As previously reported Apollo initially missed his deadline to report to a Kentucky penitentiary and busted in on his wife while she was filming “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.” Later the reality star who’s spending 8 years behind bars for wire mail and bank fraud, was spotted making it rain on dancers for HOURS at Follie’s strip club. Now however, he’s officially behind bars. At around 3:30 a.m. Apollo tweeted that he was “going asunder” and “arrived 2 his destination.” He later added an Instagram video from outside the penitentiary. Countdown to lockdown… Apollo Nida Gets Sentencing Deadline The day is fast approaching when Apollo Nida will have to get used to wearing orange and sharing showers . The judge has handed down the due date on Apollo’s eight-year stint in the clink , and his days of freedom are severly numbered. Via RadarOnline : It’s time! Just weeks after Apollo Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for his fraud case, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been ordered to report to federal prison on September 10. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Phaedra Parks’ husband must surrender himself at the FMC Lexington prison in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 10 at noon. Though he originally faced up to 30 years in prison, Nida was sentenced to just eight years for fraud and identity theft back in July. He also must pay nearly $2 million in restitution. This is not his first time behind bars: He previously served six years for a car theft scheme. Damn homie. We wonder how long it’ll be before that divorce is finalized…something tells us Phaedra is done playing games with her criminal spouse.

Some gambles just aren’t the best idea. Via KPTV : A man with a gunshot wound was reported, Friday morning, at an apartment complex called the Pines on Watkins Drive; but he wasn’t shot there. Jackson police say, shortly before that, a guest at a nearby Motel 6 had a run in with the man in the rear parking lot. They say the guest was approached by a man asking for cigarettes. The hotel guest said he didn’t have any cigarettes. The man began to walk away, when , police say, he turned around and said “I bet you don’t have one of these”, pointing a gun in his direction. The guest did have “one of these,” and began firing at the suspect. He reportedly hit the man at least once. The shooting victim left and was later picked up by ambulance at the Pines apartments. He was hospitalized, but is not being identified at this time. WELP! Bet he’ll think twice about who he runs up on in the future.

Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has apparently won the bidding war Thursday for the Los Angeles Clippers with a staggering $2 billion offer for the NBA franchise, according to the L.A. Times. The frenzied battle to get the team from Sterling drove the franchise’s price sky high for a team that Forbes estimated was worth at $575 million back in January. The franchise has been in turmoil since owner Donald Sterling was recorded on tape by an associate making racist comments about Magic Johnson, among others. In short order, NBA commissioner Adam Silver slammed Sterling with an unprecedented lifetime ban for his remarks, imposed a $2.5 million fine, and began the process to force a sale of the Clippers. Sterling’s wife, Shelly, who owns 50 percent of the team had been reviewing five bids for the franchise. The Daily News reported on Friday that Sterling had decided to part with the team he bought for $12.5 million in 1981. According to the L.A. Times, the 58-year-old Ballmer, who is reportedly worth around $20 billion, apparently edged out groups led by Los Angeles-based investors Tony Ressler and Steve Karsh, as well as a group that included music mogul David Geffen and the Guggenheim Group, the owners of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The passenger who shot the footage is clearly amazed by Zino’s profanity-laden tirade, while Benzino’s boo-thang Althea seems pretty unfazed by the incident as she calmly gathers her things and exits the plane.
