Ariana Grande Pays Tribute To the Late Mac Miller

Read the original:

Source: Kevin Mazur/One Love Manchester / Getty If you fixed your face to say or type anything other than “my condolences” to Ariana Grande , you suck at life. The renowned singer and Mac Miller’s ex-girlfriend paid tribute to the late rapper by posting a photo.  Grande published a black & white pic of Mac on Instagram. There was no caption, but it wasn’t necessary in order to get the sentiment. Unfortunately, fans aren’t able to chime in (at the time of this post it has been liked 8.7M times) since she had to disable the comments due to trolls blaming her for the rapper’s death reportedly by overdose . Like we already said, if you said anything of the sort, you suck at life. Ariana Grande and Mac Miller were a couple for about two years and although their split earlier this year wasn’t on the best of terms, she’s clearly hurting at the passing of a loved one. Fortunately, way more people came to Grande’s defence rather than condone petulant trolls. Rest In Power Mac Miller . — Photo: Getty

Via TMZ: Ex-NBA player Rasual Butler and his wife — a singer who appeared on “American Idol” — were both killed in a single car crash in Studio City, CA early Wednesday morning, TMZ Sports has learned. 38-year-old Butler — who was drafted by the Miami Heat in 2002 — lost control of his Range Rover around 2 AM, struck a parking meter and slammed into a wall. Crystal Hefner Breaks Silence, Addresses Husband’s Death

In the wake of Hugh Hefner’s death, nearly everyone that was close to the Playboy founder issued some kind of sorrowful statement. Nearly everyone except the woman married to him, that is. But Crystal Hefner has now broken her silence, two days after her famous husband was laid to rest in an intimate funeral attended by close friends and loved ones. “I haven’t been able to bring myself to write most people back to thank them for their condolences,” Crystal told E! News in a statement, adding simply and sadly: “I am heartbroken. I am still in disbelief.” Hefner passed away at the age of 91 last Wednesday. There had been rumors for several months that the publishing legend was ill, as he had not made any public appearances or posed for any pictures in quite awhile. Hefner was buried over the weekend alongside Marilyn Monroe, an honor for which he paid $75,000 back in 1992. “He is in the place he was always certain he wanted to spend eternity,” says Crystal. Only 31 years old, Crystal has always been aware that critics believed she married Hefner purely for his money and lifestyle. But she didn’t even bother to address those allegations in her chat with E! News. She stopped trying to convince those haters a long time ago. “He was an American hero. A pioneer. A kind and humble soul who opened up his life and home to the world,” she says, continuing as follows: “I felt how much he loved me. I loved him so much. I am so grateful. He gave me life. “He gave me direction. He taught me kindness. I will feel eternally grateful to have been by his side, holding his hand, and telling him how much I love him.” Concludes the widow: “He changed my life, he saved my life. He made me feel loved every single day. He was a beacon to the world, a force unlike anything else. “There never has and never will be another Hugh M. Hefner.” On that , everyone can likely agree. Those who attended Hefner’s funeral included Natalie Wood, Florence Henderson, Truman Capote, Eve Arden, Don Knotts, Walter Matthau, Carroll O’Connor and Roy Oribison. The publisher’s four kids were there, too, of course. “I join the world in mourning,” Crystal tells E! News. “I thank you for all of your condolences. To the people leaving sentiments at the front gate, we see you and grieve with you.” Hef’s last will and testament have yet not been made public. However, according to reports, his fortune, worth between $43 million and $110 million, is expected to go to his family and charities. There’s been talk t hat he left nothing for his wife . Jenelle Evans Opens Up About Painful Childhood in New Memoir

Jenelle Evans has long been the preferred punching bag of angry Teen Mom 2 fans. To a large segment of the show’s audience, Jenelle embodies the recklessness, negligence, and sense of entitlement that’s put the show at the center of so many critical thinkpieces over the years. But while Evans claims that her abhorrent behavior is created in the cutting room by crafty Teen Mom 2 editors  are clearly BS, obsessive Jenelle haters might do well to listen to her side of things before continuing to devote their lives to seething over the behavior of someone they’ve never met. Evans has opened up about her difficult childhood and her absentee father  before, but now, sources say she’s ready to delve into greater detail in a forthcoming memoir. Those closest to Jenelle say her troubled past helps to shed light on her current demons, and they believe fans will see the mother of three in a different light following the July 25 release of her memoir,  Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mother . While Jenelle is far from the first Teen Mom to add “author” to her resume (Kailyn Lowry and Farrah Abraham have each been credited with penning multiple books.), her literary is different in that it   “The book shares raw emotional stories of Jenelle’s youth that have helped shape the woman she has become, all drawn from her childhood diary,” a source close to Evans tells Radar Online “My book will put into perspective how I was brought up and raised,” Evans recently tweeted. “Gives everyone my point of view. Everyone will understand me now!” Insiders say much of the book deals with Jenelle’s father, Robert Evans, and his alleged abandonment of his children when Jenelle was just four years old. Roberts admits to having little to no contact with his kids over the years, but he maintains that he was forced to leave due to abuse from Evans’ mother, Barbara Evans. “They don’t call me,” Robert recently told Radar. “They don’t get in touch with me. And I have no idea how to get in touch with them.” Watch Teen Mom 2 online to relive all of Jenelle’s ups and downs over the years. Ivanka Trump: Sued Due to Kellyanne Conway Endorsement!

