Cardi B , Chance The Rapper , and T.I. serve as judges as they take trips to their respective hometowns, watching a number of rappers perform for a chance to advance in the competition and, just like American Idol, make it to Hollywood. Now, we get Rhythm + Flow: The Aftershow . Hosted by Scottie Beam, we’re given some analysis on the first few episodes from a panel of hip-hop experts including Twista, journalist Ivie Ani, and DJ Hed. As previously reported Mitchell was booted from Showtime’s “The Chi” as well as Netflix’s “Desperados” and UTA; management company, Authentic Talent & Literary Managemen t for his allegedly inappropriate actions earlier this year. Now, however, it looks like the embattled actor could be trying to piece his career back together. TheShadeRoom reports that Jason has completed a mental health course in relation to the misconduct allegations. According to TSR who spoke with a source, Jason has worked on anger management, self-awareness, acceptance of responsibility, and purpose. Jason has previously been defiant about the misconduct allegations and after reports surfaced that his character would be killed off “The Chi” he told fans they shouldn’t “believe what they read in the media.” “I think it’s time to make a statement. To everyone commenting without any knowledge of what’s going please stop…and to all my supporters I appreciate you all and I’m sorry I will no longer be in (“The Chi”)..but don’t believe what you read in the media or this fake a** post,” wrote Mitchell in an IG comments section. After an interview with Access Hollywood aired, the Invasion Of Privacy superstar was angry at the outlet over twisting words she said about her baby daughter Kulture and it got pretty intense. As reported by THR , Cardi took umbrage with Access Hollywood ‘s titling of the interview where the headline apparently read to suggest that baby Kulture has been calling someone else mommy because Cardi is pulled in so many different directions. However, Cardi explained in her explosive response via IG Live on Thursday that she is serious about her momma duties. From THR : The rapper, mother to daughter Kulture with rapper beau Offset, hopped on Instagram Thursday to share her frustration with 51 million followers in what turned out to be an explosive, expletive-filled rant aimed at Access Hollywood and the editorial decision to allegedly “chop up” her words for “clickbait.” Cardi also threatened to spit at Access — while also mimicking the insult — and, in the rant’s most shocking moment, said this: “Access Hollywood, suck my whole d*ck. Suck a d*ck, I hope your f*cking mom catch AIDS, b*tch.” Cardi shared that she gave a much longer answer about her busy life and how she forgoes a lot of her responsibilities to make sure she has quality time with 1-year-old Kulture. In so many words, Cardi was saying that she works diligently to avoid having a babysitter spend time watching over her daughter that she should be doing. Cardi was on the set of Access Hollywood as part of a press run for the Netflix series, Rhythm + Flow . Eddie Murphy is ready to drop his latest film, Dolemite Is My Name based on the life of the legendary Rudy Ray Moore around the creation of the iconic Dolemite character. The cult classic is bad in fantastic ways. Missed karate kicks, boom mics in the shot, ropes, and wires from rigged sets all in the view of the eye of the camera. It’s fantastic. Dolemite Is My Name stars Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes, Mike Epps, Snoop Dogg and more. It’s directed by Craig Brewer who will also direct the Coming To America sequel which is being filmed now. Eddie discovered the Dolemite movie at a young age after his brother Charlie Murphy told him he needed to go to the theater to see the raunchy film, “You gotta go see Dolemite, this shit is crazy.” Eddie goes on to explain how this theater works, “There was a movie theater in Rosevelt, Long Island where they just let you in. That’s the first place I’ve seen a grown person’s titties. It was Pam Grier in Coffey. I might have been 13 or 14. They didn’t even say are your parents here.
