Kate Major is sitting in jail after her recent arrest, having been denied bail in a Florida courtroom on Friday morning and ordered held until at least Tuesday. Michael Lohan-Kate Major 911 Call Michael Lohan’s baby mama was locked up Thursday night after he called 911 following the duo’s latest blowout fight. Cops arrested Kate Major for DUI . That was for trying to flee the scene of an already ugly altercation. Major also reportedly faces criminal charges of battery and a violating her probation. On the recording of the 911 call, MiLo says that Major was “completely bombed” and “she’s driving drunk right now and she’s going to a liquor store.” That’s never a good sign. Lindsay Lohan ‘s ex-assistant Major, 32, is being held at Palm Beach County jail pending her next hearing, her attorney Michelle Suskauer told Radar . Pushing their son Landon in a stroller (yes, they have a kid), LiLo’s father was in the courtroom watching his fiancée’s appearance before the judge. On the 911 call, Lohan said Major threatened him and “ said she’ll stab me ,” but conceded that she did not have a knife or a weapon in her hands. This came on the heels of a call earlier this year when the police were dispatched to the residence amid domestic violence concerns but left without incident. Not a stable environment. Kate Major Calls Cops on Michael Lohan (Yes, Again)

Kate Major has called the police on her former lover Michael Lohan, claiming he violated his restraining order, which he claims is totally untrue … again. This is the April 12, 2012 edition of this oft-repeated story. Law enforcement sources say crazy Kate called the Delray Beach, Fla., police, claiming Lohan had shown up to a salon she was at ( a violation of the current protective order against him) and started furiously banging on the glass windows. Police arrived, but by that point, MiLo had already split … apparently he did not get stuck in a tree trying to flee the cops this time. We think. Michael’s side of the story is that Kate actually invited him to the salon in the first place, so that she could borrow money for him … allegedly. Mike says Kate has been seriously involved with him recently and that the two have been secretly living together in spite of the restraining order. Law enforcement sources say police took Kate Major’s statement when they showed up to the salon and have also spoke to MiLo as well. The Florida State Attorney’s Office will decide if charges will be filed and ML makes yet another contribution to our celebrity mug shots album.

Kate Major Charged With Battery in Drunken Melee

Kate Major is looking at some serious jail time. Michael Lohan’s unstable ex-girlfriend has been charged with battery for allegedly attacking three people on a boozy tirade in Florida earlier this winter. The laundry list of criminal charges does not end there. Major was arrested for allegedly beating up a Latino couple in a parking lot and berating them with racist epithets, then calling the arresting officer a “fat f**k. When cops tried to arrest Major, police say that she resisted arrest and tried to kick the officers. After she was arrested, she continued to act belligerently. Major is charged with three counts of battery, one count of resisting arrest and one count of disorderly intoxication … all misdemeanors on top of the felony. If convicted on all counts, Major could face more than four years behind bars. Hope she has a good lawyer. She makes MiLo look like a model citizen! Almost.

Justin Bieber Fan Issues Scary Death Threat Against Caitlin Beadles

A fan of Justin Bieber has taken her passion to a very scary, dangerous level. According to a warrant obtained by TMZ, a 14-year old in Kentucky (believed to be developmentally disabled) used the handle KILLSGANDCB (Kill Selena Gomez and Caitlin Beadles?) on social media site Tumblr recently, writing that she was going to “murder” Beadles, the girl rumored to be dating Justin last summer. This individual ominously added that she had cameras on Beadles at all times and said the victim won’t even know what’s happening until she “wakes up on the other side of her bed with a knife.” Detectives have contacted the troubled girl’s mother and she is reportedly taking a close look at her daughter’s online activities. This is the most extreme example yet of a Belieber threatening the life of someone with whom Justin is/was involved. Gomez has faced a number of Twitter haters, while Mariah Yeater is currently facing the wrath of Bieber fans angry at her for claiming Justin fathered her child. Peeps gotta calm the heck down. Kate Major has now strongly implied, in her sit-down with Dr. Drew , that Michael Lohan sexually assaulted her and that she may be pregnant with his kid. While no one deserves to be subjected to the things he did to her , you have to wonder. What are the motives of someone to turns around and instantly milks this for publicity? Asked what her worst experience with MiLo was, she replied : “I guess I have to be really honest here. He had been doing cocaine all night and he was kind of coming off of a binge. I woke up. I wasn’t involved in that.” “We were in the Hamptons … I went through his phone and I saw that he was talking to a woman … he was saying some very nasty things about me.” “I woke him and said what is this? He took a remote, threw it at my head, handcuffed me to a bed and forcefully had sex with me. I never reported that.” That’s messed up if true. And it gets worse still … Meanwhile, “he took my birth control pills away,” Kate Major said, at which point Dr. Drew interjected, “Kate, KATE, are you saying you might be pregnant?” “I’m not saying anything,” she said cryptically. “I don’t want to discuss that topic?” Well, naturally. Better to leave keep guessing and talking about you. Michael Lohan is cooling his ass in solitary confinement after back-to-back arrests last month for harassing and allegedly abusing Major, his on/off GF.

Just when you thought you’d heard everything, Michael Lohan and girlfriend Kate Major are moving from New York to Los Angeles together. There’s more too: Kate Major and Michael Lohan are taking a bus to L.A. They’re filming a reality show to document the journey! Lohan says he is hoping to get some of his “celebrity” pals to join him and participate in different charity fundraisers (i.e. PR opportunities) along the way. M-Lo explains: “We’re calling the show Crossing Borders because not only will we be crossing physical borders state to state, but moral borders as well.”
