But Erica Mena says…not so fast. And she has proof. You may recall, Erica and Cliff stayed together in with a roommate in an Atlanta estate around October 2018 when they reportedly got into an explosive fight. Cops were called and both parties were charged over the incident. In a matter of months, Erica has moved out and on with life. Cliff, however, says Mena was holding on to his property, specifically a TV and rims. Tamar Braxton Says Her Nigerian King Was Strictly Swirling Before Their Black Baeship

Source: CBS Photo Archive/Contributor / Getty Tamar Braxton Says Her Boyfriend Used To Only Date White Women Tamar Braxton’s boo apparently had a preference for women who looked strikingly different than her. While continuing to be the highlight of “Celebrity Big Brother”, Tay Tay told her former almost fight partner Lo Lo Jones that her boo a.k.a. “T’Challa”  had a preference for white women before they dated. Mind you, Tamar said something similar about her ex-husband  and noted he “went for blondes” before her. “I met T’Challa and now it’s a wrap again. But he didn’t date Black women, which is crazy,” said Tamar in a clip seen on MadameNoire . “He did not date Black women. It’s like, I’m attracted to men who don’t like Black women. Vince neither, remember that? Vince either. […] “All white girls or others.” Tay also added that her bae, who hails from Nigeria, changed her mind about marriage. “When me and Vince split up I thought I would never get married again. I didn’t want to go through that again. It was a lot. I just never thought…I’m really grateful about it.” While we still haven’t seen Tamar’s Wakandan King, she recently talked about her King with Wendy Williams who noted that he has dreads and a “really nice body.” Tay also said her man’s more than a snack he’s a “lunchable” and a Harvard businessman who she wants to have babies with. If you haven’t been watching Tamar on “Celebrity Big Brother” you’re seriously missing out, she was recently named fan favorite for her antics. See more Tamar on CBB on the flip.

Matt Brown: Hiring a Sober Coach After Rehab

Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown was forced into rehab following a family intervention . After about 30 days of treatment, he reportedly feels like he has things under control and is ready to leave rehab. But his family has serious concerns that if he halts treatment now, he could relapse again. Matt Brown checked into rehab in September. it has now been about a month. And RadarOnline   reports that Matt is itching to leave treatment and return home, believing that he is now well enough to do so. An insider says that Billy and Ami are talking Matt into “hiring a sober coach to work with him on the outside. That way, Matt can continue to work on this “after he gets out of rehab.” “His family has been visiting him,” the source reports. “And,” the insider reveals. “He is doing great.” Doing well in rehab does not always translate to having made a full recovery and being ready to go out into the world. “But,” the source says. “Matt thinks that he is ready to leave after 30 days.” His family has some serious concerns that he might be jumping the gun a little. The Browns have their doubts, the insider shares, “and everyone is urging him to stay in.” “He says that he is almost ready,” the source reveals. “And can handle this on his own now.” His confidence is certainly encouraging, but sometimes staying with a program for a little longer can do a world of good. You can love and trust someone while also encouraging them to keep getting help. “While his father and mother are fully supportive of him,” the insider begins. The source continues: “they are really hoping that Matt stay focused on his sobriety when he is out of rehab.” “And,” the insider adds, Billy and Ami hope and pray “that he continues going to meetings.” The source also says that Mat’s parents would like for Matt to keep up with meetings “and seeing a therapist.” This is not Matt Brown’s first time in rehab. After his previous stint getting help with his alcohol consumption in 2016, Matt was very frank with fans. “I could see myself spiraling,” he told his fans and followers. “I was more withdrawn,” Matt continued. “I was slower.” He also shared that “Things did not excite me the way that they used to.” While a lot of that may sound like depression symptoms, remember that alcohol is an intensely addictive depressant. Matt also spoke to People about his decision to again go to rehab. “I struggle with substance abuse,” Matt said in a straightforward manner. “And after a year of ups and downs,” Matt continued. “I decided to return to treatment.” Reports say that it was during the worst moments of his mother’s cancer battle that Matt began drinking again. “I am really grateful for everyone’s support,” he shared. “And,” Matt concluded, he has “hope to have my life back on track soon.” As we reported earlier this month, Alaskan Bush People was renewed for Season 9 . Apparently part of this upcoming season will focus upon Matt’s struggles with alcohol addiction and his journey back to sobriety. It takes a lot of bravery to admit that you have a problem and to seek help with it. Good for Matt for not only doing so, but agreeing to share his story with fans and viewers. He may inspire others to transform their own lives. View Slideshow: Alaskan Bush People: 13 Secrets They Don’t Want You to Know

