the artist’s lawsuit to Chase Entertainment, the rapper stated that they failed to pay for the expenses they were supposed to and that they did not provide any accounting work for his finances. Now, Chase Entertainment is the one seeking $1 million in damages from the rapper. They have also denied all the allegations T-Pain has thrown at them in his lawsuit prior.

Earlier today, we reported on the news that Selena Gomez has checked into rehab following what’s been described as an emotional breakdown. One insider state that Gomez is seeking treatment in a facility “on the east coast” in order to cope with her anxiety “over her repeated physical health issues.” Those issues include lupus and other ailments, which culminated in Gomez undergoing a kidney transplant last year. Now, Radar Online is reporting that the singer’s loved ones are attributing her latest struggles to her “refusal to live a sober life.” The site reports that Selena’s mother, Mandy Teefey, has openly stated her desire to stage an intervention after revealing that she believes Gomez’s drinking is endangering her life. “Doctors have all told her she needs to stop,” one source claims . “Her family says she needs to stay sober, or she could die.” Gomez has not opened up about the allegations of hard partying, and it’ll likely be quite some time before she speaks on her decision to seek further treatment. She has, however, admitted that she continues to enjoy the occasional drink despite past health issues. “As far as my personal life, someone sees me having a glass of wine? I could give two sh-ts,” the singer said in a recent interview with Elle . “I’m not trying to hide. That’s my life.” Though Gomez has been described as “stubborn” with regard to her life choices, sources say she was deeply disturbed by friend Demi Lovato’s recent overdose . Beaumont Costales filed the suit on behalf of a female customer Lenora Rice, and claims testing revealed the alleged synthetic ingredients. “LaCroix in fact contains ingredients that have been identified by the Food and Drug Administration as synthetic…These chemicals include limonene, which can cause kidney toxicity and tumors; linalool propionate, which is used to treat cancer; and linalool, which is used in cockroach insecticide. “The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers “natural” on a food label to be truthful and non-misleading when ‘nothing artificial or synthetic (including all color additives regardless of source) has been included in, or has been added,’” National Beverage Corp. said in a statement earlier this week while denying the allegations and claims all ingredients in LaCroix sparkling waters are all 100 percent natural.

She was 37 years old at the time. Bennett has known Argento since the two worked on a 2004 film together. According to documents obtained by The New York Times, he claims that she plied him with alcohol and forced herself on him inside a hotel room about five years ago. He made this allegations several months ago because Argento was in the news for making her own rape allegations against Harvey Weinstein . In response to the accusation, Argento paid Bennett a sum of $380,000. However, she has said she was prompted to do so by then-boyfriend Anthony Bourdain in order to 1. Help Bennett financially and 2. Make the issue go away. Argento has strongly denied having any sexual contact with Bennett, as you can see in her statement below: HOWEVER, a photo has since surfaced that appears to show Argento and Bennett in bed. Moreover, there also appears to be a text message chain (down below) in which Argento admits to a friend that she slept with Bennett, while saying the actor initiated this interaction and has basically been obsessed with her ever since.
