The divorce battle between Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel is starting to get uglier than Kris Jenner’s talk show reviews. As previously reported, Frankel is already accused of referring to her estranged husband as trash in front of their little daughter. Now, an insider who has apparently seen Hoppy’s court-submitted documents, tells In Touch Weekly that they allege more mean actions by Bethenny in March. “She threw water on him to wake him and yelled that she ‘has more money than God,’” claims this tabloid source, adding that ” Bryn was sleeping in the next room” at the time of the confrontation. The source goes on to say that Frankel is consumed by her career, to the point that Bryn locked herself in the set bathroom once under Bethenny’s watch and firemen had to be called in. Moreover, Hoppy says Bethenny tried to force vegan recipes on the child, even though a nutritionist later said that it wasn’t healthy such a young girl. “According to Jason, Bethenny has ‘issues’ with food and refused to allow Bryn to eat animal products,” the insider tells the publication. Frankel’s attorney has denied all allegations, but there’s no denying the following summation by this anonymous mole: “No one expected it to be amicable. But this has gotten downright nasty.”

Revenge star will portray the female lead in Captain America: The Winter Soldier , Movie Fanatic reports, although the actual identity of her character remains under wraps. Rumors abound, however, that VanCamp will take on the role of Sharon Carter, the niece of Hayley Atwell’s Peggy Carter. The Captain America sequel hits theaters on April 4 of next year. It returns Chris Evans as the Patriotic title character and will also feature Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Toby Jones, and Samuel L. Jackson.
So much for a friendly split. The scorned reality star wants Frankel to name him as a beneficiary on her life insurance policy and he’s after “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.” Frankel appeared on Ellen this month and tearfully said this split made her feel like a failure , but we have an inkling it won’t even be official any time soon. Considering the demands of both sides, this battle is destined to be drawn very far out.
Two firefighters were shot and killed and two others were hospitalized after a gunman opened fire on them as they responded to a house fire in Webster, N.Y. Officials at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y., told ABC News that two men were taken there this morning and were in “guarded condition.” They were said to suffer gunshot wounds. There is ” no active shooter, or shooters ” at this time, Police Chief Gerald L. Pickerin told reporters this morning, according to ABC affiliate WHAM-TV. The fire spread to three homes on Lake Road, according to WHAM. According to multiple reports, the fire department was waiting for police to safely evacuate nearby residents and secure the scene before battling the blaze. Earlier today, a Seattle shooting saw one person killed.