Seasons Change: Annie Ilonzeh Joins “Chicago Fire Cast,” Heather Headley Talks Playing A Boss On “Chicago Med”

Timothy Hiatt/Getty Images In anticipation of the return of some of our favorite shows, “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago PD” and “Chicago Med” BOSSIP recently took part in Chicago ONE day where we were able to interview producers and talent from all three shows and take part in tours of each set. Tonight marks the return of all three shows and it will be the first time that the franchises, all which were created by Dick Wolf, regularly air on the same night. When we asked Dick Wolf what it meant for him to have all three shows airing this Wednesday, he told us the news was “thrilling.” “I sincerely believe it’s going to work,” Wolf told BOSSIP. “I think that it’s an opportunity to have, not even crossovers, but characters just appearing on the other shows. When it’s on one night, it’s going to be even more impactful.” “The second episode is a triple crossover,” Wolf added. “On that nightl “Fire” is going first into “Med,” because of people injured in the fire and then into “PD.” To have the freedom to build the event, it’s wonderful.” For newcomers, like Annie Ilonzeh, who plays paramedic Emily Foster on “Chicago Fire” in their 7th season, filming the crossover episode was both overwhelming and exciting. “It was the biggest shock,” Ilonzeh told BOSSIP. ” I felt like a kid in the candy store.” Kara Kilmer, who plays Foster’s partner in paramedics, Sylvie Brett told BOSSIP that Ilonzeh fit right in with the cast, but was fun to watch during the crossover taping. “We had our first pull up and it was downtown with multiple units,” Kilmer described to BOSSIP. “I was driving the ambo and all of us were converging in front of this one iconic building and Annie was like ‘Oh, you guys really do this, I have to get my phone out.’” “I’m thinking they have stunt drivers and all this,” Ilonzeh chimed in. “I’m thinking there’s no way you can drive this big old truck and all the trucks and she’s swinging around corners, like, ‘Vroom!’ ‘I’m like… Annie, bring your eyes back to normal size. She impresses me so much on the day to day.” Ilonzeh wasn’t the only newcomer at Chicago Day. Singer/Actress Heather Headley is a recurring cast member on Season 4 of “Chicago Med.” She plays Gwen Garrett, a Harvard grad hired to watch the hospital’s bottom line, who ends up bumping heads with Sharon Goodwin (played by S. Epatha Merkerson). Headley spoke to BOSSIP about playing such a boss and going head to head with the amazing Merkerson. Elizabeth Sisson/NBC “I love it,” Headley told BOSSIP. “I’m really grateful to the writers that they weren’t scared of making her female, making her a black female and having a black female come against another strong black female in a very intelligent way.” “They both want what’s best for the hospital, they just come at it differently,” Headley continued. “My character is the brain book, like ‘this is how it’s supposed to be done, this is what’s best for the hospital, it is what it is,’ while Lady E – Epatha, I call her Lady E – is like the heart and blood, the soul of it, so she sees it from a different angle. It’s been fun to do it. To be strong. To not make her witchy with a capital B. Because that’s the first thing people think, because she’s a boss, but no, this is just how it’s done. I love it and I’m very grateful, they could have made her a male, easily, any kind of male, any kind of female, but I’m grateful that I’m her face. Hopefully give her not a bad name, to understand those rules are necessary. She’s a little bad but she’s fun.” Besides the addition of Ilonzeh to the “Chicago Fire” cast, viewers can expect sad moments as the cast mourns the death of Dushon Monique Brown, who passed away last March. Brown played Connie, who assisted Fire Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker). “Chicago Med” airs at 8pm EST, “Chicago Fire” airs at 9pm EST and “Chicago PD” airs at 10pm EST. Hit the flip for shots from set

