Malika Haqq Says She And Ronnie Are Not ‘Friends’ Ronnie Ortiz-Magro decided to open up on his short-lived swirl with Khloe Kardashian’s sidekick Malika Haqq yesterday…but according to Malika, he got it a little twisted. Ronnie says he and Malika didn’t quite work out , but they’re still great friends and better off that way. Well, apparently he means a different Malika, because she says that she isn’t exactly Ronnie’s “friend.” They’re cordial and all…but a fling is just that, and that’s all folks. As she let loose to Too Fab at the Famously Single Season 2 premiere: “I haven’t seen Ronnie since we broke up. We are not friends, but we are friendly. I’ll say that. I did speak to him two days ago via text message and it was all love, but it’s not like we go to dinner once a month. I wish him nothing but the best and he wishes the same for me, but it was just a relationship that didn’t work out. We didn’t know each other before the show so I don’t really think we are missing out by not having each other in our lives.” We guess Ronnie was using that “friends” term loosely. Honestly, they weren’t a “thing” long enough to fight for a friendship…plus, they didn’t very much of a splash in the reality/entertainment circle (which we’re guessing they had to be hoping for, deep down). So, no loss on Malika’s end, we guess. Besides, tf you ever watched Ronnie’s dysfunctional relationship with Sammi “Sweetheart” on Jersey Shore unfold…this guy has a demonstrated track record of having a hard time letting go… Splash/WENN

Malika Haqq Apologizes For DUI, Kris Jenner Hires Personal Drivers Malika Haqq got popped for driving drunk after having a tipsy accident on LA’s 101 last week. While no one was physically hurt, manager Kris Jenner was worried her new Dash Dolls reality brand might suffer in the wake of Malika’s irresponsible choices. Naturally, Kris’ first instinct was to spin the incident and toss money at the problem — after letting Malika know that she had better get on board if she wants her Kardashian-affiliate checks to clear next month. Via RadarOnline : “After Malika’s DUI, Kris got so much backlash because, not only did she drive drunk, but she also crashed her car on the 101,” an insider said. Although fortunately there were no injuries or fatalities, the insider said, “Kris was more concerned with how this would affect their brand and Malika’s new show, Dash Dolls.” So, the source said, retribution was swfit. “Kris told Malika that she has invested a lot of time and money into her, and that she either had to release a statement apologizing for her actions, or Kris would be forced to cut her from the show” the source tells Radar. “Kris forced Malika into doing the apology.” “Of course, Malika complied and released the statement.” And in case you missed said statement: And that wasn’t the end of Jenner’s crackdown. According to the source, “Kris also told all of the girls, including Khloe, that from now on they all are to take private drivers every single time they are going out – whether they want to or not.” “Kris said that she would even be willing to pay for the drivers so that they never have to run into this type of situation again.” Well, that seems like the best bet. Besides, they all have enough money for it…why didn’t they already use private drivers if they’re going to go out drinking to begin with??

