To make matters worse, Plies didn’t have a permit for the weapon and was charged with felony carrying of a concealed weapon. Sources close to Plies say he mistakenly grabbed the wrong bag while packing and is fully claiming possession of the gun. Amber Rose Facing $1 Million Lawsuit Over Ace Of Diamonds Ownership Announcement Many were taken aback when news broke that Amber Rose was now the new owner of famed L.A. strip club Ace Of Diamonds. Was she making THAT much money? Why would the owners sell it? Something just didn’t add up. Well, according to TMZ , the reason it doesn’t add up is because technically Amber doesn’t own the club. She does, however, own a corporation called Ace of Diamonds. Word is that Muva applied for a trademark for the name as well as the well-known acronym “AoD”. The trademark hasn’t been made official quite yet, but Amber felt so sure she would be approved that she went ahead and made her announcement. Thing is, AoD has been a successful business for several years, that might stand in the way of Amber’s trademark approval. But that might be least of her troubles because the actual owners of L.A. best shake junts are suing her for BIG money. TMZ reports state that AoD proprietors want $1 million for slander and have called Amb’s claim “unequivocally false”. Without a solitary f**k to give, Amber says in 90 days her new location will be open for business…on the same poppin’ night as the “real” AoD. Monday. Timbaland’s Divorce Drama Heats Up Timbaland’s estranged wife said she not only deserves at least half of what the music producer made during their marriage, she’s going after his profits from before they got together!! Monique Mosley blasted Timbaland’s attempts to block her from his fortune, claiming in court documents that she’s entitled to an equal share of everything – even what he acquired before their 2008 nuptials, BOSSIP has learned. She said there’s “no good cause” for her not to get half of everything, and said as long as she could prove her case in court, the state’s divorce laws were on her side. “…the wife admits that his honorable court should equitably distribute all marital assets and any non marital assets having a marital component,” Mosley’s lawyers wrote in her answer to Timbaland’s counter petition in Miami-Dade Family Court. “Moreover,” her petition states, “both all marital property and any marital component of non marital property should be equally divided, with appropriate credit given for any dissipated or transferred marital property.” Mosley said in court docs filed Nov. 19 that she hasn’t had a proper job in years, save for managing the businesses she said she and the prolific producer started together and a stint working in the wardrobe department on the set of “Empire,” where Timbaland is the musical director. Mosley said a hard look at the facts of the case would show that Timbaland shouldn’t get the lion’s share of their assets. “If anything, such consideration would justify a disproportionate distribution in the wife’s favor!” Mosley’s lawyer wrote in her answer to Timbaland’s counterclaim against her, where she also asked for alimony, child support and primary custody of their two kids.
2 Chainz Date Rape Video Even though 2 Chainz didn’t graduate Alabama State University with a 4.0 GPA like it’s widely believed, we still like to think he’s one of the few rappers who knows better . But, apparently, he doesn’t. Especially if this video is what the hell we think it is, or at least, what it legit looks like. A few days ago, the 38-year-old rapper posted on his Facebook and YouTube page a video of a woman — seemingly under some kind of influence — being “dragged” into a hotel by a man. You can hear Chainz and a friend laughing about the woman’s unwillingness to follow the man into the building, and instructing watchers “not to be that guy” in the 47-second clip.
