Despite photos of Lamar Odom packing it up and doing what looks like moving out amid rumors he may have cheated on wife Khloe Kardashian-Odom with over 50 women , friends of the baller say he’s shocked by the claims he’s stepped out and remains faithfully devoted to his wife. Via Hollywood Life reports : Lamar Odom is so in love with his wife Khoe Kardashian that he can’t even bear to talk about the horrible rumors that he’s stepping out on her. And while he thinks the best way to approach the claims is to say nothing and wait for them to go away, he says he would happily tell the world he’s a one-woman man if Khloe asked him to. We know Lamar loves Khloe unconditionally and he would never do anything to hurt her, so it’s no wonder he is shocked by all of these claims that he’s cheating on her, a source close to the one-time Sixth Man of the Year tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It makes him upset to even talk about Khloe and his marriage in this way because it’s so outrageous,” the source reveals. “He’s in love. He can’t live without Khloe. What is this — isht on Khloe and Lamar month?” Lamar considers his marriage to Khloe their business, and his first instinct is to stay silent and wait for the rumors to dispel. He’s not about to talk to the public about something that isn’t even true. “Lamar ain’t happy about the rumors either but his motto is if you say nothing it will all go away,” the source says. “For him to go out there and talk about his marriage would only be appease the public. For what? When they took their vows it was between them and then only, not not the public, not the media, just them.” That said, if Khloe asked Lamar to put a stop to the rumors once and for all, he would definitely do that for her. “He’ll do whatever Khloe asks of him — he loves her and wants her happy no matter what,” our source reveals. “If that’s something she wants so everyone would stop sh*tting on them, them he would do it.” Either way, Lamar and Khloe are still going strong — nothing can bring them down! “He can’t control what the media says about him but he can control his feelings for Khloe and they are 100 percent in love and together,” the source says. Takes animal lover to a whole new level. Woman Hides Pet Rats In Underwear According to The NY Post They smelled a rat. A Long Island flight attendant was accused of hiding pet rats in her pantyhose and panties in order to sneak them onto planes, according to a lawsuit. But veteran American Airlines stewardess Louann Giambattista, 55, says allegations made by three colleagues were “absurd” and “patently false” — and they have turned her life upside-down. The purported “Willard” witnesses included a pilot who helped her out of a van at the airport during a layover on Feb. 26, 2012. The aviator claimed “he saw a bulge in [her] pocket” and saw “what he thought was a live pet,” according to papers filed in Brooklyn federal court. Later, during the flight from St. Martin to Miami, a fellow flight attendant “believed [Giambattista] fed her pet rats,” court papers said. Giambattista, an admitted animal lover, said the co-worker assumed she was feeding her furry friends because she saw her “eating a dinner roll out of a cup.” But Giambattista claims the roll was for her — and that she hid it in a cup to avoid looking unprofessional in front of passengers. When the co-workers ratted on Giambattista upon landing in Florida, a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent questioned her and searched her belongings for an hour, she alleges. A lawyer for the Long Beach woman called the claims of flying rodents preposterous. “Everybody has pets — she has her pets at home, not at work,” attorney Stephen Morelli said. “She’s not a nut. They’re making her out to be a nut.” In response to the reported rats on a plane, the airline put a flag on her passport, according to the lawsuit Giambattista filed last week. Though no critters were ever found, Giambattista said she remained blacklisted for more than a year, with federal agents subjecting her to stops and searches every time she passed through customs, “making it nearly impossible for [her] to report to work.” ICE agents bullied her and threatened her with a strip search, she charges in court papers. She claims she was put “on display” during one interrogation in an employee break room, as other airline employees filtered in and out “purely to observe.” The situation left her with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, including “debilitating anxiety,” Giambattista claims. But American Airlines refused to transfer her to domestic flights so she could avoid customs, the 33-year industry veteran maintains. “There was no reason for it,” Giambattista said of why she was targeted. “People say, ‘There must have been a reason,’ but there is none.” Giambattista is seeking unspecified damages. American Airlines said it would respond to the claims in court. A dog owner, Giambattista also has gerbils and hamsters. “She’s got a lot of different pets,” lawyer Morelli said. “She had the rat — it died.” Post-traumatic stress…really? That’s almost as crazy as carrying a rat in your underwear.

A Connecticut attorney blames the state for the brutal massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and is looking to sue for $100 million on behalf of one of the survivors. According to the Hartford Courant, Irving Pinsky filed legal documents with the Claims Commissioner, asking permission to sue the state on behalf of a 6-year-old student. The Newtown, Conn., resident (only ID’d as “Jill Doe”) was in another classroom at the time Adam Lanza open fire and suffered emotional and psychological trauma. Pinsky believes that the December 14 shooting was foreseeable, claiming a “fellow like Adam Lanza would have been known as a potential problem to the police.” As a result, he wants permission to sue Connecticut for nine figures. The state is immune from most lawsuits, which is why Pinsky must ask for permission to even file the suit; he could be allowed to and later lose the case itself. Or he could be rejected outright. No decision has been made regarding whether or not the suit will go through, but it’ll be interesting to see what happens.
