Source: Apega/WENN / WENN Kiki Layne Was Spotted Rubbing Michael B. Jordan’s Head While He Whispered In Her Ear Kiki Layne and Michael B. Jordan’s Sundance Film Festival flirtation caught the attention of more than one onlooker apparently… Sources told Page Six the stars of ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’ and ‘Black Panther’ arrived to Tao’s Park City pop-up separately but “within 10 minutes of each other,” and wasted no time spending the entire time together! A source said: “They were put at separate VIP tables, but Kiki quickly made her way over to Michael’s table. And they seriously never left each other’s side. Canoodling to the max.” The source added, “She would have her hand on the back of his head rubbing it as he whispered in her ear and [he] kept kissing her cheek.” Even though “it was clear to everyone in the room that they were together,” the source surmised, we hear that the stars’ entourages were “protective about them not taking a photo together.” Jordan and Layne also left the event at the same time. Rubbing the back of his head, eh? Y’all know what that means… Chocolatey smithereens!

Phaedra and Tone Kapone, the Chicago radio host she’s happily booed up, apparently spent some time together in L.A. and happily posed for pictures. According to former “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star Claudia Jordan however, something’s amiss. Instead of picking up the phone to call Phaedra herself, Claudia posted in TheJasmineBrand’s Instagram comments that Phaedra’s new man was “for everybody.” Claudia claimed she was on a three-way phone call with him and one of her friends who he called “his wife’ just days before he went public with Phae. “Mann but just days before NYE he was telling my girl SHE’s his “wife” and he loves her! Tired of biting my tongue. Matter of fact we all spoke on 3 way and he was all in. Someone tell Mr. Kapone they don’t pay the men on RHOA! Only for the reunion. Run Phaedra! He for everybody!” Source: Apega/WENN / WENN That sparked a snarky response from Tone himself who said; “Not for everybody, just her.” Phaedra then added; “What he said.” On an RHOA Instagram page, Phaedra also added that the “dry and thirsty” tried it. BLOOOOOP! See Claudia’s explanation on the flip. Continue reading →
N BA star LeBron James has made major strides both on and off the court in 2018. Not only did we watch James lead his former team the Cleveland Cavaliers to the NBA finals, but we’ve also witnessed him evolve into a fierce advocate for social justice. His accomplishments this year garnered him The Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year Award, ESPN reported. LeBron James named AP male athlete of the year for third time pic.twitter.com/7lEdZKYyW6 — Bleacher Report (@BleacherReport) December 27, 2018 This is the third time that James has received the award, the news outlet writes. He was selected by U.S. editors and news directors. Aside from having a strong presence on the court where he averaged just shy of 30 points per game, he continuously used his platform to spread awareness about social issues and bring important conversations surrounding race in America to the forefront. He produced a powerful documentary dubbed Shut Up and Dribble that explored the history of Black athletes who have been outspoken about social and political issues. He created an unscripted series called The Shop that featured candid conversations with celebrities about culturally relevant topics. One of his biggest accomplishments this year was opening up the I Promise School for youth in his hometown of Akron. He joins a list of influential athletes—including Michael Jordan , Lance Armstrong , and Tiger Woods —who have all received the award at least three times. “In addition to being on everyone’s short list as one of the league’s all-time greatest players, LeBron is among the hardest-working players and is a thoughtful and impactful leader,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver told the news outlet. “He serves on the executive committee of the Players Association even as he builds an impressive media company of his own. And what’s most inspiring, and no surprise given his talent and focus, is how he’s done all of this while embracing his unique opportunity to positively impact communities in need.” James dedicated the award to the I Promise School. “Throughout my journey if I’m able to win anything, my name is getting the award but it’s more than that,” he said in a statement, according to Sports Illustrated . “It’s everybody that I try to inspire. It’s my teammates and it’s my city, where I come from. It’s my kids and my school so it’s never about me.” This accolade comes just weeks after it was announced that James’ Equality Sneakers will be featured in an exhibition at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Source: Courtesy Universal Pictures / Courtesy Universal Pictures The Trailer For ‘US’ Is Terrifying After sending shockwaves across contemporary culture and setting a new standard for provocative, socially-conscious horror films with his directorial debut, Get Out, Academy Award®-winning visionary Jordan Peele returns with another original nightmare that he has written, directed and produced. Set in present day along the iconic Northern California coastline, Us, from Monkeypaw Productions, stars Oscar® winner Lupita Nyong’o as Adelaide Wilson, a woman returning to her beachside childhood home with her husband, Gabe (Black Panther’s Winston Duke ), and their two children (Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex) for an idyllic summer getaway. Haunted by an unexplainable and unresolved trauma from her past and compounded by a string of eerie coincidences, Adelaide feels her paranoia elevate to high-alert as she grows increasingly certain that something bad is going to befall her family. After spending a tense beach day with their friends, the Tylers (Emmy winner Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Cali Sheldon, Noelle Sheldon), Adelaide and her family return to their vacation home. When darkness falls, the Wilsons discover the silhouette of four figures holding hands as they stand in the driveway. Us pits an endearing American family against a terrifying and uncanny opponent: doppelgängers of themselves. Writer and director Peele produces for his Monkeypaw Productions alongside Sean McKittrick, Jason Blum, and Monkeypaw’s Ian Cooper. Us will be released by Universal Pictures on Friday, March 15, 2019. Are you excited to see this? Or scared out of your mind?
Source: @50Cent / Instagram Tekashi isn’t taking the plea deal and he’s ready to go to court to fight for his innocence, but the Feds say they have proof he was involved. via: TMZ The saying goes, pics or it didn’t happen … and in Tekashi69 ‘s case, the feds say they have all they need to prove his involvement in multiple crimes … TMZ has learned. Federal prosecutors filed documents, obtained by TMZ, which include more than a dozen images of Tekashi, his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan (aka Tr3way) and other crew members pulling armed robberies and shootings. The evidence seems to have him dead to rights. According to the docs, cops grabbed videos from phones belonging to 6ix9ine or crew members and matched them with surveillance videos of an April 3 armed robbery in Brooklyn. They say the images prove Shotti pulled the robbery, and cops believe Tekashi watched from the street and recorded video. There’s a screen grab from that video, which prosecutors think Tekashi gave to a 3rd party to post on the Internet. Also included … matching shots of a backpack that was stolen, and later found in Tekashi’s home during a Sept. raid. That raid also turned up an AR-15 rifle.