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 Episode 5 Recap: Orange County Hold ‘Em

Shannon Beador has been through the mill of late.  On The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 Episode 5 , she opened up to both viewers and Kelly Dodd about what it was like to end her 17-year marriage to David.  “I want to have a partner … [but] I don’t know if I’m ready,” she said as she contemplated the future.  Beador went on to confirm that she’s still struggling with her body.  “I think that part of the reason why I can’t imagine myself with somebody or dating somebody is because I’m not comfortable in my body,” she told fellow Housewife Kelly Dodd, tearing up. “If I were to take my clothes off, I don’t want to see it, so I don’t want somebody else to see it.” “I know I’m a good catch, but it’s hard for me to say,” she added. “I was just told for all these years that I’m selfish and I’m worthless, and I’m fat. I know I’m not, but when you hear it for so long…” As for Dodd, she was facing similar battles because she recently got divorced, and that’s likely why these two women are so close now.  “I’ve heard all of those things for so long too, Shannon,” she said to her friend.  “There’s not days I don’t cry or [feel] depressed. I’m lonely. I don’t have anybody having my back. It’s sad. I want somebody that’s there for me.” “It looks like I go out and have a good time with guys, but the reality is, I just got out of a 13-year marriage, and I am not used to being alone,” Dodd said in a confessional.  “Kelly and I have gone through hell and back,” Beador said. “Who would have thought that I’d be sitting, having a nice conversation. And her supporting me, shows you how you can evolve.” “The best and right thing is happening for the both of us,” she said. “I’m just grateful we’ve reached the point in our relationship where we totally understand each other. You have such a big heart, and I’m really grateful that we’re at this place.” “I’m grateful to you too. I mean, who knew?” said a shocked Kelly.  While that particular friendship was flourishing, there was still beef between Vicki and Kelly. If you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online , you know that Kelly was mad Vicki and her boyfriend was going on double dates with her ex-husband. Tamra and Shannon tried to play the peacemakers at Emily’s party, but it was clear the rift was growing between them.  Poor Emily didn’t know what she was getting herself into when she invited them over to the party. The odd thing about Emily is that she doesn’t seem like a real housewife.  It’s almost like the producers thought throwing her in would shake things up and add a new dynamic. Instead, her scenes are really difficult to get through.  As for Tamra, she was still trying to find the balance between looking after her husband, Eddie, and keeping all of the women from ripping each other apart.  Eddie’s still not better, and the doctor is determined to give him a drug that will essentially stop his heart and then he will be shocked back to life.  It’s a horrifying reality and one that anyone would be terrified of it. The most surprising aspect is that he’s allowing it all to be filmed in front of the cameras.  Maybe this is more about raising awareness than being a storyline for a Bravo reality series.  The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 has been somewhat subdued. There have been many arguments, but they all seem to center on the same thing, and that’s problematic.  We need the OG of the OC to bring the drama back! What are your thoughts on the new episode? The Real Housewives of Orange County continues Mondays on Bravo.  View Slideshow: The Real Housewives of Orange County Premiere Just Gave Us So Much More Hope For Season 13

Kylie Jenner to Kris: Get Rob in Line or YOU’RE FIRED!!

