The documentary Certifiably Jonathan has engrossing moments in it. How can it not? It’s got a great subject — the extraordinarily voluble comedian Jonathan Winters, whose constant rush of words can be like a blizzard: beautiful, maddening, exhausting and finally beautiful again.
