Jenelle Evans Granted One-Year Restraining Order Against Gary Head

Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been granted a one-year restraining order against her troubled ex-fiance Gary Head, reports indicate. Head was arrested in June following a fight so brutal that a source claimed he “beat the sh!t out of her” and tried to strangle her with a bed sheet. Jenelle, who was also arrested, is so terrified of him now that she sought the restraining order and was relieved when the judge granted it to her. “Jenelle is afraid of Gary,” a source tells Radar . “She was viciously attacked by him and she is really frightened that he is going to come at her.” “That’s why she wanted a restraining order .” The restraining order forbids Gary from having any sort of contact with Jenelle Evans in person, via the phone, online or through a third party. “She doesn’t ever want to talk to Gary again, she just hopes that he obeys the law and stays away from her,” a source close to Evans says. “She knows that the restraining order is just a piece of paper but she feels safer knowing that he can’t and shouldn’t ever come near her.” Jenelle must appear in court today regarding her own role in the fight, and also plans on seeking custody of her son Jace. Good luck there.

THG Asks: Is Tupac Shakur Really Dead?

Welcome to THG Asks, a feature in which two of THG’s celebrity gossip experts debate topical issues in the entertainment world and you decide who wrote the winning argument! Today, THG Asks : Is Tupac Shakur really dead? YES. By Hilton Hater Tupac Shakur once wondered, “I Wonder If Heaven’s Got a Ghetto.” And the truth, no matter how badly you want to believe otherwise, is that the iconic rapper now knows for certain. He’s gone. Deceased. Deader than Lindsay Lohan’s movie career. I know, I know: eight albums have been released since Tupac was shot in 1996. And that Tupac hologram at Coachella really did seem life-like. But no credible source has ever reported a Tupac sighting. University Medical Center, one of the most respected hospitals in the country, pronounced him dead six days after he was gunned down in Las Vegas. Why would those doctors lie? It can be hard to let go. But Life Goes On, Tupac once rapped to his fans. He’d want you to accept his fate, keep ya head up and be real to your women. Tupac Coachella Performance NO. By Free Britney The Notorious B.I.G.’s posthumous album was titled Life After Death . Many at Coachella feel they saw Biggie’s arch rival, Tupac Shakur, experience this over the weekend. It’s a great story … except 2Pac is not really dead. First off, Tupac’s “death” in 1996 was too perfectly orchestrated and replete with too many biblical and numerological references to be simply coincidental. The motives behind the fake murder are unclear – to avoid going to jail, or drum up sales for Death Row, or be reincarnated as Makaveli? – but the killing was staged. It also remains unsolved. How convenient. Second of all, the “hologram” of Tupac performing was 100 times more realistic than any hologram known to man. There’s no way that wasn’t a human being. Think about it. If you could make holograms that cool, why wouldn’t we see them in our daily lives, walking around left and right? It doesn’t make any sense. It does make for a media conspiracy. That “hologram” is just media telling us that it’s fake because he’s still the most wanted motherf–ker in America. THG Asks you … is Pac really dead?

Bill Cosby on Trayvon Martin Case: Blame Gun Ownership

Bill Cosby has weighed in on the Trayvon Martin case, but NOT on the subject of race. The famed comedian told the Washington Times that firearms in the wrong hands are the problem, and that neighborhood watch volunteers like George Zimmerman, who shot and killed the unarmed teen, should not be allowed to carry guns. “We’ve got to get the gun out of the hands of people who are supposed to be on neighborhood watch,” Cosby said in his first public remarks about the case. “Without a gun, I don’t see Mr. Zimmerman approaching Trayvon by himself,” Cosby added . “The power-of-the-gun mentality had this man feeling unafraid to confront someone. Even police call for backup in similar situations. “When you carry a gun, you mean to harm somebody, kill somebody.” The Cosby Show star’s remarks were immediately circulated on the Web, including some sites that take issue with Cosby’s pinpointing a gun as the problem. The 74-year-old steered clear of mentioning race in a case that has sparked allegations of racial profiling and a nationwide debate over self-defense laws. Prosecutors charged Zimmerman with murder last week after police initially did not arrest him following the February 26 shooting death of Martin. The Trayvon Martin case became a national obsession shortly thereafter, with the public calling for justice and questioning Florida’s Stand Your Ground law. Is Jenelle Evans Cutting Herself?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans apparently has or had issues with cutting herself, according to former pal Tori Rhyne, who is selling her out hardcore lately. Rhyne tells Radar that Jenelle’s extensive and well-documented family turmoil initially put her in a bad place, leading to Evans’ self-destructive behavior. “They’re all crazy,” Rhyne said of the Evans family. Well, yeah. Tori says that when Jenelle’s parents split, “It just messed with her head” and that Jenelle would constantly call her crying about any number of things. Rhyne said she would reassure her things would get better, and became painfully aware of Jenelle’s cutting fixation when she would visit her house. Even with her wrists concealed, either wrapped or covered by long sleeves, “Sometimes you [could] see the blood and stuff,” Rhyne recalled. She says she’d try to cheer Jenelle Evans up by telling her that “she is not alone,” but with only mixed results, leading to a rift between the girls. Rhyne admits her frustration with Jenelle even caused her to turn physically abusive toward her at times – even before their INSANE fight on Teen Mom 2 (below). Jenelle Evans Fights Roommate on Teen Mom 2 “I would actually slap her cuts that she had on her wrist,” Rhyne says. “I knew it was gonna hurt her a little bit, but I wanted to make a point.” Consider it made. Studies indicate between 2-3 million Americans have inflicted harm to themselves intentionally, Jenelle and Demi Lovato included. If you’re one of them, get help. As for Jenelle, she recently broke up with Gary Head and is said to be off drugs and seeking custody of son Jace , so hopefully she’s doing better.

This venture capitalist has filed a lawsuit against the Top Chef host and is seeking custody of the pair’s daughter, Krishna. At issue? Bruce Beresford-Redman Custody Trial Set for November

Bruce Beresford-Redman is due in court this fall, but not for the murder of his wife. At least not yet. The TV producer is seeking custody of his two children, five-year old Camila and three-year old Alec, but is being met with resistance from the sisters of his late wife, Monica. Both haven’t been shy about accusing Beresford-Redman of killing their sibling during a Cancun vacation in April, and both plan on fighting Bruce for the kids in court. Now, a Los Angeles judge has set a November 8 trial date to determine custody of Camila and Alec. Said Judge Mitchell Beckloff: “Things can go on for quite a long time and I want to get this matter settled – as does the family.”