Looks like we’ve got a brother-sister brawl on our hands, and as usual, mom is being asked to pick sides. Kylie Jenner is reportedly mad as hell that her brother Rob Kardashian is disrespecting the family by dating her longtime rival Blac Chyna. And while one can argue that Rob has a right to date who he pleases, he has potentially crossed a line by shoving it in Kylie’s face. Yesterday, Rob posted an horrifically crass meme that read, “When the p**sy good but your family don’t like her so you drop your family and become an orphan.” Uh, YUCK. We’re not sure who to feel worse for, Kylie or Blac. Regardless, Kylie wants momager Kris Jenner to intervene and tell Rob to stop acting like an ass, according to Radar Online . “Kylie told Kris that she is going to fire her and find different management because she thinks that Kris allowing Rob to post things like this is just ridiculous,” an insider told the site. “But Rob and Kris are tighter than they have been in years and Kris refuses to do anything to stop him,” said the insider. “She is just really grateful that her son is healthy, happy and has gotten out of his funk.” The source also said that earlier this week Rob skipped a birthday dinner honoring his father , the late Robert Kardashian, because he knew Kylie would be there. But who knows, maybe he just knew Blac would kick his ass if he ate any unapproved foodstuffs . Whether or not Kylie actually fires her mother is yet to be seen, but we can’t imagine she’d ever take business out of the family. My name is Elodie. I’m 16 years old and I live in a small town in Canada. I can finally say it: I met my idol after 4 years of waiting. I bought my tickets to see Justin in December 2012. I was going to the concert with 3 of my friends: Rachel, Elizabeth and Audrey. Rachel’s dad was driving 3 hours to take us to the concert. I was really looking forward to the concert. I was blessed to see my idol for the 3 rd  time in concert.  On July 22, 2012, Rachel tweeted me that she had won the Bieber Fever contest. I couldn’t believe it. My best friend’s dream was coming true and I was really happy for her. I was crying and shaking. It was showing that if you really hang onto your dreams, they will come true, eventually. She didn’t know yet who she was going to bring with her. I was 100% sure it wasn’t going to be me. Turns out, I was totally wrong. At 18:47, Rachel called me. We talk a bit about the concert and the fact that she was meeting Justin. We were both freaking out. At some point, I asked her who she was bringing with her. She took a pause before telling me that I was the one meeting Justin with her. I couldn’t believe it. I was crying, screaming and shaking. I was so happy. My dream was coming true after 4 years of waiting. At the same time, I was kind of sad. I knew that two of my friends would be really disappointed because they wouldn’t meet him. The day of the concert flew by really fast. Before I even knew it, I was in line to get my bracelet for the meet and greet. I was shaking in the line. I was really nervous that something would go wrong and we couldn’t get our bracelets. When the woman gave us our bracelet, Rachel and I started crying. We then put our bracelet and went in line to meet Justin. The line started moving and I was freaking out. That was it. The moment I waited for so long. Security checked our bracelet 100 times to be sure that they were real. We were the next one to enter in the room. When we entered the room, Justin was taking a picture with a family. He was wearing a white and black tank top, a black snapback and red sun glasses. Having him standing in front of me, that’s when I realized that it was all real. I wasn’t dreaming. We took place next to Justin. Rachel was standing next to him. She told him she loved him. We then took the picture. He looked and smiled at us and said: “Thank you guys.” We then left the room, getting away from him, in tears.  I was both happy and sad. I was getting away from my idol and I knew that it was probably the last time I’d be that close to him. Justin is seriously the most perfect and sweetest person on earth. He was so amazing, I will never forget that day and I’m really grateful I got to live this experience with my amazing friend. I will always be thankful for that day. Thank you Justin. You are the best idol in the world.  -Elodie See the original post here: My name is Elodie. I’m 16 years old and I live in a small town…

