Well, this is an interesting turn of events … You know all those rumors about how Robert Kardashian isn’t Khloe Kardashian’s biological father ? Sure you do — and if you don’t, then where have you been for the past ten years? Ever since this family first shoved themselves into the spotlight, people have had something to say about Khloe’s paternity. And when you look at Khloe alongside her older sisters, it’s actually pretty easy to see why. Khloe’s much taller — she’s 5’10” to Kim’s 5’3″ and Kourtney’s 5’0″ — and her hair is naturally much lighter. Kim, Kourtney, and even Rob have a very similar look, and there’s something about Khloe that’s just undeniably different. And the family even acknowledges the big differences in Khloe’s appearance compared to her siblings: in an early episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe even had a test done to prove that she wasn’t adopted. The obvious issue with that is that no one ever thought that Khloe was adopted, they just thought that Kris may have fibbed a bit about who impregnated her, but sure, we’ll give them props for kind of bringing up the issue. Over the years, there have been a few popular theories about who Khloe’s “real” father might be. One potential father is Todd Waterman , an animator who Kris was said to have had an affair with both when she was married to Robert and when she was married to Bruce. Another is hairstylist Alex Roldan . This one actually kind of makes sense, because there is an odd resemblance between the two, right? But the most popular, most ludicrous rumor about Khloe’s true parentage? That none other than O.J. Simpson is her true biological father . Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian were close friends with O.J. and his slain wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Robert famously defended O.J. in his murder trial. It’s pretty damn scandalous to think that Kris and O.J. could have had a sordid affair that produced a love child in the form of Khloe, but it’s also pretty ridiculous. … Or is it? Khloe shared this photo on Instagram: In the comments, someone told her “I don’t know why but you look white in this picture.” It’s a weird comment, because if Kris and Robert are Khloe’s parents, then she is white. Khloe must have noticed the odd little statement too, because she replied with “I don’t know … Some days I’m OJ’s daughter. Others I’m Robert’s daughter.’ Right, and some days we’re completely amazed at Khloe’s ability to get herself in the news with a dumb joke in an Instagram comments section. Kim Kardashian, for example, surprised Snapchat followers over the weekend by showing off a choker on her social media account. What made this choker so interesting? It was given to her mother, Kris Jenner , by Nicole Brown Simpson, the late estranged wife of O.J. who almost definitely died at the bloody hands of her ex-husband. “My mom’s necklace. Gift from Nicole Brown Simpson #1998” Kim captioned a close-up snapshot of the cross pendant. Brown Simpson was on Jenner’s best friends. The two families spent time together and the Kardashians were even featured in the recent TV series The People v O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story on FX. Selma Blair played the role of Kris Jenner, while a number of little girls played the roles of a young Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. “I have these vivid memories of an amazing friendship and a life that we all had together,” Jenner told People Magazine earlier this year about Brown Simpson. The relationship between the Jenners and Kardashians has been brought back into the spotlight as a result of the aforementioned FX miniseries. “She was funny, she was beautiful and loyal and passionate and the best mom I had ever met,” Kris added a few months ago of her late pal. David Schwimmer plays the role of Robert Kardashian on the program, giving us a look at the life Kim and company’s real father led. He was a close acquaintance of O.J. until deep into the murder trial, where Robert eventually came to the realization that his friend was totally guilty. Robert and O.J. barely talked after the trial ended and Robert died from cancer years later. Kardashian, meanwhile, displayed the necklace as part of her numerous outfit changes in New York City ahead of Monday night’s Met Gala. Robert Griffin III To Be Cut From The Washington Redskins The writing has been on the wall for quite some time now, but yesterday the Washington Redskin’s president Bruce Allen made the official announcement that Robert Griffin III will be cut from the team according to NFL.com “Well, no. I see Robert getting an opportunity with another team,” Allen said when asked if RGIII would be back. “We’ve heard from some teams that are interested. I think he’s going to have a choice of a couple teams that will let him excel in the future.” The Redskins sat Griffin the entire season as their No. 3 quarterback to ensure he didn’t get injured and they could clear his more than $16 million contract from the books this offseason. Griffin’s demeanor during the year left a positive impression on Allen and possibly on whichever team the quarterback lands in 2016. “From the very beginning Robert has handled himself as a professional,” Allen said. “From when we first drafted him all the way through he’s been a good teammate and a good guy. I know some people on the outside always like to be critical, but his teammates like him, his coaches like him, he does have some special talents and we wish him well.” We know that black quarterbacks aren’t exactly the darlings of the NFL, hopefully RGIII gets an opportunity to redeem himself with another team.