Keshia Knight Pulliam of The Cosby Show fame made her debut on Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday night, and indirectly ended up getting fired because of her association with it. Specifically, its embattled patriarch, alleged serial rapist Bill Cosby. Because this show is so bad even by reality TV standards, NBC can’t even find a place for it these days, and last night’s premiere was filmed ages so. Many months before the abhorrent avalanche of Bill Cosby rape allegations, as it were, so when the contestants’ task was to raise money for a bake sale? One can understand, during a conversation about dialing up wealthy contacts, why Pulliam’s teammates might ask her to call up her former TV father. Pulliam, the project manager, awkwardly shot that down, opting instead to reach out to “people I felt can deliver the quickest.” Whatever that means. Cosby went unmentioned for the rest of the episode until Keshia’s team lost and went before Donald Trump and co-judges Ivanka Trump and Piers Morgan. Having come up short in the fundraising department, Keshia Knight Pulliam’s team looked squarely at her, and Trump took her to task over not calling Cosby. “Did you call Bill?” Trump asked Pulliam. “I did not,” Pulliam said through tears (again, before the Bill Cosby rape scandal ). “I have not talked to Bill Cosby on the phone in I don’t know how long.” “So for me to pick up the phone, having not talked to you for five years, except for when we run into each other for a Cosby event … I feel that’s not my place to do.” Trump would ultimately fire her, saying, “I really believe, if you’d called that gentleman, he would’ve helped you, even if you hadn’t spoken to him in years.” “Because you were an amazing team with one of the most successful shows ever. So I think it would’ve been a very good call to make for charity.” “But you have to take responsibility.” “I think you agree with that.” Celebrity Apprentice Cast Photos: Who’s In? 1. Kate Gosselin Kate Gosselin as a cast member of Celebrity Apprentice?!? We NEVER could have seen this coming! The amazing part is that the show made no mention of the fact that this was filmed a year ago (or close to it) or edit down this scene in any real way. A scene in which a female acquaintance of Bill Cosby’s gets fired from a “job” by a boorish boss because she didn’t beg Bill Cosby to help climb the ladder? You can’t make this stuff up. Granted, you can’t make up the fact that this show is even still on, or that Kate Gosselin is starring on it, but you see our point. It was as baffling as it gets. What do you think? Network television may not get any better than when the characters on The Good Wife are racing against the clock. But Kalinda wouldn’t accept that as fact. She actually learned how to hack into a detective’s email and make it appear as if he read a message that warned of the exportation. This is highly illegal, of course. We witnessed Kalinda wrestling with whether or not to take this step as Alicia mock debated against Peter, who acted as Prady; and as Cary received advice from a “prison consultant” (who knew those existed?!?) regarding how to act behind bars in order to remain safe. Kalinda ended up finding another way to get Cary off (no, not like that ! Although the two did have sex, at the consultant’s behest, in order to create a memory for Cary) when she found evidence of police entrapment. However, a desperate Diane, up against the clock, went into Kalinda’s computer and found the hacking evidence instead. It worked. Cary’s case was dismissed with prejudice. But we now have a pretty clear idea of how Archie Panjabi will be written off the series: either due to her illegal maneuvering here; or due to the favor she owes Bishop after getting him to protect Cary in prison. Alicia learned of the Cary decision and, armed with confidence after taking it to Peter during their fake debate, kissed Elfman on the lips to conclude the hour. Really! When Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian decided to have a few drinks at the house, Kourtney got upset that they would tempt Scott with such behavior. That was nothing, though, compared to the awkwardness of the Malika Haqq matter. At one of Long Island’s many wineries, Malika tried to make out with Khloe . Kind of obviously. The next day, Kim wondered if Haqq is crushing on her sister. If so, Kim Kardashian says it’s borderline incest, as the two are so close. Mmmkay. After a brief side plot in which Scott auditioned for, but declined, a role on Royal Palins , Kim and Khloe went out drinking and then had more at the house. Ironically, Scott Disick himself took care of her after “more” turned into “too much.” He explained that she would’ve done the same for him – heck, we don’t even want to know how many times she has done the same – but Kourt was pissed. “You guys can sit here and laugh about it, but it’s not funny,” she said the next day. “It’s not about making a mess, it’s about the repercussions of leaving it out.” “He’s trying so hard to be sober, and he has to take care of you guys?” 11 Times Scott Disick Was a Douche 1. When He Ragged on Kim’s Marriage Lord Disick often says what we’re thinking. Especially when he’s ragging on his baby mama’s clueless sisters. Khloe then shot back at her sister for making her the bad guy here, saying, “You have some nerve! How many times have I had to take care of your sloppy man?” “All I’ve been trying to do this summer is keep your family together and mediate this entire situation. Do you think I want to be in this ridiculous place with you guys?” She punctuated that statement by getting in her car and peacing out. Scott, for his part, said he was fine with it because Khloe’s always there for him and because she’s had a hard summer, and felt Kourt should apologize to her. Kris Jenner saw it differently, telling Khloe to apologize to her big sister for drinking in front of Scott, and talk it out with Malika as well. Which she ended up doing. Malika said the kiss was not a big deal, Khloe said she’s okay moving on, and they did. Back at the house, Kourt told her sister that she had overreacted. As the episode, and season, came to a close, Scott hosted a party at Foxwoods and Khloe came along. Following that, it was time for the paper boat tradition.
