(Photo by Slaven Vlasic/Getty Images) Cops Called After Rza Allegedly Yelled At Hospital Staff According to TMZ , RZA reportedly rushed to an emergency room this weekend seeking medical attention for his young son and allegedly stirred up a little trouble in the process. Though the details of his child’s condition have yet to be revealed, by Rza’s demeanor it sounds like the situation was pretty serious. Reportedly the Wu-Tang rapper became increasingly angry and unhappy with the level of care his son was receiving in the ER and eventually started screaming at the hospital staff on duty at the time. RZA’s temper allegedly became so aggressive that a supervisor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center was forced to call the police to deescalate the situation. But when police arrived on the scene, RZA had reportedly already calmed down and police left the hospital without issuing a citation. RZA and his son are still reportedly at the hospital.

If you spent any time on Facebook or Twitter yesterday, then you might have encountered reports of the passing of actor Michael J. Fox. The rumor was so pervasive that Fox’s name quickly became a worldwide trending topic. Fortunately, fans can breathe easy, as Fox is not dead, but is instead the latest victim of an obnoxious celebrity death hoax. Reps for Fox have confirmed that the 57-year-old actor is alive and well, and was just as confused about the apparent prank as anyone else. Usually, the origin of such nonsense remains mysterious, but this time it looks as though the culprit has been identified. According to the internet’s sharpest sleuths, news of Fox’s passing originated on a website that was designed to trick users into thinking they had visited Yahoo! News. A report at the top of the site’s homepage reads as follows:  “On August 2, Michael J. Fox arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was self-admitted with complications attributed to Parkinson’s Disease. According to Chief Coroner Jonathan Lucas M.D., Fox had developed pneumonia, a common problem occurring in Parkinson’s sufferers in the later stages of the disease.” “Tragically, Fox died at 11:24 this morning. Doctors confirmed Fox passed away peacefully and was surrounded by friends and family.” While it’s true that Fox has been battling Parkinson’s Disease for much of his life, the rest of the report is a complete fabrication. It seems that the hoax spread further and faster than most due to the fact that Fox has been silent on social media in recent weeks. The photo above, which Fox tweeted on June 1 in support of gun violence victims, constitutes his most recent social media activity. “It’s made me stronger,” Fox once said of his diagnosis. “A million times wiser. And more compassionate, I’ve realized I’m vulnerable, that no matter how many awards I’m given or how big my bank account is, I can be messed with like that. “The end of the story is you die. Khloe Kardashian has put the kibosh on her book tour. The reality star made this announcement herself on Wednesday afternoon, Tweeting that she’s sick and under doctor’s orders to take it easy. “I’ll be going for more testing today. I’m very sorry again,” Khloe wrote. “Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves.” She’s right. Stress can definitely play a role in one’s health. She isn’t lying, either: According to multiple sources, Kardashian really is sick. But there’s a bit more to the story. TMZ reports that Kardashian contracted a staph infection as a result of being so often by Lamar Odom’s bedside at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The former basketball star has been a patient there for over a month now, ever since he fell unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas. Khloe has essentially dropped everything to be there for her estranged husband. However, Khloe’s memoir (“Strong Looks Better Naked”) came out on November 6 and she had agreed to go on a book tour as part of its promotion. But TMZ says this is no longer possible because Khloe has a painful lesion on her leg. She has also developed a high fever and swollen glands. “It’s so scary. She’s so sick,” a source tells the website. Corey Sligh, The Young and the Restless Star, Savagely Beaten on Thanksgiving

Corey Sligh is lucky to be alive. The model and part-time Young and the Restless star is recovering at home from injuries he sustained during a brutal beating last Thursday night. According to Sligh, per an interview with The Wrap, he and his girlfriend were delivering warm meals on Thanksgiving evening to friends who could not get off work when the incident occurred. They pulled up to a Rite Aid at the corner of Fairfax and Sunset in West Hollywood and spotted a young man flying around the parking lot in a Mercedes while his friend filmed the dangerous driving with a camera. “He wasn’t just doing donuts,” Sligh says . “He was flying through the parking lot, going like 40. The car was inches from hitting cars, curbs, and buildings and they were both just laughing.” After delivering his plate of food to his friend, Sligh says he told the guys to go elsewhere because they were scaring girls in the vicinity. He then started to walk away and… “I turned around and the car was three feet away and coming at full speed. The next thing I know I’m up on the hood of the car, flipping off of the side. I thought it was over.” The actor’s girlfriend helped him up get up while witnesses called the police, but the assailants returned. “They both attacked me. One guy hit me repeatedly in the face. I looked up and saw the other guy shoving Alisa and [our female friend],” Sligh explains. “I tried going over there while the first guy was hitting me. I had to tackle one of the guys to get him off and that’s when my arm snapped.” The police eventually arrived and apprehended the men, as Sligh was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and kept there until early Sunday morning. Doctors had to put screws in Sligh’s arm and he’s confined to a wheelchair for awhile, but he’s somehow not bitter. “It was pretty scary [being] on the hood of that car, but I’m happy to still be able to move my neck,” he told The Wrap. “I’m happy to have the problem of relearning to walk instead of not being able to walk at all. I’m pretty blessed.”

Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearney: Married!

Jimmy Kimmel is a married man once again after he and longtime love Molly McNearney said “I do” in a star-studded wedding in Ojai, Calif., on Saturday. McNearney, a co-head writer on Jimmy Kimmel Live , walked down the aisle with her father. At the end of the ceremony, they exited to “My Sweet Lord.” All told, there were around 300 guests, among them: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski. Dating since the summer of 2009, Kimmel proposed to Molly McNearney while on vacation in South Africa’s Kruger National Forest last August. This is the first marriage for McNearney and the second for Kimmel, who split from his first wife Gina, the mother of his two kids, after 14 years in 2002. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Hospital Employees Fired for Accessing Records of Kim Kardashian

Six people have been fired for illegally accessing the medical records of patients at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, with The Los Angeles Times reporting this weekend that Kim Kardashian was among those whose privacy was breached. The incidents reportedly took place between June 18 and June 24. Kim, of course, gave birth to North West on June 15 and remained a patient for seven days as the premature baby was treated and evaluated. Insiders tell TMZ that Kardashian family members were suspicious that some kind of records-related activity took place considering the details that leaked to the media. Kim has been informed of this report and is happy to have the matter settled. She is also pleased that those in the wrong were terminated.
