Matt Roloff: Yup, I’m Moving to Arizona!

A major change is coming to Little People, Big World. How major of a change? Little People, Big World may no longer exist as a result. In a response to a question from a fan on Facebook, Matt Roloff confirmed this weekend what some folks have been suspecting for awhile: He’s moving away from Roloff Farms. FAR, FAR away from Roloff Farms. Ineed, he’s off to Arizona. Over the past few episodes of this TLC series, Matt has hinted – heck, he’s flat out said – that he can’t handle living so close to his ex-wife for much longer.  Back when Matt and Amy divorced in the spring of 2016, the former agreed to live in the farm’s guest house. However, the arrangement was only meant to be temporary, as Roloff explained on an installment of his family’s TLC program this month. This “wasn’t supposed to be permanent,” he told the camera, adding that living just a few hundred feet from Amy is, understandably, “awkward.” Over the past several days, chatter about Roloff’s potential move has grown pretty strong, considering he’s spent a lot of time in Arizona. He’s been signing copies there of his children’s book and even referred to citizens of that state as his “neighbors” in one social media message. So… if he really moving to The Grand Canyon State? This is what a Facebook follower asked, to which Matt replied: I am in the process of purchasing a home in Arizona.:)) So there it is. Does this mean Roloff is engaged to Caryn Chandle r? Or will be soon? We don’t know. What does this mean for the long-term future of Little People, Big World? We really don’t know. And we’re concerned. The series has centered around Matt and Amy’s life on their farm in Oregon, even in the years following their divorce. The two have clashed a bit here and there, such as on last week’s fiery episode , but they mostly get along very amicable for a couple who split after 26 years of marriage. Will TLC renew the show, even if Matt is no longer in the picture? And how will Matt be content to live so far away from his precious two grandkids? Again, it’s too early for us to have the answers to these questions. All we know right now is that Little People, Big World has been on tha air for over a decade and IF it returns for another season, it will clearly look very different. Would you even want the show back without Matt as a resident on the farm? View Slideshow: Little People, Big World: Why It May Be Ending … Soon!

Little People, Big World: 9 Secrets EXPOSED!

The Roloffs are not the Kardashians. The family at the center of Little People, Big World has managed to strike it big mostly because they are interesting, kind and close-knit. Not a lot of controversy has followed around Matt, Amy and/or their children. But this doesn't mean the TLC stars are as squeaky clean as you may have previously believed. Just consider a few of the interesting tidbits we've uncovered below… 1. Matt Roloff Was Arrested Twice for Drunk Driving Once in 2003, after which the charges were dropped because he completed an alcohol diversion program; and once in 2007, after an officer spotted him driving erratically after leaving a bar. 2. Jacob Was Forced to Star Okay, “forced” may be a strong way of putting it… but he didn’t have much of a say at nine years old when the cameras started rolling and made it clear over the years to reporters that he was never really comfortable. Jacob left the show in 2016. 3. Their Neighbors are Not on Team Roloff The family farm gets very busy, especially in early fall, angering those who live nearby. Some neighbors have complained that the farm is a waste of time and an “over-priced celebrity gawk-fest,” that brings in large, annoying crowds. 4. More from Jacob This is an old Tweet, but Jacob once complained about the low salary he earned for the show. 5. Matt Started Dating an Ex-Employee After His Divorce Many fans are familiar with this one, but Matt started dating the farm’s long-time manager, Caryn, shortly after he split from Amy. This caused a lot of controversy because she knew Amy well. 6. Racy Audrey! Audrey got in trouble back when she posed naked in a bathtub, a troubling decision to those who admired Audrey for her conservative, Christian belief system. Click on the headline above for more. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: Staying Together For the Kids!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West apparently are staying together for the kids.  Or they’re going to try to, at the very least.  According to the Daily Mail , the couple’s public weekend outing was more than just a show of unity and “affection” for one another: It was a statement that things aren’t as rock-solid as some may think.  The DM revealed that the fame-loving couple decided to attend counseling “for the sake of their kids” after putting their marriage and motivations under the microscope.  If ever there was a time to go into therapy, now would be it, and the excuse couldn’t be better.  Even if Kim is done with Kanye West  — a thing that sources close to Kim vehemently deny — counseling for both parties for the sake of their kids is the best option.  A healthy parent rears healthy children, after all.  It was reported that Kim endured yet another battle — this time internal — and though reason told her the best thing to do was leave Kanye, her heart won, because she apparently still loves him.  “They’re actually doing better ,” an insider, someone who claims to be a closer, personal friend, revealed. “It was obviously a bit tough when [ Kanye’s breakdown happened] and it was confusing … but they’re doing better now.”  “Kim is so in love with him and love can be blinding sometimes — she just adores him and the family loves him as well,” the friend continued. “It’s a situation that she’s giving another shot, a second chance.” The source added: “She feels he’s been under a lot of pressure, so she feels like he deserves another shot.” First of all, a mentally ill person doesn’t “deserve another shot,” they’re mentally ill.  They need help and counseling and caring — not to be treated like the family dog that peed on the rug one too many times.  “They had a heart-to-heart about it and Kim is still deeply in love with him,” the friend said.   Hard to believe, since she actually waffled about being with him after their darkest individual moments? Perhaps. “Despite the fact that logic tells her the best thing to do would be to move on, the other side of that is that she has children with him now,” the insider continued. “Kim told me, ‘It’s not just about me, it’s about the kids.’ So she wants to make it work.”  For the sake of the kids.  The loose-lipped friend of the couple claimed that the two were going to get through the hard times together.  Kind of like, you know, how the marriage vows go.  “She [Kim] wants them to get therapy, counseling and for them to get through this together,” the friend continued.  “Right now, they’re both individually recovering — her from a traumatic experience and him from going crazy.” The insider somberly concluded: “But once they get through this and get back in shape, they’re going to do counseling to see if they can save this [their marriage] for the sake of the kids.”  Hopefully they can just get it together period.  All joking aside, it’s been a really rough year for Kanye and Kim.  And hell, for all of us, really.  Had we all known what 2016 had up its sleeve, we might well have pulled a Daylight Savings and advanced the entire damn calendar to 2017 instead.  View Slideshow: 45 Kute and Kuddly Kimye Photos