Hugh Jackman Went A Little Wolverine On Tom Hooper To Land ‘Les Miserables’ Role

Hugh Jackman is known for his love of a good musical as much as he’s known for his portrayal of the adamantium-reinforced wise-ass Wolverine . So, it’s no surprise that he used a bit of the latter character’s blunt persuasiveness to land the part of Jean Valjean in Les Misérables . At a press conference for  the hotly anticipated musical at Claridge’s on Wednesday, Jackman recalled that upon hearing from his agent that a film adaptation of the vaunted musical was in the works, he began to lobby for the part. Director Tom Hooper had barely had the chance to unpack his best director Oscar from The King’s Speech , let alone formally announce his next project, when Jackman called to arrange a meeting. Upon meeting Hooper, Jackman didn’t mince words. The straight-talking Aussie told the British filmmaker: “Mate, I’m going to audition for you,” and persisted with both Hooper and Les Misérables ’ legendary theater producer, Sir Cameron MacKintosh until the deal was sealed. “I’ve dreamt of being in a movie musical for a long time. For some reason I never even thought Les Mis would be possible,” Jackman said. “It was so iconic, the role wasn’t even on my radar.” Once cast, Jackman said that Hooper issued a clear directive to him about his coming portrayal of Valjean: “I want you unrecognizable. If you’re recognizable, I want your friends to think you’re sick,” the director told him. Upon which Jackman lost around 15 kilos (33lb) — more weight than Anne Hathaway  shed for her role of Fantine, as the actress pointed out following a New York screening in November — to shoot the movie’s opening scenes as an emaciated prisoner. Jackman later gorged to regain the weight for following scenes, gleefully stating, “That bit was fun by the way!” Jackman insisted that Les Misérables  has been the most physically demanding role he has ever tackled. It seems giving Eddie Redmayne a fireman’s lift while wading through the movie equivalent of chin-high sewage (in reality, watery peat), remains a prominent struggle in the then rehabilitated-man-mountain’s mind, “It was very, very cold, and Eddie, a very trim guy, is not a light as he looks, let me tell you! I constantly wanted to call for a double.” Alas, Jackman said, Hooper wasn’t up for that. As a regular performer on the musical scene, the physical requirements of the role were no surprise to Jackman, “It’s weird coming from me, who’s played Wolverine, or has been in other action movies, you’d probably think, ‘at least a musical is going to be easy.’ But anyone who’s done a musical knows; whether you’re dancing or not, physically it’s the most difficult thing you can do. “Singing is incredibly physical. All of those things combined, as well as emotionally and vocally, it’s the most challenging thing, and usually all at once. It’s the kind of thing you want as an actor. You want to feel challenged. It’s good to feel uncomfortable. “I’m really grateful, that’s the overwhelming feeling.” A head-strong actor with a passion for both musical and action genres — does anyone see a hybrid movie on the horizon, The Sound of Mutants perhaps? Les Misérables  opens in U.S. theaters on December 25. Romeo Santos, Former Aventura Frontman, Ventures Solo

Bachata star tells MTV News his first solo tour will present ‘nearly every single song on my new album, Formula, Vol. 1 .’ By Christina Garibaldi Romeo Santos Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images For over 15 years, Romeo Santos was the lead singer of the popular bachata group, Aventura . They performed across the globe, won 21 Billboard Latin Music Awards and released six studio albums — but now, Santos is stepping out on his own. I’m looking forward to it.” Yet, this time, it will be a different experience for Santos, since he will be performing on his own. This past November, Santos released his debut solo album, Formula, Vol. 1 , which mixes his famous bachata style with R&B. On Friday (February 10), Santos will kick off his tour at MSG, performing for the first time in over a year. So, what can this sold-out crowd expect? “A lot of energy,” Santos said. “I don’t like to plans things a lot. It’s gonna be a show with a little bit of everything. You’re gonna hear some of my Aventura classics, nearly every single song on my new album, Formula, Vol. 1 , and what I do is I go onstage and I just ride it out. I don’t like planning what am I gonna say to the crowd. Sometimes the show takes a whole different twist.” Santos, who said he’s more anxious than nervous to take the stage without his Aventura bandmates, will be on the road until the end of March, and is humbled by the positive response he’s received from his fans. “I’m really, really grateful. I don’t take anything for granted,” Santos said. “I’ve been working very, very hard. I was very focused on this last production. I wanted it to represent a lot and not abandon my genre, my roots. ” Santos, who teamed up with Usher and Lil Wayne on his debut album, is not ruling out the possibility that these two might join him onstage during his tour. “It’s possible,” he said. “What I normally do is keep it a surprise, but it’s a possibility.” Are you excited to see Romeo Santos in concert?
