The team agreed to trade him to the Chicago Bulls, but NBA insiders believe he won’t stick with the midwest squad. ESPN reports : The Houston Rockets have agreed to send Carmelo Anthony and cash to the Chicago Bulls, league sources told ESPN. Anthony, a 10-time All-Star, will not play a game for the Bulls, who will eventually trade or waive him before the Feb. 7 trade deadline, league sources said. The teams wanted to complete the deal Monday, but the league office was closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and a trade call couldn’t be executed to finalize the deal, sources said. The trade will be completed Tuesday, sources said. Tough going for Anthony and with him approaching his 35th birthday, it may be a limited number of teams willing to bring him on despite his scoring brilliance and game dominance in the past. — Photo: WENN

Most women feel that the thicker and more groomed the facial hair, the more attractive and manly you are. However, there are some who feel that a clean face is the way to go. At the end of the day, facial hair is a subjective thing, but are men with beards more desirable? According to the New York Times : Barnaby Dixson, a human behavioral ecologist at the University of Queensland and a co-author of the beard length study, research has also found that facial hair is associated with some antisocial traits, such as aggression and social dominance. While these traits might not be pleasant if you’re looking for a fun fling, they might be alluring if you want an alpha male to support your family and fend off predators. It’s not just women who prefer bearded alpha males — men also prefer men with facial hair. Dr. Dixson and colleagues asked 1,577 men and women from Brazil and the Czech Republic about facial hair. Compared to heterosexual women, gay men had stronger preferences for men with more facial hair. Usually, we honor the beard-toters during No Shave November. A Klay Thompson impersonator played by YouTube personality BigDawsTV previously attended Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors. He was it again on Tuesday night when the Warriors opened the season with a home game versus the Houston Rockets, and though the Internet wasn’t fooled, he tweeted that Kevin Durant gave him a high-five and called him Klay–so his actual teammate might have gotten bamboozled. After pictures of him at the game surfaced, jokes were flying all night. The tall bearded gentleman doesn’t look as much like James Harden as the fake Klay looks like Klay Thompson, but his dedication is still admirable, nonetheless. Any casual NBA fan could definitely confuse this guy for the actual Rockets teammate. Last night there was fake Klay Thompson. Joel Osteen Blasted For Not Opening Church Doors To Flood Victims Folks all over the nation are pretty displeased with Houston Megachurch pastor and motivational Christian speaker Joel Osteen . Even though Houston is the home base for his worldwide, multi-million dollar ministry …somehow, his Sanctuary’s doors aren’t open to those in need during record flooding in his city. The location for Osteen’s Lakewood Church was once upon a time the Compaq Center sports arena — home of the Houston Rockets — and can comfortably seat nearly 17,000 people. But, now that thousands in the city are in distress, displaced, and in need of a safe dry spot to go…the church’s doors are locked. Apparently, Osteen and crew report to TMZ that the reason the church isn’t open for those in need is due to flooding of the roads in the area. But let social media tell it… SMH! Look, we aren’t weather or road experts over here…but that definitely looks like useable space for those in need of help. Getty Images