Amy Schumer Shocks Dad with Best Christmas Gift EVER

Amy Schumer is most definitely not fat . But she is undoubtedly phat at the moment, at least in the eyes of her overwhelmed father. The talented comedian, actress and writer has made headlines for ensuring that Christmas came a few days early for her father, surprising him with a gift that he most certainly did not see coming: His very own farm. We mean this literally: His actual very own farm. The one he used to actually own. On Monday, Schumer shared a screenshot on her Instagram account of a FaceTime conversation she had over the weekend with her dad, Gordon. She captioned the photo with a simple sentence: “Today I bought my father’s farm back.” But it’s actually not that simple. It’s a bit more complicated and a lot more sentimental… When Schumer was just nine years old, her father was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. (Yes, this is where Schumer came up with the storyline in her hit movie Trainwreck, which featured Schumer’s character’s dad having the same illness.) As a result the ailment, the family went bankrupt, forcing them to leave the farm she loved as a child. Mostly loved, that is. Just not all the time. Schumer also posted footage on her social media page of a video of herself on the farm when she was very young. She wrote as a caption to the adorable sneak peek: “Video from the farm when I was running away in the cornfield and my dad was taunting me because I wanted him to come with me. “We lost the farm when we lost everything else. But today I got to buy it back for him.” Amy Schumer Farm Video Schumer has previously opened up about her father’s battle with multiple sclerosis, talking about the way in which she drew from her real-life experiences while writing the script for Trainwreck. The actress has said that humor was a major way her family got through the most challenging times. “In terms of my dad being sick, it was just confusing to me, especially the way MS works,” Schumer explained during her interview for ABC’s Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2015. She added late last year: “He was in physical pain. That’s when I kind of took the lead and took care of everybody in my family. I would keep them – I would keep everybody laughing.” View Slideshow: 17 Reasons Why We Adore Amy Schumer This isn’t the first time Schumer has been there for her dad in an unexpected and AWESOME manner. Earlier this year, she arranged for him to have a FaceTime conversation with “the love of his life,” actress Goldie Hawn. For real! A video posted by @amyschumer on Apr 27, 2016 at 1:21pm PDT And yet, somehow, through all of this, Amy Schumer haters still remain . Just because she is not a size two? Candice Swanepoel’s at an Event of the Day

Candice Swanepoel…is alright…for a South African…. I mean I wouldn’t want to be black and around her, knowing she would want to chain me up to work her farm…or maybe I would…because if you’re going to be owned by a white person, it’s better when it is this Blood Diamond, even if she’s statistically more likely to have AIDS than a street hooker… Don’t hate me – hate statistics…and the South African AIDS rate…right… TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE

Bonnaroo 2012: 11 Moments You Missed (But We Didn’t!)

