Kim Kardashian: Is She to Blame for the Feud Between Kanye West and Jay Z?!

Say what you will about Kanye West, but there’s no denying that he’s had a rough time lately. Between his mental breakdown, the possible addition of one (or two) new babies to his family, and his very public falling out with Jay Z … The guy’s got a lot on his shoulders, that’s for sure. But for now, let’s focus on that mess with Jay Z. Kanye and Jay have been close for years and years, both personally and professionally. Unfortunately, something happened between them in the past few years, and they grew distant — so distant that, according to Kanye, Jay never even checked in on his family after Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint. He revealed all of this information in one of his infamous rants last October. As he explained it, he had an issue with Jay Z because he stopped their collaboration with Drake out of respect for Meek Mill — Drake and Meek don’t exactly get along. To Kanye, Jay’s move was simply some “Tidal/Apple bullsh-t,” and “that sh-t got me tight, yo!” “I can’t take this sh-t, bro,” he screamed at one point. And it was obviously true. A month later, Kanye even dared to go after Beyonce , explaining in another public rant that he was hurt that she was “playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win.” “Jay Z, I know you got killers, please don’t send them at my head,” he added, apparently aware that slamming Beyonce was a bad idea As we know, Jay Z didn’t send killers after Kanye — instead, he waited several months before addressing the matter in one brutal verse on his new album . “I know people backstab you, I feel bad too,” he rapped in one song. “But this ‘f-ck everybody’ attitude ain’t natural.” “But you ain’t the same, this ain’t KumbaYe, but you got hurt because you did cool by ‘Ye.” He rapped about giving Kanye “20 million without blinkin’,” and in turn Kanye gave him “20 minutes on stage, f-ck was he thinkin’?” “If everybody’s crazy,” Jay concluded, “you’re the one that’s insane.” It’s all pretty sad, right? Especially since the two men were once so close. And now, thanks to a new report from Page Six, it seems like we might finally know exactly what caused their issues. Her name is Kim. According to a source, Kanye’s original rant about Jay Z “was really about Kim and Beyonce not being BFFs .” “Kanye is frustrated that his wife does not have a better relationship with Beyonce. He wanted to put that pressure on Jay.” “It’s like, ‘We’re cool and we do business together, and now our wives should be friends?'” the source explained. Sure, it would be nice if Kim and Beyonce could get as close as their husbands once were, but “It’s not organic. It’s not real.” Because “Beyonce is a Southern, God-fearing woman, despite what you may see when she’s entertaining. She may not have much in common with Kim.” So the whole feud began because Beyonce doesn’t want to be friends with Kim? Sounds legit. View Slideshow: Kim Kardashian: 20 Weird Facts About the Sex Tape Star Thankfully, the source added that Jay and ‘Ye have a “familial” relationship, and he would be “very surprised if they didn’t work together or have some kind of relationship in the future.” After all this, we could still get a happy ending? Dare to dream.

Game of Thrones Season 7: First Episode Titles Released!