Remember when Kellyanne Conway abused her power and position by going on Fox News and telling Americans to buy Ivanka Trump’s products ? If your head exploded at the sight of a government official going full-QVC during a policy interview, you have our condolences. Unfortunately, the rest of us are left to ponder the implications of such an abomination of democracy, and now some modern day John Adamses are taking the matter to court: Modern Appealing Clothing (okay, so like, John Adams if he worked for that fashion company from Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead) is suing Ivanka over what it calls an “unfair advantage” in the marketplace. The San Francisco-based retailer says Ivanka’s sales have been boosted by 700% due to her father’s influence as P–sy-Grabber-in-Chief. (No word on how the company came by those figures.) Conway’s endorsement came on the heels of Nordstrom’s decision to remove Ivanka’s clothing line from its stores. The Trump administration (by which we mean Donald’s tweets) has argued that Ivanka’s business interests have actually suffered as a result of her father’s presidency. However, MAC and the rest of the world is all like, “Nah, bruh.” While Trump has proven to be an expert at losing money (USFL, we hardly knew ye.), no family has ever been made poorer by the presidency. Jimmy Carter sold his peanut farm in 1976, but in the decades since, he’s become America’s favorite kindly grandfather, and ironically, he probably has a place reserved in heaven that’s decked out with more gold than Trump Tower. Okay, almost as much gold. Trump’s getting the best of both worlds, as he’s become the most powerful man in the world without making good on his promise to divest from his business interests. Can you imagine being a foreign leader traveling to D.C. and not staying at the Trump Hotel? You can just forget about a handshake after pulling that stunt, hombre. The reality is, we’ll probably never know how much the Trump family has enriched itself at the expense of the American people. If only there were some sort of document that revealed how much individuals and corporations earned in a year, as well as how much they paid in taxes. Sigh. Maybe someday … View Slideshow: Ivanka Trump: 15 Photos of Donald’s Gorgeous Daughter!

Farrah Abraham Blames MTV For Valerie Fairman’s Death

As you’ve likely heard by now, former 16 and Pregnant star Valerie Fairman passed away yesterday at the age of 23. Fairman’s cause of death has been revealed by those close to her as an overdose, though no autopsy has been conducted as of yet. In the hours after news of her death went public, Fairman’s former MTV colleagues took to social media to express their condolences. Not surprisingly, the strangest tribute belonged to Farrah Abraham, who lamented Fairman’s death in rambling, nonsensical fashion on Instagram: “I feel so heartfelt with sadness of the struggles Valerie was going through I deeply am saddened by this tragedy and I wish that others around Valerie could have helped her and I pray nothing but protection, love and peace to her daughter through this very confusing holiday time,” Farrah wrote. “Only 23 we lost a very beautiful young mom with the world ahead of her. Surround yourself with other who will truly care and be a great influence be careful.” We’re used to baffling word salads from Ms. Abraham, but unfortunately, in this case, she seems to have been encouraged by the response to her message, as she’s still offering her two cents on Fairman’s passing. And like everything else about Farrah, her insights are only getting more ridiculous with time. Asked by TMZ today if she feels that Valerie’s reality TV stardom exacerbated her substance abuse issues, Farrah bit the hand that feeds her in a big way, pointing the finger sqaurely at her MTV bosses: “I think that played a part,” Farrah told  the website. “From jail to drug addiction to whatever else that was said, I really wish she was supported in a better way.” It’s worth noting that Farrah and Valerie were not friends, and she her speculation about what may have triggered Fairman’s overdose is completely baseless, but if you thought that would stop her from running her mout, you don’t know Farrah: “I honestly feel like it’s not a positive thing,” said of the reality TV franchise that made her famous. “I don’t think it helps the economy further. It really adds a lot of more unplanned pregnancies and a lot of failed relationships, and that’s not really what we’re trying to show. And it’s not really done in a positive, effective way that I think we all started out doing. “And that’s just the honest to God’s truth. And it’s really hurtful to me to see what I am seeing.” View Slideshow: Farrah Abraham: A Ridiculous, Sometimes X-Rated Life in GIFs The teen pregnancy rate has actually been falling for decades, and in recent years, it’s plummeted more sharply than even the optimistic analysts expected, but Farrah is a Trump supporter, which means she’s not one to let facts interfere with her argument. We look forward to her telling us more about the psyche of someone she barely knows.