D’Angelo, Phish and the Beach Boys create unforgettable weekend. By Mary J. DiMeglio D’Angelo Photo: Gary Miller/ Getty Images MANCHESTER, Tennessee — The 11th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival rocked fans with Radiohead, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phish and about 150 other artists — including indie rock, hip-hop, jazz, bluegrass, African, folk, reggae, electronic and metal — over the course of four sleepless days and nights, Thursday to Sunday. When Phish closed out the weekend Sunday night, wrapping up 15 minutes before their scheduled midnight end time — very uncharacteristic for Phish or for Bonnaroo — even diehard Phish heads, rain dripping down their faces, seemed relieved that they could finally turn off the adrenaline that kept them going for 96 hours. If you were there, you get it. If not, well, where the heck were you? If the festival’s many accolades — named as one of Rolling Stone magazine’s “50 Moments That Changed Rock & Roll,” “Festival of the Decade” by Consequence of Sound and among the 10 Best Festivals by GQ — isn’t enough to get you to the farm, maybe these 11 moments will inspire some FOMO for next year: #10. Mac Miller Slimes Bonnaroo Mac Miller decided Bonnaroo was the perfect place for his first live performance of “On a Roll,” the initial track released from Pink Slime , his collaboration EP with Pharrell. #9. Flea Feels the Love During the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ scorching Saturday night set , bassist Flea clearly caught Bonnaroo fever, gushing, “I feel peace and love and kindness everywhere I walk around here.” He praised the weekend’s earlier performances from St. Vincent, Dumpstaphunk, Santigold and the Roots, calling Radiohead’s Friday night set “so f—ing beautiful.” As if his bass playing isn’t impressive enough, he deftly made his way across the stage in a handstand. #8. Alice Cooper Shocks With — Gasp! — Pop! Fittingly, the most-stunning moment of the weekend came from legendary shock rocker Alice Cooper. A crowd of confused metalheads weren’t sure how to react when Cooper ended his set with an homage to Lady Gaga, owning her freak anthem “Born This Way.” #7. Wandering While any Bonnaroovian will tell you that figuring out ways to better your festival is an ongoing project, as experience informs improvements year after year, it only takes a weekend or two to learn the three basics of Bonnaroo: water, sunscreen and if you’re not totally digging where you are, change locations. There are infinite options for fun. Keep walking till you find yours. #6. Radiohead Tease Thom Yorke created quite the buzz during Radiohead’s Friday night set with a cryptic dedication. Before their new track “Supercollider,” Yorke declared, “This song is for Jack White. We saw him yesterday. A big thank you to him, but we can’t tell you why. You’ll find out.” Sounds like a collaboration, no? #5. Kenny Rogers Goes ‘All Night Long’ Kenny Rogers might have had the biggest Sunday of any of the nearly 80,000 music fans that packed the farm. After being presented the key to Manchester, Rogers was joined onstage by Lionel Richie for “Lady.” Richie then took center stage for “All Night Long.” Sunday night, Rogers later took his turn guesting, joining Phish onstage for his day’s second performance of “The Gambler.” #4. D’Angelo Emerges There could have been no better way for D’Angelo to emerge from hibernation than joining Questlove for an early morning Bonnaroo “Superjam.” Backed by a nine-piece band for his first U.S. performance in over a decade, D’Angelo was onstage for over an hour, lending his neo-soul flavor to Jimi Hendrix’s “Have You Ever Been (to Electric Ladyland),” the Beatles’ “She Came In Through the Bathroom Window” and Led Zeppelin’s “What Is and What Should Never Be.” #3. Beach Boys Bring ‘Good Vibrations’ No matter what mood soggy campers woke up in, the cloudy skies Sunday afternoon couldn’t dampen the pure joy of the Beach Boys’ sun-drenched classics. “Kokomo” had the rain-weary dreaming of bringing their loves to Aruba or Jamaica to get away from it all. #2. Phish Makes it Rain Long credited by the festival’s organizers as providing the blueprint for the event with their homegrown parties in the Northeast, Phish is the undisputed ultimate Bonnaroo headliner. While, yes, they are wasteful plastic garbage, the shower of glowsticks during a Phish set just looks so darn purdy. Early in the second set, the neon rain during the “Can’t I live while I’m young?” refrain in “Chalk Dust Torture” signaled the crowd was ready for round two. #1. The Mud It happens every year, and the sooner you stop trying to stay clean, the happier you’ll be. Just like on Burning Man’s playa, inclement weather on the farm — coupled with lack of sleep — strips people down to their core. Any last bit of ego you were hanging onto was washed away hours ago. Bring pants that can be rolled up. Otherwise: Embrace the mud. Did you experience Bonnaroo 2012? Share your favorite moments in the comments below! Calling it a ” Hilton for Krishna Cows “, the new farm is built on the site of George Harrison’s old mansion in the countryside. It is a state-of-the-art “sustainable sanctuary for cattle where animals and nature are given the highest respect.”… Read the full story on TreeHugger
