Mega Millions: Two Winning Tickets Sold!

At least two people in the United States are a lot richer today. We’re just not sure yet who they are. The drawing for a $636 million Mega Millions jackpot took place last night and officials confirm that one ticket was sold at a gift shop San Jose and another in an Atlanta convenience store. Mega Millions: Winning Tickets Drawn According to the official Mega Millions website, the winning numbers for the second largest purse in lottery history were 8, 14, 17, 20, 39, and 7. The winners will split the jackpot. And they will also have a decision to make: Do they take their millions and millions and millions as one lump sum? Or have it divided up and paid out over 30 years? It’s a pretty good dillema to have, isn’t it? If no one steps forward to claim the huge prizes, the next Mega Millions jackpot will balloon to over $950 million.

Pippa Middleton, who became a global sensation as the maid of honor to Kate Middleton at her wedding to Prince William, is set to walk down the aisle herself. She’s engaged to Nico Jackson! The British event planner’s boyfriend, a banker, popped the question during their early December trip to India’s Oberoi Amarvilas, insiders share. Oberoi Amarvilas is a five-star resort, with views of the famed Taj Mahal. “It was exactly how he planned it,” one said. “Very romantic and grand!” Together for 15 months, the couple were rumored to be engaged back in September. Those rumors were false, but the pair were clearly smitten. Pip was previously linked to Alex Loudon, Spencer Vegosen, George Percy, James Matthews and even Prince Harry. But Nico was clearly The One. Since the engagement, Pippa Middleton , 30, and Nico Jackson, 36, have been keeping a low profile and have been celebrating their news in private. A source says they plan to spend Boxing Day (December 26) at her family’s Bucklebury estate before heading to the Alps for vacation in the new year. Congratulations to the happy couple and both their families, and here’s hoping that Kate Middleton returns the favor as the matron of honor in 2014!
