Selena Gomez is suffering from emotional issues and anxiety attacks, and has been self-medicating with a dangerous combination of substances. According to a tabloid new report, anyway … Gomez was open about her emotional issues and anxiety struggles, which she claims were a reason – or the reason – behind her last trip to rehab. With the star jet-setting around the globe doing interviews and appearances, and now her world tour announcement , there’s no rest for the weary. All of the exposure she’s been getting – and no, we don’t mean the Selena Gomez nude kind of exposure – has come at a heavy price, insiders say. The stress, chaos and fatigue have triggered severe anxiety attacks, and she’s been self-medicating with things that are far from “Good For You.” [Virtual high-five to us on that one, right?!] “Selena’s panic attacks are crippling on some days,” says a source close to the struggling 23-year-old. “It’s worse than ever before.” “They start with heart palpitations and they escalate to where her whole body goes rigid. She usually just crawls into a ball and hyperventilates.” Wow. And not over Bieber this time, either. Sometimes it feels like she’s alright, the insider adds. On the flip side, other times, the all-consuming panic attacks feel inevitable, “it will happen every day for more than two weeks straight.” Yikes. And the problems don’t end there. Selena has reportedly been prescribed Klonopin and Ativin for her anxiety attacks, on top of the drugs she takes for her Lupus. Combined with alcohol, that can be a deadly mixture, and her family and friends reportedly fear she is headed down a dark road. Says one concerned source close to her: “She is careening towards rock bottom again. We are talking about having an intervention because Selena needs a reality check, and help fast.” The only cure? Start having sex with Justin Bieber again. That should clear her mind in the short term … or possibly make things 100 times worse. Either way, it’s worth a shot.
Tori Spelling unloads on former friend Katie Holmes in her new memoir Spelling It Like It Is . It’s not really clear why she chose to detail all this, but she has. “Dawson’s Creek Katie was exactly what you’d expect,” Spelling wrote of meeting Holmes. “She was wearing jeans and a tank top. Her hair was down.” “She was shy but engaging, and altogether pretty adorable.” But a few years later, the Beverly Hills 90210 actress said she got the cold shoulder when they ran into each other at vocal coach Eric Vetro’s studio. “As I sat waiting outside, I heard his prior appointment working with him in the other room. It was some actress singing horribly off-key,” Spelling explained. “That made me feel better. I heard him say goodbye and then the actress walked out of the room,” she recalls, and it was none other than Katie Holmes.” “I didn’t know whether we should hug or shake hands … but the signal from her was immediately clear: Don’t even come close,” Spelling continued. “I instantly got nervous. We clearly weren’t going to catch up on the last 10 years. We certainly weren’t going to talk about her husband, Tom Cruise.” Spelling tried to use “the mommy card,” mentioning that she had kids around Suri Cruise’s age. Katie didn’t seem to know this. Spelling was annoyed. “Come on. OK, I know you’re busy. But don’t tell me you don’t follow the tabloids. Don’t tell me you don’t know anything about other celebrities’ kids,” Tori wrote. “And then we stood there. She was just plastic. In a perfectly polite way. My pits were drenched. I never sweat … it was that awkward .” “I thought, I know you’re not a robot because you can’t sing for s–t.” Soon, though, the anxiety gave way to feeling pity for her peer. “As my anxiety faded, I just felt sorry for her,” Spelling said. “I hadn’t expected her to reminisce, but this was a totally different person from the girl I’d met at Trader Vic’s.” “I felt sad for her. Those paparazzi photos, the ones where she looks like she’s miserable but putting on a happy face? That’s what she looked like in person.” Shortly afterward, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorced . Spelling doesn’t just let loose on others. She opens up about her own family troubles, while confirming that the Tori Spelling broke rumors are basically true. Heck, Dean McDermott can’t even afford a vasectomy … Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Broke!

It’s days like today that I envy being a baby….Not the kind of baby in the Octomom Infantilism Fetish Pictures , but the kind of baby you gets to sleep all day, have everyone go crazy over him, and who gets to cry when he wants tit his mouth and his new mother in all her new mother anxiety shoves her tit down my throat, provided that new mother is someone like Miranda Kerr or any half decen bikini model, cuz knowing my luck, I’d be born to the pregnant man who Oprah made famous. I am a huge fan of breast feeding, especially in public, it fascinates me and sucks me into a better place, so these Miranda Kerr Breast feeding pics inspire, while the Octomom Fetish Pics are just comical….and I’d only take them serious if I saw the damage 14 kids does to a twat….cuz that is a fetish of mine….freakshow pussy….this infantilism shit is just stupid…. Now back to Miranda Kerr….

By SARAH WATSON Staff Writer pressofAtlanticCity.com Diane Riportella did not take pain medication Friday, hoping she could make it through the day. By evening, however, the pain from not being able to move was unbearable, the anxiety and fear inconsolable. Rather than have her husband Paul give her a few drops of cherry-flavored liquid morphine, the Egg Harbor Township resident instead asked that he light her pipe with medical grade marijuana. Almost instantly, she said, the pain dissipated, her anxiety gone and she felt the will to live come back. Today, if everything occurs as expected, Diane Riportella will hear that the state Senate passed a resolution that could be the last hurdle in legalizing medical marijuana in New Jersey. Unfortunately, Diane, who is in the final stages of Lou Gehrig’s Disease, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also called ALS, won’t be in Trenton to watch the vote in person. http://www.jackherer.com/archives/senate-expected-to-pass-medical-marijuana-reso… added by: JackHerer
