Amy Schumer Posts Very Racy Photo for Very Important Cause

Wondering what the difference is between Amy Schumer and Kim Kardashian? Take notes, people… When you see a photo of Kim Kardashian nude , it’s because Kim Kardashian wants to increase her number of Instagram followers, which helps her attractive better ad deals and brands. When you see a photo of Amy Schumer nude, it’s because she wants to see fewer people die in senseless, gun-related tragedies. Allow us to elaborate: Yesterday was Gun Violence Awareness Day, an occasion many people around the country honored by wearing orange. Why? Because the occasion was started three years ago Chicago locals who wanted to pay tribute to a friend who had lost their life to gun violence. Individuals were asked to wear orange because it’s a bold color worn by hunters to protect them from being shot. Schumer, of course, has an unfortunate connection to gun violence. Last summer, a gunman opened fire on a crowded Louisiana movie theater during a screening Trainwreck, the comedy Schumer both wrote and starred in. Two people died in the incident. The tragedy pushed Schumer to take an active role in trying to fix gun laws in this country, as she campaigned alongside Senator Chuck Schumer for gun control reform. Fast forward to June 2, 2016 and Schumer’s attempt to bring attention to this important cause. And what better way, on the Internet, to bring attention to a cause than to basically go naked? Click on the photo below to see what we mean. It’s a snapshot of Schumer without any pants on… or any underwear on. She is very much bottomless here, people… “Today please #WearOrange for gun safety @Everytown,” she wrote as a caption to the racy image. That Twitter handle is a reference to Everytown for Gun Safety, which a movement of Americans working together to end gun violence and build safer communities. Schumer also shared a more PG-rated picture of herself and many friends wearing orange yesterday: “Me and my honeys on set like to #wearorange thinking of you today and everyday Mayci and Jillian,” she wrote as a caption to this picture. Mayci and Jillian are the names of the two people who died at that Trainwreck shooting last July. We salute Schumer and everyone else who took a moment to honor Gun Violence Awareness Day this week. Frank Ocean Comes Out Of Hiding To Snatch Donald Trump’s Toupee

Frank Ocean Blasts Donald Trump For Insensitive Paris Terrorist Attack Tweet We’re a little mad Frank Ocean is just sitting around, not giving us any music, but he more than made up for it last night when he dragged Donald Trump for being his usual controversial self. In the wake of the Paris terror attacks that killed over 120 people, the provocative presidential candidate posted this insensitive tweet: Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world? — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 7, 2015 The tweet was enough to force Frank Ocean out of hiding and address the ignorant Trump by name. This is what the 28-year-old posted on his Tumblr . ON THE REAL THOUGH DONALD TRUMP. HOW IS IT ‘INTERESTING’ THAT THESE SHOOTINGS HAPPENED IN A COUNTRY THAT’S TOUGH ON GUNS? TELL US DON? BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE THAT VACUOUS OBSERVATION WAS ABOUT GIVING YOUR NRA-LOVING CONSTITUENCY A HANDJOB AND SPINNING A TRAGEDY FOR POLITICAL GAIN AND I’M THINKING MAYBE USING A SITUATION WHERE DOZENS OF INNOCENTS HAVE JUST BEEN MURDERED IN THE STREETS ISN’T THE BEST TIME. NO? LOVE TO PARIS AND ANY INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY WHO’S LOST LOVED ONES TO EVIL ANYWHERE IN THIS WORLD. CHILL W/ THE ANGLES. Well done, Frank. Now, about that album…

Amy Schumer Addresses Gun Violence, Thinks About Shooting Victims "Everyday"