Well, we might be a bit behind schedule due to the difficulty of finding suitably wintry filming locations on our increasingly balmy globe, but it’s finally time for our annual round of Let’s Speculate About Plot Points Based on Vague Game of Thrones Episode Titles ! In the past, the game was a bit easier, due to the fact that you could pick up one of the George R.R. Martin books that the series is based on figure out where things are headed. If you had no interest in reading the books, you could just find a dude who owns a decorative sword or an iguana named Drogon and ask him what happens next. These days, however, we’re well beyond the point where Martin’s last book left off, and it’s anyone’s guess as to where the Battle for the Iron Throne will lead from here. Earlier today, HBO dropped three big clues in our lap, and they’re a lot like Danerys’ dragon eggs from Season 1:  Loaded with potential, but frustratingly mysterious. Fortunately, we’re here to help you puzzle them out. Here are the episodes and what we can glean based on their somewhat vague titles: Dragonstone (Sunday, July 16, 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT): As fans of the books (and those who paid very close attention to the dialogue from the show) might already know, Dragonstone is the name of the Targaryen’s homeland in Westeros. Considering that’s where Dany and her fleet of ships were setting sail for in the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale , you can expect that that’s where much of the episode will take place. You can also expect that the newly-crowned Queen Cersei won’t be happy to hear that yet another claimant to the Iron Throne has arrived in the West. According to the official description from HBO: “Jon (Kit Harington) organizes the defense of the North. Cersei (Lena Headey) tries to even the odds. Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) comes home.” Yeah, not a whole lot of help there. Stormborn (Sunday, July 23, 9:00-10:00 p.m.): Yes, it sounds like we’re in for two Khaleesi-heavy episodes in a row! Any who dare complain will be promptly roasted (on Twitter, not by dragons). Stormborn, of course, is one of Daenerys’ many names along with Mother of Dragons, Breaker of Chains, Inspirer of Impure Thoughts in Virginal Fan Boys. The episdode’s description reads: “Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) receives an unexpected visitor. Jon (Kit Harington) faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros.” We know from a previously released photo that this is also the episode in which Jon Snow leaves Winterfell, so don’t be surprised if these two fan favorites finally join forces. And Tyrion will be there, too! The Queen’s Justice (Sunday, July 30 9:00-10:00 p.m.): And this being Game of Thrones , we shouldn’t be surprised that it sounds as though that happy moment will be followed by misery for all. “Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) holds court. Cersei (Lena Headey) returns a gift. Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) learns from his mistakes.” “The King’s Justice” is a phrase used to refer to the royal executioner in King’s Landing. Since Cersei is sitting atop the Iron Throne these days, we’re guessing heads will roll in this episode. The description from HBO reads: “Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) holds court. Cersei (Lena Headey) returns a gift. Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) learns from his mistakes.” View Slideshow: Game of Thrones Season 7 Photos Are Here! So there you have it, couple that with what we already know about Season 7, and you start to get an idea of the show’s penultimate season. Not surprisingly, it’s dark, but it sounds like it’ll be peppered with some fan-pleasing moments, as well. As always you can watch Game of Thrones online to get caught up in time for the big premiere. But hurry – winter in July is coming,

Lawsuits: Rihanna Sues Topshop For $5 Milli Over T-Shirts, “They Told Her Go To Hell, We Don’t Care, We’re Going To Continue Selling You”

Rih Rih is not for play play. Via Page Six reports : Rihanna is suing British retail giant Topshop — chaired by billionaire Sir Philip Green — for $5 million for selling T-shirts bearing her image without her consent. A source exclusively tells us the superstar’s team had tried to negotiate with Topshop owners Arcadia Group for eight months over the rights to her image, “but they offered her $5,000 and said they don’t care.” Rihanna, 25, has hired international law firm Reed Smith to file the suit in London. The source said, “Rihanna’s management asked Topshop a number of times to stop selling her image and were told, ‘We do what we want.’ They buy the pictures from a photographer, but they do not pay the artist licensing fees. Unfortunately, UK law does not protect the artist. “What is most offensive for Rihanna is that they basically told her, ‘Go to hell. We don’t care; we are going to continue selling you.’ Topshop is now in the United States. They set up in Manhattan and Nordstrom, but they know better than to do this in the US because they would get in trouble,” our source continued. “Even though the UK laws don’t protect the artist, she has decided to move forward and sue Topshop. She has spent almost $1 million in litigation at this point. She says it’s the principle, and wants to make a statement about it. They are taking advantage of artists. It is just exploitation. What they are doing is wrong.” We’re told the case is now in discovery. Rihanna has handed over details of her fashion deals with Armani and River Island, a competitor to Topshop in the UK. A Topshop source told us: “This issue is related to a T-shirt provided to Topshop by a third-party supplier. We are aware it is the subject of litigation. [There are] public documents” available for inspection in the London court. The source added, “The amount of damages sought has not been articulated anywhere in the claimant’s document.” A rep for Topshop declined to comment last night. Rihanna’s rep didn’t get back to us. Cot damn you know she is pissssssssed! Nobody tells Rihanna to go to hell… except Breezy… and Karrueche. SMH. Poor thang! Tumblr