Due to the actions of a madman, Amy Schumer finds herself at the center of the gun control debate in America. A few weeks after the tragic Lafayette, Louisiana shooting that claimed the lives of two people at a screening of her film, Trainwreck , Schumer has responded to an open letter about the incident. Sarah Clements – an advocate of gun violence prevention whose mother survived the Sandy Hook massacre in 2012 – wrote to Schumer on Medium.com and said the following: “You’ve been caught in the middle of our country’s terrifying, unending war with itself, our sick and twisted relationship with the gun lobby, which tells us we need guns for anyone, anywhere, anytime. “Search your movie Trainwreck on Google and a scroll-down suggestion will now be ‘Trainwreck shooting.'” Clements went on to praise Schumer for being a positive role model for the Millennial generation and asked that she join the movement by “[demanding] change” and “[being] the voice of our generation and for women.” Schumer took to Twitter in response, making it clear that she may be on vacation with Jennifer Lawrence , but… “I think about [victims Jillian Johnson and Mayci Breaux] everyday. Don’t worry I’m on it. You’ll see.” Schumer is yet to reveal what she has in store along these political lines. But she sent her condolences to the victims and their families following the shooting last month. “My heart is broken and all my thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Louisiana,” the star Tweeted at the time, inspiring fellow comedienne Margaret Cho to respond: “We are all heartbroken. But you heal us by being you. Thank you.” View Slideshow: 13 Reasons Why We Adore Amy Schumer

Kourtney Kardashian Draws Gun, Says Not to "Mess" with Her

Might a sibling rivalry be brewing over an issue of national importance? Earlier this week, Kim Kardashian sat down for a special Q&A in San Francisco, telling attendees that ” we don’t have strict enough gun control ” in this country. That’s an opinion held by many. But not, it seems, an opinion shared by sister Kourtney Kardashian. Likely in a nod to Throwback Thursday, Kourtney has shared a photo on Instagram of her and Khloe Kardashian with weapons in their hands at a firing range. The photo was actually snapped as part of an outing the family went on way back on Season 1 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians . Kourtney simply wrote “Don’t Mess” as the caption to this throwback image, trying to sound all tough and, we can only presume, attempting to intimidate Scott Disick. According to recent reports, Disick was caught getting cozy with some girl in France late last month and Kourtney is considering leaving her baby daddy for real this time. And if Disick has a problem with this plan? He can direct his eyeballs to the photo above and dare to mess with Kourtney at his own risk.

GTFOHWTBS: Presidential Wannabe GOP Goon Rick Perry Calls Charleston Church Shooting “An Accident”

Jeb Bush, Chris Christie And Rick Perry Avoid Talking Gun Control Or Race After Charleston Shooting It should come as little to no surprise that the Republican candidates for President are poorly equipped to deal with matters of race or gun violence. Via NY Daily News reports : Jeb Bush and Chris Christie mourned the murders in Charleston without blaming lax gun laws or discussing race Friday while addressing an audience of religious conservatives. And potential presidential candidate Rick Perry, the former Texas governor, referred to the murders as an “accident” — though his spokeswoman said he intended to say “incident.” Perry, in an interview with the conservative publication Newsmax, criticized President Obama and other liberals’ “”knee-jerk reaction of saying ‘if we can just take all the guns away this won’t happen.’” At the Faith & Freedom Coalition in Washington, Christie declared that the shootings were “depraved” and “unthinkable” before suggesting that tighter gun control could not have prevented the shootings. “Laws can’t change this, only the goodwill and the love of the American people can let those folks know that that act was unacceptable, disgraceful,” he said, calling on people to pray for the families of the dead. In his remarks, Bush said initially that he didn’t know what motivated Dylann Storm Roof. “”I don’t know what was on the mind or the heart of the man who committed these atrocious crimes,” Bush said, adding: “In times like these, in times of great national mourning, people of faith, all of us must come together.” He did not mention guns. Roof made it clear during his shooting spree on Wednesday that he was there to kill black people. In appearances Thursday at the convention, Sens. Marco Rubio, Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, other leading Republican presidential candidates, also avoided blaming guns. This is some BS… We can’t allow another Bush to set foot anywhere near the White House. And isn’t Rick Perry the one who used to vacation by the place with the N-Word nickname?
